When you come up, we ask that you be considerate of the fact that we only allow you three minutes to be able to state what's on your mind. So, please be concise um and direct what you have to say. If you have heard someone who has come up ahead of you, before you and they have stated exactly what was on your mind and everything that you had planned to say, we ask you to be considerate and not to be redundant and repeat. This council is very insensed to what it's what's going on in the community and what the citizens want. We hear it one time and we fully understand. So, having said that, we ask that you would please consider conducting yourselves under those rules and protocols. And at this time, I'd like to officially call this meeting to order. And uh as always here in the city of Fedville, we open up with a prayer and the pledge of allegiance. Tonight, our mayor pro Tim Councilman Daryl Langford will render our prayer. And with then we'll ask you to stand and cite our pledges of allegiance. Councilman Langford.

Okay. If you would uh let us bow our heads. Heavenly Father, we come before you today. Thank you for this day. Thank you for allowing us to symbol as a city in in spirit and in unity to properly handle the city's business. In your word, it was said that behold how good and pleasant it is to dwell together in brotherhood. Father, give us the ability to govern with wisdom and make decisions for the city that are pleasing to you and righteous for our citizens. For your word says that where the righteous are in rule, the people rejoice. bless each and everyone on this council and on this city staff and Lord please bless this great city and its citizens. These blessings we ask in Jesus name. Amen.

Uh, as we conduct the business of the city of Fagville, we have an agenda that has already been prepared for us. It has been pre-posted on our website. If you did not get a copy, we will post it on the uh the flat screens as well as our city clerk, Miss Chelsea Seaman, has hard copies. You can get a copy from her if you'd like to take notes on your hard copy. At this time, I will entertain the motion to approve the agenda.

And on this night, we are even excited because we have members of our VFW who is here today to uh hand out the award for public safety. So, at this time, I'm going to ask uh VFW commander Larry Dell to come and make the presentations on behalf of the BFW. And we're going to ask the city council members to come down from the DAS so we congratulate the awardees.
