Susie Hood and 1724 Comquat Drive, Edgewater. I don't have evidence other than I simply found out the same time they did because I called to get homeowner's insurance. So the guy, when he came out for inspection, had to have water. So I called the water company to have the water turned on.
Are you contesting the violation here?
Is that what the thing? Well, what I don't understand fully is why I have to pay it instead of the people that are living there that did it. so then there's pretty much not anything i can there's pretty much not anything i can say because the fact of the matter is since i got in the house and they did it i have to pay for it pretty much is what you're saying right I guess I'll have to pay it. I mean, this is really going to look bad on me. This is my second day here. I haven't even been here yet. I just got here Sunday. So I get to start out my brand new home with this.
Mm-hmm.
Okay, so I paid the fine today, and they're still not out of my house yet, and they straight pipe it again. How do I prevent that? Yeah, so that's what you do when you and the officer are not suing.
There's a tenant there right now. Two of them.
So really what we can do is probably inspect the property and make sure that they aren't doing anything like that. Yep. Yep. Amen.
