and Officer Rice and Officer Herring called Coach Trafton to the state. All three had successful seasons coaching in the department and the camp high school. Officer Ulm, Officer Morrow both completed a week long CIT training, certified CIT officers. Five or six of them are now CIT certified with the help of mental illness calls that we gotta give to keep everybody safe. We got our fingerprint machine in.

What's CIT mean, Chris?

All I know is that it does, when we go to calls with mental illness, that it helps our officers be safe and keep everybody safe. It's Christ intervention.

This is CMS purchase of salt for public works. And what this does is allows us To purchase our salt through the state, which is central management services, so the state of Illinois at a lesser rate than we're buying it from the barge terminal and planning ahead. And all this is doing is authorizing us to. Participate in the government purchase of salt. A motion from Joey, a second from Alex to approve the certificate authority bylaws for the central management services of salt purchase. That is going to be a roll call.

Thank you. Next item I have is CDC recommendations. The CDC met May 28th on Thursday evening. We make the following recommendations for approval. An in-TIFF residential redevelopment grant for Tony Severine for tree trimming in the amount of $337.50. Then we have two outside TIFF residential redevelopment grants. First one being Darren and Brenda Sprague for tree removal, which would be $1,000 grant, and Will and Rachel Kenney for a door replacement, $1,000 grant. That is the considerations by the CEDC to the city council. If I can make a motion that we approve the CEDC recommendations. Second. Thank you. Motion by Joey, second by Dave Rose. Thank you. Next item I have is a press release that came from CMAQ, which is our electrical aggregation people. Ameren finally released their rates for 11.3 cents per kilowatt hour. The aggregation rate was 11.89 cents per kilowatt hour. The recommendation from our electrical aggregation supplier is that everybody should call and opt out and stay with Ameren. And there's phone number 866-694-1262. Have your Ameren account number and they were more than happy to help you do that. But it's, you know, it's six tenths of a cent but every penny counts at this point in our lives so that's my number again eight six six six nine four one two six two we also posted this on facebook and i'm trying to get it on the front page of the website turns out i'm not very proficient i have help coming Last item I have for new business is discussion possible action on ordinance 202613. We're gonna do this surplus personal property of the city of Farmington again. We have one item, a 1979 C-3500 utility truck with a manual transmission. It's in working order, it was a former Ameren bucket truck that no longer has the bucket. It's a good running truck. It just has this anti-theft device on it called a manual transmission these days. And we're in a little trouble with some of our workers knowing how to use it.
