All right. Well, bear with me because I've got a lot of things. Looks like I'm the meeting tonight. So quite a few things. On the Mystery Bridge Wildcat Road Improvements Project, I have application for payment number 12. This is the final pay application for the project. The total pay request from Wayne Coleman Construction is $39,415 for work completed from July 1. through July 31. We're holding 5% retainage, so total of the retainage, total retainage is $1,970.75. Total amount due for pay request number 12 is $37,444.25. So just recommend a motion to pay Wayne Coleman Construction for their final pay application, payout number 12. Do I have a motion? Or 13, sorry, payout 13. I move. I'll second.

So along with that, I have draw request number 13. It's for reimbursement of the invoices from Wayne Coma Construction for pay application number 12, the one prior to this one. The total of the invoices is $394,590.95. The grant covers 88%, so the total draw request is $347,240. Leaves a total remaining balance on the grant of $4,544,754. The town will receive additional reimbursement from the other four parties on the project in the amount of $43,602.30, leaving the town responsible for $3,748.61 of this total invoice. So I recommend a motion to have the mayor sign and submit draw request number 13.

LAST THING ON THIS PHASE OF THE PROJECT IS THE FINAL CHANGE ORDER. THIS IS CHANGE ORDER NUMBER THREE FOR APPROVAL. THE CHANGE ORDER RECONCILES ALL FINAL QUANTITIES FOR THE PROJECT BUT ALSO INCLUDES ADDITIONAL WORK AT THE TWO APPROACHES THAT WERE DISCUSSED A FEW MEETINGS AGO THAT WE NEEDED TO ADDRESS SOME GREAT ISSUES. SO THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE CHANGE ORDER WITH THOSE APPROACH CORRECTIONS IS $11,292.50. IN YOUR PACKET, I CAN GO OVER IT IF YOU WANT, BUT IN YOUR PACKET, IT'S MORE OF A DETAILED BREAKDOWN OF HOW THAT $11,000 GETS ARRIVED. BUT IT'S THE FINAL CHANGE ORDER FOR THE PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,292.50, AND WE RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THAT CHANGE ORDER AND CLOSING OUT THE PROJECT.

I haven't heard that they're not. I believe that they are. Usually I only hear when they're not happy. No news is good news? I believe everything's okay. But if not, I mean, we'll see what we can do if there's anything else needed. But it sure looks good to me. I know you've been out there. The Temco approach they cut down where the trucks can get in on the concrete hump that was there and get in the box looked really good to me. They sloped everything back, lowered the fences, and then lowered the gate. I think it looks really good. But I'm not using it every day, but that's just from what it looks like. So I think I would have heard, honestly. So I think we're good.

So the next thing I have is on the second phase of that project. We're calling this Wildcat number two edition infrastructure improvements, but it's phase two of the Mesa project. So I have application for payment number one for Mandarin Hunt construction. This is for, it's for entirely all for materials that have been delivered on the site from July 1 through July 31. And the total amount is a big number. A lot of materials out there is $615,031.27. So we're holding 5% retainage for a total retainage of $30,751.56. Makes the amount due for pay estimate number one of $584,279.71. So I just recommend a motion to pay Andrew Young Construction for payout number one.

I'LL BRING IN THE NEXT MONTH A REIMBURSEMENT REQUEST FOR THAT AMOUNT. Lathrop Road Pathway Project, we have application for payment number three. The total of the pay application is $172,210 for work completed from June 26th through July 24th. Again, holding 5% retainage, so the total retainage is $8,610.50. Total amount due for pay request number three is $163,599.50. I'll recommend a motion to pay Trito Construction for pay estimate number three on the Lathrop Pathway Project.

THIS IS AN AGREEMENT WITH TALL GRASS INTERSTATE GAS TRANSMISSION LLC. IT'S AN AGREEMENT THAT ALLOWS US TO CROSS THEIR PIPELINE FOR THE MESA PHASE 2 PROJECT. WE HAVE TO CROSS THEIR GAS PIPELINE WITH WATER, SEWER, AND THE ROADWAY. SO IT'S JUST AN AGREEMENT THAT ALLOWS US TO CROSS THEIR RIGHT-OF-WAY AND SOME REQUIREMENTS THAT WE HAVE TO MEET WITH VERTICAL SEPARATION WHEN WE CROSS. Town Attorney Aaliyah Scott has reviewed the agreement and did make a couple edits. Tallgrass made those edits and re-sent it, so it's before you tonight for approval.
