The following list of identified potential changes (not all-inclusive) is intended to start the conversation for tonight's meeting: - (Tool) Prepopulate scores for the following: - Department Prioritization Ranking - Ongoing Operational Costs - (Tool) Separate Tab for each Tier Priority (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, or Tier 4) - (Process) Provide most current National Survey Results (biennial survey) demonstrating the results of what citizens consider to be the most important issues facing the city. Provide the link to the survey please. - (Process) Prior to the meeting where Members would finalize the funding allocation, provide each Commission and Committee Members' CIP Ranking and how the available funding would be allocated to the capital requests.
