The property is located at 5166 Dixie Hwy, Lot No. 113 in the C-3 zoning district. This case was tabled at the March 4 meeting. Section 1131.13.A.6 of the zoning code states, "The combined square footage of all accessory structures on a property shall not exceed 35% of the square footage of the footprint of the principal building."
