Okay. Um the um there's a um there's a motion to suspend the rules and a second. Um all in favor? Any opposed? Okay. Um is the petitioner here? I don't believe he is here actually. So the petitioner is not here this evening. Is there any representation here for the petitioner? Anybody here for Jared McBride, Senior? Louise Italian Ice. Okay. Um,

Uh would you please introduce yourself, your name, your city, each of you uh into the microphone, and then we have questions. Thank you. Okay. Thank you. Welcome. Uh Councilman O'Donnell. Thank you, Mr. President. Welcome, gentlemen. So, my understanding is that so you're taking over um an exist or previous business actually.
Correct. And uh so can you kind of tell us a little bit about what you'll be doing there? And so obviously auto sales is pretty straightforward, but um any kind of indication of what type of automobiles or can you kind of elaborate? Well, just used cars. Just kind of used cars and uh auto sales in general. Okay. Um and do you have hours of operation that you're proposing? 10 to 6 10:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. And is that in line with what you're uh with what previously I'm sorry I don't know what the other one I'm not sure what the other one was but that's uh our operating hours.
Um and uh and ultimately we're going to talk and maybe I should wait for the service part on this. Um so I I know that in the back you have a garage door and four bays in the back back there. So you're structurally going to use the same everything. So we're doing ANF auto house and then ANF auto works. So auto works is more for repairs and uh cosmetically for cars and auto house is just So that'll be the other position. Um okay. Uh I don't have any further questions. Thank you, Mr. President.
Thank you, Councilman O'Donnell. I have some other um questions here. Councilman Capuda. Thank you, Mr. President. Um, what is your your cars that you're going to try to resale? Your pre-owned vehicles. Uh, what what kind of vehicles are you target are you're selling? Uh, we're high-end vehicles, luxury models, midsize, a little bit of everything or uh we're kind of a little bit of everything. Correct. Uh, years uh depending on, you know, 2016 and up. Uh, recons are going to be done within auto works. So in the same plaza, you know, reconditioning and all just to be satisfied to the customer.
So you're back um you're just going to do the work on your the vehicles that you're trying to sell and other customers cars, too. And other So anybody can come up and if they need their vehicle worked on, you can work on it also. Correct. Okay. That's all I have. Thank you. Thank you, Councilman Sheldra. Thank you, Mr. Beano. It's the old Travers right there by the gas station. You were asking me that's where it is. It's the old Travers vacant lot right next to the gas station at the end of Jefferson. That's where it's at. Location, right? How many um space do you have for your your cars spaces? How many cars we can fit?
Right. Um we're aiming to fit like 30 cars on there. Okay. We're we're very depending on the markets and all, but starting off will be like around 30 cars. Okay. Thank you. I wish you luck. No problem. Thank you, sir. Councilwoman Pagano, yes. Hi. Do you have another lot somewhere? We currently do. We have the We have a lot in Winsville. It's called Skyline Auto Group. And then today we actually won the top five business rated in St. Charles community, which is really good. Congratulations. Thank you so much. So, question. Are you doing a Are you doing financing? You're not being a buy here, pay here. You're being
It's not going to be buy here, pay here. It's going to be financing through lenders. Okay. All right. Perfect. Thank you. Okay. Uh do I have any more questions or comments from the city council? I see none. Okay. Thank you, gentlemen. Thank you for answering questions. Uh thank you. Okay. Um, seeing there there's no more discussion. All in favor?
Any opposed? Motion carried and the application is accepted. Councilman O'Donnell moves to accept the application to transfer special use permit number 8962 from Premier Auto Service and Body Incorporated doing business as ANF Auto Works to allow for an automotive service garage located at 1180 North Highway 67. Seconded by Councilman Shield. Any discussion? And we do. Councilman O'Donnell. Thank you, Mr. Mr. President. Um, gentlemen, I'm so sorry. I should have told you just I had a couple other questions and I jumped the gun a little bit before. So, if we could just
suspend the rules again. So, Councilman O'Donname Moose to suspend the rules. I would like to make a motion. Second by Councilman Sch'll draw all in favor. Okay. Any opposed? The rules are suspended. Would you come back forward, please? Thank you. Sorry, guys. Introductions again. I think we're good. Okay, we're good on introductions. Councilman O'Donnell. So in regards to the service garage, um so uh in terms of structure, the bays that are existing, going to use them just the way they are, not planning on changing anything back there. Uh no, I mean everything is already ready uh serviced and ready to go.
Seems pretty straightforward. And I know there's a privacy fence back there, but um and I just wanted to ask you about noise. I I don't know that there's going to be a whole lot of noise, but um would you be uh open or be sensitive to neighbors that had some kind of concern if there was any kind of problem? Well, um so we're going to open and close before, you know, day uh dark time comes. So 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. would be our operating hours, and we're not going to be working outside. So there's not going to be much noise going on for us. So that'll be your garage hours, 10 to 6. Yes. Okay. And and what days of the week? How many days a week? Monday through Friday and then Saturday as the weekend. Sunday were closed.
Okay. And that was the same for the car sales. I don't know if we said that or not. Okay, great. Um I think um the other question was about um that you were going to take Mr. Kabuto asked about cars you're going to do. Not just cars you sell or that you're selling, but anybody could come in there to have their vehicle worked on. Yes, that's what I understand. Okay, great. Well, that's all the questions I have. I wish you the best, guys. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, Mr. President. Thank you. Uh, Councilman Sheldoff also has a question, gentlemen. We have one one more at least. Thank you. Are you going to do any painting of any vehicles? Okay. And you're going to
body work too or body work. Correct. Uh, the body shop is uh already set up and everything. Okay. So, repairs, paint, and body and tires. Okay. Are you going to store your tires, the ones you're selling inside when you're closed? Inside closed? Yes. Okay. And you're going to We're going to store them in the back of dispose of the old ones periodically for recycle. Yes. Okay. All right. Thank you, sir. All right. Thank you. Any more questions? Are there any more? It's the last one going to come up here. Oh, Councilman Meganelli. Okay. We have another one right here. Councilman. Welcome guys. Thank you.
So I just want to ask some questions about the body shop. So you have all the downdraft paper boosts already installed, all the filtration, so all the smells from all the chemicals will not get into the neighbor. No. Yeah. Certainly no. Everything's already set up for, you know, convenient for everybody around us. All right. Thank you. I believe that is uh the conclusion of discussion. We do have a uh uh We do have a motion and a second. Um you're good. Thank you. Yeah. Thank you. We do have a motion and a second on the floor. Um all in favor? Any opposed?
Motion carried and the application is accepted. The next item uh on the agenda is bills for first reading. Um, this bill number 10150, Councilman Kuda. Uh, we need to remove this one. Okay. Councilman Egan moves to remove this. Uh, seconded by Councilman Shildd. All in favor?
