I move to go into an into executive session to consider the purchase acquisition, lease, transfer, or sale of real personal or other property pursuant to CRS 24 dash six dash four zero two a or four a to hold a conference with the authority's general counsel to receive specific legal questions pursuant to CRS 24 dash six dash four zero two four b and to determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, develop a strategy for negotiations, and or instruct the negotiators pursuant to CRS twenty four dash six four zero two four e, all regarding a a potential urban renewal development in Old Town, Erie.
