Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

Good morning. I'll call the Tuesday, May 12th, 2026 Larry Planning Commission meeting to order. Roll call Mayor Brubaker here, Director Panouski. Here. John Hammons in for Parks Board. Here. Tom Aden. Here. Derrick Tedrow. Here. Barry Hubbard. And Maggie Rivera.

Here. All righty. At this time I'll entertain a motion to approve the minutes as distributed for the April 21, 2026 meeting. So moved. Moved by Mr. Panouski. Second. Seconded by Mr. Tedrow. All in favor signify by I. I. Opposed nay. Motion carried. Item number four, miscellaneous correspondence. There is none. Old business, there is none. New business, there is none. The public hearing scheduled for today was within the last 25 or 30 minutes was removed at the request of the proponent, so there will be no public hearing this morning. There are no planning commission cases to discuss and item number nine are the design review applications that were approved by city staff. There were four of them. Are there any questions on any of those? Staff and commissioner reports, uh, anything from Mr. Shawnee? No concerns here. No one from engineering. Assistant Chief Gaul? No fire department concerns.
