Town Council - Regular Meeting

Good afternoon. I am Connor Ali, contracts and procurement manager here at the town of Fort Myers Beach. I'm with Jason Freeman, executive administration officer for the town of Fort Myers Beach. The time is now 2:15 on April 20th, 2026. We are here at town hall council chambers to open bids received for the following solicitation 26-10-en eststero island canopy restoration. This bid was broadcasted on March 20th, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and bids were required to be submitted electronically through Demandstar no later than 2 p.m. local time today. Any bid received after this deadline shall remain unopen. There was one agenda addenda, excuse me, issued for the solicitation and the town reserves the right to wave any informalities and bids, reject any and all bids and make awards in the best interest of the town of Formyers Beach. We received one bid for this solicitation from Tidewater Landscape. This now concludes the bid opening for ITB26-10-en sterile island canopy restoration. The time is now 2:16. Thank you.
