Good afternoon. I am Connor Ali, contracts and procurement manager with Amy Baker, town clerk for the town of Fort Myers Beach. The time is now 2:15 on April 27th, 2026. We are here at the town of Fort Myers Beach Town Hall Council Chambers to open bids received for the following solicitation. 26-13-PW roadway curb and rideway repair and reconstruction services. This bid was broadcast on March 26, pardon me, 2026 at 10 a.m. and bids were required to be submitted electronically through Demand Star no later than 2 p.m. local time today. Any bids received after the deadline shall remain unopened. There are no agendas issued for the solicitation. The town of Fort Myers Beach reserves the right to wave any informalities in the bid to reject any and all bids and to make the award in the best interest of the town of Fort Myers Beach. We received two bids for this solicitation. I will now read the name of each bidder and their price. First bid was from Ajac Paving Industries of Florida LLC with a bid amount of 4,731,750. The second bid was from Person Service Corp. with a bid amount of 2,950,54810. This concludes the bid opening for ITB26-13-PW roadway curb and rightaway.
