NEW BUSINESS

Authorize the proper City Officials to execute all necessary documents to enter into an agreement with the City of Linden, 605 South Wood Avenue, Linden, N.J., to provide Health Officer Services to the City of Elizabeth for the months of March, April, and May 2026, at a cost not to exceed $3,000.00 for the duration of the agreement.

NEW BUSINESS

Authorize the proper City Officials to apply, accept and sign all documents related to the FY25 Local Law Enforcement Crime Gun Intelligence Center Integration Initiative grant, to establish and enhance a Crime Gun Intelligence Center in Collaboration with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), participation in this program would significantly strengthen our department's ability to reduce gun related violence by improving real-time data analysis, enhancing interagency coordination, and increasing our capacity to swiftly identify and apprehend offenders, grant in an amount not to exceed $428,448.69.
