(MPC 2026-005) Public hearing, discussion, consideration, possible action, and or amendments to approve an ordinance to rezone from Combined Residential District (“R-2”) to Planned Unit Development (“PUD”), for the properties described as Blocks 19 and 21, Lincoln Acres, an Addition to the City of El Reno, Canadian County, OK located in the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Five (5), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Seven (7) West of the Indian Meridian, Canadian County, Oklahoma, and; A part of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section Thirty-Three (33), Township Thirteen (13) North, Range Seven (7) West of the Indian Meridian, Canadian County, Oklahoma.
