I move to go into executive session to hold conference with the authority's general counsel to receive legal advice on specific legal questions pursuant to CRS 20 four-six 400 two-4B to determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, develop a strategy for negotiations, and or instruct negotiators pursuant to CRS 20 four-six 400 two-four C, and to consider the purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer, or sale of real, personal, personal, or other property pursuant to CRS twenty four six four zero two four a, for which a topic cannot be disclosed without compromising the purpose of the executive session.
