(MPC 2026-001) Public hearing, discussion, consideration, possible action, and or amendments to approve an ordinance to rezone from Rural Agricultural District (“A-1”) to Heavy Industrial District (“I-3”) with a Conditional Use Permit (“CUP”) to allow mineral extractions, for the property described as a tract of land lying in and beginning a part of Lots Two (2) and Three (3) in the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Thirty-Four (34), Township Thirteen (13) North, Range Seven (7) West of the Indian Meridian, (I.M.), Canadian County, Oklahoma, also addressed as 1331 E. Jones Rd.
