Also decided: Receive communication from Henry Cesari and act on resolution designating the City Historic Preservation Commission as the lead agency pursuant to State Environmental Quality Review Act to file a negative determination that the installation of a 6’ wooden dog-eared fence at the property commonly known as 451 W Church St. will not have an adverse impact the Environment.
