additions if there's no Corrections or additions I'd like to make a motion they be accepted as presented thank you second second right uh so all in favor raise your right hand say I I all oppose right hand nay no OBS thank you all public comments public comments okay the recreation committee items old business none new business discussion regarding the park projects and the 2025 capital ncky do we have anything specific change or something um no this is just the um the now 2025 Capital um plan for Parks project as the new budget was approved at the end of December by the board of alderman um some of these are rollovers from last year or just additional funding for this year um we we'll have the tree removal and tree trimming occurring throughout the city again last year we had budget $ 100,000 this year we're budgeting $150,000 um a portion of that though will be um for some tree removal and pruning in fabic nature preserve um that will be um that will be part of the fabic grant that we received um this will be with the trim grants for them to um remove and prune uh the trees that were it's about 38 trees that were identified in fabic um the parks master plan for 12,500 which is that's the amount that um would be if we were to apply for a park Grant through Municipal Park Grant um Park signage $220,000 um the board did approve the contract with Boulders by um folders by
design by Clarity um back in September the proofs were approved by the board a month ago once we receive those those are in um they are actually being fabricated as we speak I don't know exactly when install will occur though weather dependent um invasive species control in the Parks um as you know phase one was completed last year we're now working on phase two up in fabic nature preserve again we did receive the Grant from the Misouri Department of Conservation they are uh the pre- or the treatment has already occurred around the lake around presler Lake and in some area other areas for what they call the apron area hopefully this spring you'll start seeing that those will not be coming back to life um you will see a uh we have the city has contracted with a forestry cutter if you've been up to fic recently youve probably noticed the clearing that's occurring with the forestry cutter again this is a great time of year to get that completed um these projects will continue through May and then I do believe that um Native landscape Solutions who is going to do the um Turf Restoration in what we call area D which is actually at the top of the hill um kind of in the the main park closer to the Overlook area which is the next area of restoration they should be in there again weather dependent mid to well they were wanting to start on the 13th I have a feeling that's not going to happen with the snow cover but they will be working in January to start getting the seed down and getting that prepped for the spring um again the rip wrap at Westside Park Lake um the three new roofs AT budw Pavilion as you were aware two of the pav or two of of the areas were complet at the bathroom and the the other Pavilion were actually completed about two years ago um the final roof will be completed with the restoration of the um of the main Pavilion that's occurring as
we as we speak by Maxum construction uh again the bud while or the bud the bud wheel Park pavilion repair again that has started it's ongoing um soccer field lighting for $500,000 um sorry I skipped one the staircases again that is weather dependent it is on RV Wagner has been contracted to do that work uh the board did elect to go with a a colored and stamped was just a colored and stamped concrete correct if I remember correctly so um and that will be occurring again as soon as the weather is is is um ready for that to start happening um the Valiant Park roof on the bathroom uh as you know the guys had recommended for a pavilion the board has approved one um that has it's on order currently we're waiting for it to be delivered it's we're waiting on fabrication once that's installed we'll look at the new roof and then kind of make a determination on something that'll coordinate with that civilian um concrete repairs for Parks volunteer projects um the bathroom at fabic nature preserve the board did approve a P prefabricated uh single unit to be placed up in famic nature preserve and in lie of the existing building that was there we we tried for I think we we looked into this for about a year year and a half of getting bids to have the existing structure um rehabbed but in the end it was it was more value to actually just remove the structure and place a prefabricated structure that would be manufactured we are still working with the contractor um there's been a bit of a hiccup in the fact that they they stated they would sign our contract now they've received our contract and being the city contract they're still looking through it this is an item that may have to go back to the
board for them to decide if we're going to move forward with this uh a vendor or choose one of the other multiple venders that provided us bids the problem with these structures though is it is a lead time of about of about three to four months to get those manufactured and placed on site um we do have an a line item for redesign and Native plannings at Harrow's Memorial um the fabic nature uh preserve Outlook improvements uh this will be some additional clearing that'll be performed in con conjunction with the Missouri Department of Conservation grant that we did receive for that area um however I will state we do need to start looking at other improvements for that area um the fencing um I know some brick work possible benches any other um BAS basically amenities that you may want to see now at that Overlook area um again until the stairs are put in it's still not a um enticing area but I believe once the stairs are placed it's going to become an area that more people are going to want to visit so I think we might want to look put that on the radar as something to look at amenities for that that that might be a nice agenda item yes yes we can place that on an upcoming agenda maybe the next agenda to discuss uh pickleball courts in Fenton city park again this is a role from last year the lights still need to be installed so any as you know with the city when we have a project occurring we have to pay it in the fiscal year of when the services were completed so we can't um so as of right now we're still receiving filling with the lights they have gone in and done some of the work but they still have to actually be installed so we'll have roll over um so especially when you have these large
projects I will tell you there's some projects that we budgeted we did a roll for this year and we're already finding because we have to make that decision in October not knowing what work get completed the next few months um so it does still show the $200,000 what is truly outstanding on that again is the lighting the pickle ball and the covers that were um that we've already received bids the board is looking at um I would think that that's something they're they'll probably be passing this month um and choosing a vendor for those because that we had to get pricing from different vendors but the board did want to go with um metal Pavilions clue of the ones that have the fabric tops just because of what can happen with the wear and tear and um the actual cost if you have to replace those fabric awnings uh you're kind of breaking up a little bit so you're saying so what kind of ring will go over the pachers it'll be a metal covering oh okay more like a permanent yes in Li of because they're looking at doing not just those but this is in conjunction with a project of doing players benches around the park also for the kids when they're playing to keep them out of the out of the elements uh the replace bleachers in Fenton city park has been placed on there um this is an additional 40,000 um as your as some of you may be aware what we're trying to do every year is replace so many um uh benches throughout the you know Park picnic tables and benches throughout the parks um those I I know which ones were done this year was that I I think the main Pavilions on the list for this year to be replaced some in the main Park there's some at West Side they they've just been alternating them out yeah they're just trying to cycle through where they're buying them a little bit at a a time um so I would see that probably happening
this spring um the rebounder board oh sorry the uh Players Bench coverings now this is the um $100,000 that you see here that's for the the players benches again around Fenton City Park there's going to be one at Finton Sports Complex for what we call field seven um but the rest will be U placed around City par the rebounder board that still needs to be constructed um Hero's Memorial plaques just as a background the bronze um plaques were stolen um about a year ago from Fenton City Park um since then the board has been looking at different options to replace those they did elect um a final material to have placed out there it's going to actually be a a cut correct it's cut stone a black marble cut stone um so that's not something as easily removed um they're going to kind of be on it they're going to kind of be on an angle um what actually took so long was getting the design from the um from the company that's going to do it but the design was brought to the board I believe a month or two ago it was approved so it's actually being fabricated now we hope to have those installed this spr okay and this is another big item is a you this is a big ticket item that was added by the board as and as suggested by the um Parks committee is that a playground on the southwest side of the city I think discussion needs to start as to where the location is so that we can then get out to bid for what we would say what we would call a not a request for proposals where we would invite companies in that do that for them to bring ideas and types of of units that they can provide versus just saying you're going out for your lowest bid well they need direction and I don't think that we know what we want until we
see what could offer um so as soon as the the area would be selected as to where to put the um I apologize the the playground then we'll get a request for proposals out we can usually have those back in like 30 days you have a map up while you pull up I don't I was going to put this on the agenda for next month for us to start something for you guys to start thinking about is like Nikki just said as the location in budw park but not the suggestion is not to kind of put it so far obviously you don't want it up by the lake because you don't want to playground right next to the lake like that um you don't want it too far in because that Hill starts to slope if you first go into budw off to the right off to the right hand side there's a it does go up but there's a small area where you could come through the trees and Terrace it a little bit it'd still need a retaining wall but it would basically be just just a few feet in on the right hand side and then budw Park itself would still have the aesthetic if someone wanted to whatever there wouldn't have to be a playground there plus it's like I said that Hill gets real steep up by the Pavilion I was thinking there's no parking right there unless you're going to do something with the that government building like take that down and try to I don't know what that's used for like use that parking lot for the playground I think the idea would be that it would just be a pull in pull in and there'd be like a little parking lot there and or they could use the parking lot at budw and walk down it's not going to be very far I mean it's not really any different than parking at west side and walking to the playground it's not really very far you park all the way on that end and then there's restrooms right there at budw so somewhere
and again that will probably be on next month's agenda so it's something I kind of start thinking about um new um dog dispensers um throughout the city and then uh another item is the boardwalk improvements again this is something that we would you know seek the desired improvements that you would like to see so that we can get those items out for bid all right any other comments questions good thanks Nikki takes us up to discussion regarding pickle ball courts that was something that the committee had requested that staff put on an upcoming agenda okay well you gave us a little update on the lighting and whatnot uh they seem to be pretty well then busy few times I've been over there it's a lot of fun my wife heard herself falling backwards shouldn't have slammed us so hard at it I I think people maybe thinking back were curious of how that they were going to manage the pickle ball courts with this upcoming season I know there's been talk of having uh reservation system for some of the courts I think that was what well we were yeah no our my my recollection was that you were discussing for additional pickle ball courts that that was discussed and statement was is that that wasn't something the board had really budgeted for with the of what we've already placed H okay all that we were talking about more but could understand there's maybe enough demand not necessarily the same location or need to iron out some details around all
that um I think the board's thought on that though was to put a little bit of the um look at now the desire for the playground on this side of the city all right um in regard to the reservation system though our Parks and Rec um supervisor she did take a a what she's looking at doing programming wise to the board as far as for reservations that will I believe it has already kicked off for this year it's very ten we researched other communities other cities what they do and how they do it and it's all over the playing field on how it's done so it's very it's it this is going to be a trial situation on doing this um there's going to be a lot of open play times that'll be available it's just certain times will be for reservation only also what she's going to do is she's looking at I believe one night a week will be for leagues you can sign up to the city and join a and I'm getting inundated um with questions right now regarding the reservation system leagues because they saw what was in the newsletter last month yes and I I had for anybody will there be a outline sent to us of what was discussed what was approved in more detail yes absolutely we can do that and I'll also provide in there the contact information for the because it's run through our through our you know parks department is that it's through their online reservation system through Civic recre so I can send all of that information out and then give them a contact contact information for Emma who oversees the programming yeah that'd be really helpful because I don't I'm not a resource to tell them how to make a reservation and there was other stuff in there about potential tournaments as well that was um and I don't know if everyone's up to date with what they
newsletter for reservations um potential tournaments yes I think there was a third item oh res we actually um bring in like large groups that as well was that part of the reservation Le yeah yeah yeah I would have to take a look at that if yeah because they're gonna be City run as far as the as far as if they're doing it they're they're gonna have similar to our softball leagues that we have that we have our Parks and Rec supervisor overseas all of those those leagues so she's the best contact for all of that information of course she'll be getting all of that out on Facebook but she's going to be doing a program similar to what she does for you know softball is to where you can join a league it's a City League um and um she'll be doing that but I think that's one night I think they're just trying it for one night a week to see if they get any interest in and I think there's some good notes in the some Alderman committee minutes that are out there on online is it December meeting where Emma came and gave a talk mhm they she did they the minutes detail it out pretty good yeah I can I can send out that information um I think what you know what she put in the newsletter but the reservation system and all of that see what he had placed in the they're just starting to kick it off this year at the season now I realize that and the course won't be used a whole lot this time of year but things will kick off pretty heavy soon as it gets above 40 it will it will it will and um I do know that the they haven't I'm sure they haven't installed them yet that they have ordered the cases and other things that are going to have all the rules and all of that placed on that again it's still a work in progress getting the pickle balls complet water fountain the water fountain is still yes that was part of
the 200,000 that is still left is getting the again weather the issue is right now is the weather that's a good update all right good thank you uh discussion regarding alternate meeting dates for 2025 the paper here that they'll continue to be the first Monday every month with a couple this is a couple exceptions maybe yes this is just that our September date um lands on labor dat so the alternate items would be for September member 3rd or September which would be the Wednesday following Labor Day or Tuesday September 9th when the this boardroom would be available what about Cinco de Mayo I noticed that one too if you want to change that I would have to I'll just have to look at the calendar maybe a alternate venue someplace I just motion that we go out afterward make it a right agenda really quick adjournment too all the order and sorry priorities well I'm indifferent although I guess uh we get a little further away from the actual holiday in September maybe Tuesday the 9th it' be a better bet these people more than I was going to suggest the same thing everybody's going to be recouping and might be so I'd make a motion that we Tuesday September 9th for the date of the September meeting of parks committee I'll second all right all in favor of September 9th is the meeting date is the right hand say I all opposed okay no objections thank you
very much out takes us to Old Advisory board so I guess we're done with uh Parks and Recreation right three Advisory Board back of that page no old business new business discussion regarding the date and location of the 2025 Arbor Day observance I what I don't know what day Arbor Day is I assume that's sometime in April yes um the National Arbor Day is observed on Friday April 25th uh Missouri holds their Arbor Day on Friday April 4th um we typically do our observance on a Saturday so that we can allow for Boy Scout Troops and others to join us um so the options for this um April would be the 5th 12th 19th and 26th um if we're wanting to do it in Fenton city park we are kind of looking for a date selection so that we can secure those resilience those do start to fill up very quickly that time of year so not the 19th cuz Easter's the next it is and I did put in there that Easter falls on the 20th so I figured that that was going to be some thought in that so it would be the 5th the 12th or the 26th well I'm pretty good on all those dates at let's like to point out the 12th is Passover yeah so I would go the fifth Y how does everybody look for the 19th then the 19th is the day before Eastern
I I think the consensus was try to avoid that okay sorry Miss that think she suggested the fifth okay that's fine by me everybody else the only question I would have is again living in Missouri it could go either way yeah go to the 26 because there's a better chance for warmer weather than fth but it could go either way especially if we're going to be planting trees and digging holes I would much prefer soft ground than frozen ground all right that also lines up with National Arbor Day which is on 25th so we kind of back to back as opposed to being separated um of course Missouri does it on the fourth so we're good either way yeah and we because we do get trees from relief to plant so that is a big part of the event consideration 26 may be a little more you can't Missouri you we could have snow on the ground I hope we don't but I hope we don't it it doesn't matter whichever one we're going to do the other day it we'll be like it'll be beautiful be like oh why we do it today last year was good yeah all right somebody like to recommended day it sounds like leaning towards the 26 then is that right I I would make a motion to make a 26 just have a better chance of better weather M thank you got a uh to make Saturday April 26 the day for our celebration of Arbor Day all in favor raise right hand say I I all po name we also need to determine which Park we're going to concentrate on where
we're going to plant the trees and which one we want to focus on in the past we've done Fenton City Park predominantly and a couple of other places I think we did the Pavilion that one year the old town or we did the did we did sporadic locations the first year and realized that's why we went to just one Park the next time it was a little hard to get the volunteers to each location do we want to stick with the main park or do we want to choose another well I'm do we know where a need is at I would think that would be need based we could ask Dan Go I mean we can provide usually more to do I guess in Fenton city park but also we could get a lot more done in a smaller Park so well we did use that time to do some beautification by the main Pavilion that was nice I mean I think after we were done with that that looked good that looked good and I there were some um I believe last year there was that we could get some plants and stuff to put up in that area to plant for this year and we should have our new signs installed by then too the bulbs best one hopefully they come up wasn't one of the line items something about uh her Memorial could we group that in there doing new plants there also on this so that doing the big Park would be yeah we could make Hero's Memorial part of it absolutely I I would almost say stick with with City Fenton Fenton City Park I mean I know Oldtown there there's not really a lot of need for it I me if if you guys think there's needs in any of the parks you go to speak up but that's the most you know city parks the most commonly used and
the one that needs the most upkeep and and I don't see why we wouldn't plus if we have an abundance of volunteers or time we have there's a lot there's always projects there that be done there's always honeysuckle yeah they have the parking and the restrooms yeah I mean I hate to neglect the smaller Parks but in the same token I don't know I mean I've I've been to all the parks in the past couple months and I don't know I couldn't pinpoint one that say we need to right we need a motion for keep with fent city park for this year I'll make a motion for Fenton city park for Arbor Day I second all right all in favor raise the right hand say I I all oppose none passes hey date for Day guess there's no other new business so it takes us to the park reports Bud while and Bud while and X Cathy well she's not here but I was just up there Saturday yeah Saturday and um as Nikki stated they're doing the Pavilion and things are getting ready to start on the so coming along nicely okay mayor Mt Greenway I've got that uh probably one of the biggest things that's gone on there in a while and I guess we don't have Dan with us but uh this seems like a long time ago when the River flooded took out a sizable piece of the River Bank along the greenway two or three spots probably 10 or 15 ft deep and 75 or 100t long and they jumped all all over that with the like I guess it's still called Rip rat but it must be you know 12 18 inch Boulders that they fill
it up with but I don't know if that's the final solution to it or do you know what Dan has in mind beyond that I I know the work is still ongoing with that um of course the immediate need was to get in as soon as possible to start getting uh what they originally laid down was concrete that we did have left over from other projects but then they're trying to lay a more decorative type of material over it for the bank stabilization when we go in on that even with the US arming Corp of Engineers it's deemed to be an emergency repair yeah um and I think you may have noticed that they had had RB Wagner out there on an emergency contract within within like 24 hours I believe it was pretty quick yeah those trucks were Bowers if you wer if you're not able to see it or you wer not aware of it it was it was pretty impressive yeah the path will have a lot of cracks that needs to be replaced but that's better than losing your walkway all together yeah and we'll want to get any concrete any of those trucks in and out to get that completed yeah uh Riverside and valyant Mary um they were used you know throughout the nice weather the bathroom shut down there's not much happening but they you know they're continue to be maintained with trash and whatnot and the peers have the peers been placed the peers were placed right there was yeah there was some equip I didn't there was someip new Pavilion is going to be located so and we're still working to get a contractor in for the demo but again it's we've got a little bit of a lead time on the The Pavilion itself but this spring awesome okay let's see uh Westside Park yeah I was there today and everything looked like it's in really good shape um some nice repairs were done um right next to the Pavilion they replac prir to replace the slide and
then they also replaced the um the cable got the four pulley on it that got fixed as well so but par in really good shape the uh with the the zip line yeah what that was is it took it took quite a bit the manufacturers who has to do the repair that I think they're out of Kansas City if I remember correctly that' have to come in but it was getting again like everything else it was getting waiting to get the parts in to get it done but they did finally receive those so it gets used a lot yes all right Fon oh no faic n Nature Preserve uh Park overall looks real good um like we mentioned they they did the clearing of the the dead Honeysuckle and they're opening that up real nice um one thing with the weather the the roads are get get more potholes and and gullies in them uh there was some vandalism there was a a fish limit sign that was broken off at the the sign in the post and thrown in the Upper Lake floating there by the dam uh I was doing my cold required walk around and slipped in the clay and went down so once again I suggest grass seeds around the ponds that's it okay thank you uh Fenton city park it looks really nice right now it's very white uh overall I think it looks good I haven't walked it recently due to weather uh but I drove through it and I noticed there you know trash was taken out and everything looked pretty good uh I did notice today though that was some pretty big uh tire marks off going to Pavilion one and two Somebody went off
the road and it look like big trucks or something cuz it's pretty deep hole um that's going to require several bags of dirt to fill in pretty deep uh other than that I think it looks pretty good and like most the updates were on pickle ball so and the new signage coming in so that'll be exciting and when the snow melts I'll check out here with Memorial a little bit better okay thank you let see uh Oldtown Plaza Park needs to be plowed as most things do um I went by to today actually it because with the meetings being cancelled it's you know yeah three months ago but uh it's it's it's in pretty good shape um I did have this I I just came to my thought of this and this may have been needed to put in the exist when we were talking about it the budget and everything but the enlarged parking at bathroom at Oldtown ion been months since we've been here and I missed one of the previous meetings I thought we were going to move that into Oldtown Fenton there was talk about moving the Pavilion from down to the new property to create a new one so are was that tabled or I think we asked staff to get bids I because there cost if if we're pulling the Pavilion and everything from Oldtown then do we need to enlarge the parking in a bathroom will it get get the same amount of usage would be my question well that was uh supposed to just go across the street they're going to reuse the same building wasn't that the idea move move the Pavilion over but is it is that included if I would say the the bathroom
needs to be where the Pavilion is so that's okay like like I said I just Mo most likely what'll happen on that is we are waiting to Dan is trying to get bids on moving a um The Pavilion but most likely what we may look at is switching the that funding to the 41 grao Road parcel for that development um some some items that we and I do want to put this on a um agenda for future discussion and something to consider I haven't had any conversations with the public works director about this yet but we had a opportunity to go to a u luncheon up in was that cville ceville recently and they have a a very neat little old town area there and they also have a facility that they've set up just for food truck events um similar to the 9 M um but at a how should I say it a little more um rustic scale it was very interesting with the way that they had the these like smaller Pavilion or smaller Pavilions for people to sit and other items because we have to keep in mind that that property is 100% in the flood plane and not just the flood plane but the flood way in in where it can get high in that area um but it was just something that I think we at at the staff level and and the and the board level just after seeing it by go going by there was something that we've just had a small discussion about that um it it just provided some it was actually aesthetically pleasing even when it was sitting empty to drive by and see so just something to take into consideration is that we do maybe want to start talking about what some uses for that property at 41 grao Road that again are not so intrusive though that
understand that it's an area that will flood so would this be in addition to the Friday night events that are currently being hosted with music and food trucks at city park that would be something I guess for discussion is that if we would want to do I I think this would set up a scenario where maybe you could have them more regularly um it's just it's just an idea that we saw when we drove by there that it was it was an interesting concept because it wasn't just for the food trucks but it was what was left there with you know string lights and the different it it looked like a kind of a neat Park a little outdoor space not necessarily just for food trucks but very much like 9 Mile it was there were tables and they had covers over them they had like like bubble domes over them it was really cool so they could go outside and just some sort something that would be there permanent I'm just because Nile does a lot of Hosting of events MH I mean that's that's that's their draw they be their bingo or they have music they have events that that pull people into that location so so is it are you thinking something along those lines where someone's organizing events that are going to pull pull people into that location possibly yeah possibly it was just it was because it was settled in the middle of kind of their downtown area that was very interesting to see so but again I think we that is something we should look at at an agenda though is just to start talking about ideas possibilities for that property but first and foremost I Know Dan is trying to get uh bids to have that Pavilion hang on I wonder if the mayor's worked on this hav he he'd like to talk yeah um just remember the Oldtown Pavilion we were just Is it feasible to
move that Pavilion is that something you want to do that there was nothing set in stone but today unfortunately Dan uh buried his mother-in-law today but at The Parlor he was telling me he goes hey by the way I found somebody who said it's very doable to move but that's all I heard and waiting on price so because they moved the church we were standing in they moved the church we were standing in so but again it's just a thought and an idea it's not set in stone there's a lot of discussion and all and as far as a restroom goes yeah that makes a lot of sense you know to put it up into Higher Ground say the difference too though there's utilities at 41 gway with correct and there are no utilities at the current location so if it was moved then it would be more it would be easier to get some sort of um utilities the only other question I would have is and this could be a a new business item and something for everybody to think about we need a name for the 4100 gravy parcel because 41 grav Parcels too long and hard to say so we also need a name for budw Annex because budw Annex can't be its name either so once that gets kicked off this committee is going to have to try to come up with a name for that Park the new park up on the hill I don't know if we go Oldtown Park and Oldtown Pavilion separate the if if we do move it but yeah just all right that'll be new business item sometime down the road I guess okay well that's it for Park reports we got City staff and Lea on um the only only I have is that I've provided you a new Grant table for 2025 um most of it we've discussed about
fabic that we did receive the Missouri Department of Conservation Grant um to work in that area as far as honeysuckle removal invasive species removal and turf restoration we did dovetail that with another grant that Missouri Department of Conservation offers um that some used to call in the past the trim Grant which will include working with our existing um tree contractor for pruning and removal of I believe again 38 trees we've identified through the tree study in that area um the goal is possibly once we're working through all of these is look at actually turning a portion of fabic into what they call an arboretum um and that they said that we actually with our existing that we have there may already have a really good start in getting recognized for that for that effort so um then the other item is regarding the budw annex I I believe that this has happened that happen in October or has that been since then that we were approved for the grant for the budw annex for the upper portion so phase one would include the driveway the parking area and the connection the Ada connection into fabic Nature Preserve and that will take about six months for design we're actually meeting with the engineers on Monday to get the design going for that area um but with the grant we do we need to try to get it you know completed in almost a little under 18 months they do understand that it may take a little longer than that but I but the um just understand the engineering side of it will take about six months we probably won't see um we probably won't be breaking ground till this fall in that area but we were awarded a grant it's about an estimated $670,000 for phase one and the grant was for 350,000 of
that was there uh something for an AR Arboretum survey that ring a bell to identify 100 species the plants um we're working uh we've been working with Chuck with um I believe he was able to come here one night and give a presentation he's very knowledgeable we're actually working with him he's the one that suggested to us that had what it most likely we already have Great Beginnings for it um as it exists so we're going to be working with him as that part of the step um because the area that would that would be the focus for that is actually the area what we call area D that we're doing the turf restoration for this year so that's why we want to go in and get some of the invasives removed that are there and any trees that are diseased or damaged removed from those areas okay good so it's still on the radar then all right let's see leison um as has been stated there's been a lot of projects that have been approved by the board that um in the last few months the bud wild The Pavilion the stairs the stairs at fabic the roof at budh um the budh annex is is all the project that Nikki just mentioned and I just want to reiterate that we can start thinking about the things that are on our Capital plan for 2025 and what things we'd like to see moving forward and um be thinking about a place for the playground I hope everybody had a good holiday yeah that will definitely be on the next agenda for discussion all right fine uh takes us to adjournment next board meeting is going to be Monday February [Music] 3rd so we'll need a motion to adjourn I'll make the motion to
adjourn second all right all in favor of aduring raise right hand say I I oppose good thank you very much
