City Council - Regular Meeting

The Florissant City Council approved a liquor license for Louis Italian Ice after a lengthy discussion about its proximity to a middle school and the nature of its alcohol sales. The council also approved a special use permit transfer for Circle Empire LLC to operate a restaurant and passed several bills and resolutions, including changes to employee benefit programs and endorsement of a waste reduction grant program.
