Appeal #13-26 for Dean and Cynthia Strite (Stephen L. Pettler, Jr., Esq.)
Submitted to appeal the decision of the Zoning Administrator, letter dated May 14, 2026, as it relates to the commercial vehicles (semi-truck and semi-trailers) being stored on the property. The appellant contests the Section 165-401.02 Rural Areas (RA) Permitted Uses. The property is located at 803 Old Baltimore Road, Winchester and is identified with Property Identification Number 31-A-156C in the Gainesboro Magisterial District.
