Gene Williams, live at 353 Blackmore, Evansville. I have a couple, three things. A couple that you can just think about. If you want to do something about it, that's fine. But one is that sidewalk they just put in over there. When we used to do reclamation, we used to have to soften the seed bed and definitely get rid of the tumbleweeds. They just sprayed right over the tumbleweeds. I don't know if that's something you guys accept or if that's the way it is now. I haven't done it in 20 years.

On Lathrop Road, that new sidewalk, which it's nice to see that get done. It just reminds me 25 years ago when they paved that road, they were supposed to do it in two lifts, but they didn't. They did it in one lift. Now, whether that has anything to do with the integrity of the job or not, but if it was scheduled to be done in two lifts, I think it should be. So it would be nice, and I don't know how you can do it, but when you have these projects, if somebody could oversee some of it, it's up to you. I just had to get that off my chest because when I drive by there, it drives me crazy. Number two, I see a lot of people. I don't see, I hear and then see them going east of Blackmore Road between like after work and it's like to 9, 10 o'clock at night. Those vehicles are going sometimes 70 to 80 miles an hour. So I don't know if you could ask the chief if they have any time or any extra help to go check it out anyway.

Are you talking about out on the highway? Yeah. 2026?

Yeah, going east. Okay. Be some voluntary donations. And then the last... What's going on with any new developments in excavating that bar ditch in front of Mesa and the food bank?

Dan, can you comment on that?

Absolutely, yeah.

Well, there's that one corner where you take a right and go towards the roof depot. I went up there the other day, and it was like four inches of gravel and rock on it. And when they went up and cleaned the road, they just put all that loose stuff right back in where it's going to drain out again. So I don't know if that accomplished much.

Are you talking about us cleaning the road or somebody else up there?

I would have thought it was you guys, but I didn't see who. Well, anyway, they put all that gravel right back in that little arroyo. So when it rains again, it's just going to wash back out. So what part, I'm more concerned about, well, all of it actually, because I know the guy at Roof Depot and they get a lot of water too. I'm more concerned about on Blackmore Road itself by the food bank. because the road base just keeps washing down from their parking lot. Well, someone ought to look at it and maybe think about it. It would save their road base. They wouldn't have to lose it into that bar ditch because you can see, and I brought pictures, but I never got them developed. Anyway, okay, so they're going to work on that?

Mr. Mayor, Council. of the council meeting, there was a business license called FICON and FICOLLC that was approved. The FIPRO side of this, it's actually two businesses. FICON is the restoration construction side of it, and FIPRO is the management side of it. And so I'm just asking for the business license to be amended to be FICON only. Because we don't require licenses for management, property management. And it would require an additional business license as ViPro. And he said he should have never put the ViPro in there. So just asking for it to be amended.

So do I have a motion to amend this? I move.

Mr. Mayor and Council, Prop 410A is a license application for daycare for the brain injury advocates of Wyoming, also known as DIAW. They've applied for their license to be located at 440 Leard Lane. They've been through a field inspection. I will note the fire department's got some new software and everything that passes in their language or in their definitions is undefined. But undefined means no fails. The fire department's working to get that changed in the software. I'm not sure if they can get the company to change it or not. But everything else looks good with the application. They do have a representative here tonight with Brain Injury Advocates of Wyoming.
