Act on resolution dispensing with the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on Thursday, May 7, 2026.
RESOLUTIONS•Item 2026-08-02 (a)
Receive communication from James Capriotti and act on resolution designating the City of Elmira Planning Commissions as the lead agency pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act, to file a negative determination that the proposed Site Plan for a mixed-use apartment building 18 two bedroom and 6 one-bedroom apartments / commercial space at the property commonly known as 150 N Main St. will not have an adverse impact on the environment.

Act on resolution referring to the Chemung County Planning Board for their review and recommendations of the mixed-use apartment building 18 two bedroom and 6 one-bedroom apartments / commercial space at the property commonly known as 650 Baldwin St.
