Our dear Heavenly Father, we come to you today, Lord, thanking you for this opportunity that we have to serve the citizens of Franklin County. Lord, I pray that everything that we say and do will be according to your will and pleasing in your sight. Lord, we come to you and we ask for wisdom and guidance in every decision that we make and everything that we do. And as we go through the rest of the meeting, I pray that sound minds and civil tongues will have precedence and that we will do the service of the people. In Jesus' name I pray and ask it all.
