project. If we if we put in a PO for breakers today in March, we might get them next May, which means we have to we have to put it in there, do a purchase order, expense it out, but we actually will not pay the vendor until next year. So, money has to be carried forward in the in the method that we've been doing uh in the city. And if you recall from the audit presentation that was done yesterday, that was one of the findings that uh that took place is that uh certain projects were not placed in the fiscal year. And so since I've been manager changing some of those previous practices that the past few years trying to do is the more white people. So things that we have implemented for the last 10 months will address it but it's not an overnight fix. So what we have to concentrate now on number one is our rates because have an enterprise fund they're supposed to like a standalone business that's all we have set up as separate funds. So they're supposed to not necessarily make a profit in sense of a business where the money over the uh balance sheet goes to shareholders but it goes so we can have opportunity to hold the we now we don't have the opportunity to make a whole lot of more cuts to his operation that he said he's running the whole department on a $4 million budget in in the gas department. You have to adjust the rates to account for these things. You have to look for the things that other council members have out there. We have to account for those because they have already been notified that they have business. So I think it's not a situation where we do one or the other. It's a situation where we do both.

Okay. I'm not asking you to compromise anything. You want to be talking about what you're transferring to the general and looking at that you have Greenville up there and you said run independent. Greenville Utilities to my knowledge they run independently and our enterprise fund has been showing a loss. Do you know how long the enterprise prize fund been um losing? How many years since the first year? All that information is included in all for the last several years. Can you tell me how many years I don't have it in front of you, but you have a copy of it and all that information.

So if you like Greenville Utility was running on your own, do you think that you will be losing money?

It's it's all based on your right. So the key here is you know what your expenses are and you set rates for them. So you know that's that's really the piece that we're trying to to to zone in. And as long as our rates are set to recover our expenses we're making money regardless of what those expenses are rates are. Now um you know to answer the question the last three fiscal years electric's run deficit with the most recent dollars being the biggest deficit. A lot of that was capital expenditures, but it was capital expendit um gas and on trying to sp and so just to clarify green utilities different set than we don't want. We don't want a different set. I'm not saying we want to do it, but my understanding

this is what I don't want to do. If this you're telling me it's the last choice is to raise rates on our customers. Is that your recommendation? Is there any other expenses or things that can be cut before we raise rates? Let me just tell you

in Southeast 27% of people live be low profit poverty. You have 65% owner homes. um 1970. We know that those are going to be the most stressed because they don't have insulation and base in their home. So when you raise race that should be out racing utility, especially what we're currently going to turn into 25% is the low poverty. So as this council sit here, I want to explore all opportunities before we talk about raising the utility rates on a vulnerable population of seniors. A lot of them seniors living in older homes that cannot afford a current utility bill. So I just want to be very clear on where I stand, why I'm asking these questions. I understand. That's why

I want to say something. The last thing you straight right here is from utility. Now you might just move here on Long Island, New York time to get the rates the way they are. So visit your dad and another dad thing. I was born in South Carolina block house with a wood when you one two three and four but get some investment was not put in those communities. Now we see investment which you have benefited from our house Atlanta Avenue for installation home improvement $75,000 because you want to improve these multiple people based upon the grants that we created that They could get the money to do the extent. You ain't going to grand stand today and say we want to raise rates on vulnerable people. So that's a lot. We want to raise rents when we have to and it comes from the camper. If you go to Wilson and go to the cities, you go fight with them people. When I went there with one person that looked like me and that was the mayor of Scotland. We fought like the diggers and it was Rocky Mountain and Newman that stood up against Duke was stupid. But we built the burden of the people.

So I ain't going out like that. Ra that's the last thing we ever wanted to do. But you know I think the other thing you know you want to do that you think that's what

okay the air in the room is everybody said yeah you understand and I think we trying to work together if you want to work together then we got to listen and all of us And we got to hear people and all I can say is that look at those systems when we talk about separating utilities which has come to us before as a separate managed entity. You lose all control of how rates are set and the philosophies of how to deal revenue. It's no longer citizen driven in Greenville. Nobody votes for utility commissioners. City council does not appoint to my understanding and and I'm not fully in tune with their setup. They have a board and part of that board is made up of a lady of the officials from city of three and part but not a majority part of it. Just a few members.

I just want you to understand what you're saying. That's all. Understand the play and and look at the numbers. Just look at the pure numbers. Look at the pure numbers of who has the most race. And what I see consistently, regardless of how we're all feeling, because our bills are bundled, and we've had this conversation before, too. Maybe we need to unbundle the bills and spend more money on bill so people can say, "My utility bill is not." You don't have a utility bill. You got a gas field, you got an electric deal, and you bundle the sewer, water, storm water, and everything else stands on its own. And then that way you comparing apples to apples cuz these conversations that a lot of us are engaged in all the time is not legitimate. It's not because they looking at one video with all kinds of stuff. That's not the citizens. That's a management thing. So, we can do something about that because now when when I I'm from Person County and in Person County, we generate the electricity that Rocky Mount buys. But in Pson County, my power bill just says Duke and it's a number and it might be $90 or $110, but in Rocky Mountain I got a pay $1,200 a month. That's my reality every month. But it's not one deal. It's just like you stated. And it's hard to do that with our customers because that's all

they see. But that's what we put out. And I think we can do something about that. But you want people to understand so they understand clearly. It's not your home. It's the gas bill is highly smoke. The electric bill is high and smoke. But my storm water, my my trash, what do you call that? I just say representative Mr. Camp. So you just take a 10 minute break and then let her come down.

Uh folk just misleading folk, they taking bits and pieces um and and just throwing out and that is not helping the city. Uh it's though the noise that um um the city council must tune out all except that at the table was Charles Robinson who is a newcomer um uh to the council. Um um everybody been um uh well not everybody but Tim Barnes the false rocket mount continuously put out myths about the city council. He just throwing out stuff. It's sad. He need to go somewhere and sit down and shut the hell up. He campaigned for three years for war three and then only got 11 votes. And see that negro mad with me because um he used to be on my talk show. I used to be on his talk show, but I was just using him. We were using him. Um and when I got sick of him one night on his show, I told him that he was not going to win because he play too much and he was just ignorant when it come to politics. So he blocked me. So now he's out here talking about I don't like him. The hell with him. I He ain't no hinder to me. I work a real job. I do what I do in the community. Why I need to be mad? I ain't mad with nobody. Especially ain't mad with somebody that

don't come to the means and all they do is get on Facebook and troll folk pages. He blocked me. Then he unblocked me and all that. But I block him uh uh um um u a couple days ago. Um um cuz he had unblocked me. Um somebody said, "But see when he done that, that mean he could see what was on my page." So I blocked him and going to stay that way. And then what tickles the hell out of me, this negro uh um um going to send me a text today about the uh the conversation that you're about to hear. Um, Esav, let me let me find it. I posted here earlier, but let me find it so I can read it to you cuz I I like dealing with facts. I ain't got time for a whole lot of foolishness. Let me let me find that post right quick and uh read it to you. Uh, I I just get sick and tired of of just foolishness, especially with grown folk. Okay. Um and I and people send me the information that he puts out there. Um today he already had did a couple of posts, but today he going to put out a false miss. He says uh Charles Robinson. Well, let me go back cuz he did this after he had text me today. Let me read that text to you. Uh, hey Camilis. This around um 237. Hey Camilillas, this is Tim. In your video of you and Charles having words, who was that girl that was standing next to Charles when he said, "Look at your boy." I responded and didn't have to respond. But I ain't mad with nobody. Um cuz I know he going to put myths out there. So

he can't say that he didn't have the facts. Uh although he put out mis uh misleading information and see it's documented right here. That's why I I love about ignorant folks. You going to send me a text something that is documented and then you go back and put out miss. Um but again he said hey Camilis this is Tim in your video of you and Charles having words. Who was the girl that was standing next to Charles when he said, "Look at your boy." I said, "I don't know her, but I think she is an assistant city manager out here." And don't quote me, cuz I I really don't know. Um um but Crystal was close by as well. Okay. So, this afternoon around 5 something, I get this get these uh messages coming in, screenshots. Uh Sean Robinson puts the fear of God into that clown Camila Butch dancing. Ain't no fear here, dude. He said, "We actually have video of of this incident, but in order to play it, we have to get permission from Camila Butch Dancing, and right now he doesn't like us too much. But if he contacts us with permission, we'll play it." Now, how ignorant is that? You just sent me a text. You didn't say nothing about sharing the video, but you ain't been asking nobody about sharing their videos. So, how ignorant is that? If I give you Look, my videos out there, that's why I put them out there. I don't care who share them. So, uh, from this day moving forward, and you know that. So, don't even get on Facebook with your ignorant mess. misleading folk. And then you went back to talking about Charles I mean uh uh Jabaris walking.

Charles Jabaris treated him like [ __ ] by cutting him off and not allowing him to speak in response to Elsen Daniels right before the break. What the hell you think? Jabaris is the male pro team. He gets to control the meeting. So why are you questioning him? The city manager, Elson Daniels, said that the um uh state representative wanted to speak before uh so she can get on the highway. He want to go ahead on and let her speak. Uh um Jabar said, "Well, you the one to stay."

I think the negro just crazy. That's what I think. Um then he went on to say well after he spoke to Charles like that Camila who was somewhat behind Charles and everybody's business like he always is can be heard laughing at Charles and saying boy is sick. I sure did and was set up in the same place for two days Monday and Tuesday at the retreat. Uh well, seconds later, Charles gets up and approaches the clown and asks him, "You're talking to me? You're talking about me?" A back and forth discussion happens and you hear Camila say, "I'll be outside." But a few seconds later, he asked Charles, "Is that a threat?" How ignorant. Um when Charles said, "You might can't hear it too clear." That's why I've been I did a post from my page from my uh and and and um you might can't hear it too clearly, but but he left out the part and then he know I did a post about um he said to me that um uh Charles said to me that at first he said after I uh after he he said to me asked me was I talking about him and he said, "Well, Bronson gonna whoop your ass." I said, "Broma do nothing to me." And then that's when he said, uh, he'll see me outside. And I said, I'll be outside. I said, cuz I got to go home and when I get ready to go home, I'm going outside. Um, yeah. I asked him, I said, "Was that a threat?" And and he left out all that. He asked me, "Don't walk up on him." I said, "No, you walked up on me. I'm over here behind my camera." Um, I'm not going to even get into the foolishness with uh all the other stuff about how he feel about me and stuff. Uh, but then he come back and say again to complete video, the complete video is

a little over 3 hours, but we got the twominut session when it all when all this happened and we are ready to play it. But to avoid any copyright issues, we must have Camilis's permission to play it again. and he ain't been asking for no permission to play anything from anybody page. Um maybe Troy Davis scared when him and Troy got into it a couple weeks ago and Troy said something about his lawyer. But anyway, um again, he text me today why he didn't ask then if he wanted to ask, but I was just waiting on the post anyway cuz I know he were going to do one. So again, he playing games with y'all. Um,

I want you to uh this is the DCN smoke. I wanted you to hear how it got to uh the conversation with uh uh Councilman Charles Robinson and myself. Um, so I want to play leading up to um that conversation. See, cuz this ain't all about me. I'm just showing you a pattern of how ignorant he is. Uh, this been going on for two days. Well, it's been going on since he been on the council. Uh, he act like he's some type of savior or something, but he's not bringing anything to the table. And then he's not listening. the stupid conversations. The meme could have been over earlier yesterday. I mean, uh, yeah, yesterday, Monday and Tuesday, but because of some of the ignorant conversation that goes on, Reuben alluded to it. Some of the conversations don't need to be had. And then when that uh uh when he it's just saying, look at how he be doing clapping and I don't I I don't get it. Especially when folk are addressing him and then he continue to asking crazy mess. He act like he can't comprehend. Um it's embarrassing to me and and folk in the room. It was embarrassing to them. I've talked to several people. Um um I made it my best to talk to several people cuz I want to see how they stood. It's sad. It is embarrassing. Okay, I'm going to go back and let you

hear the conversation with with uh when it got to he and I again. Um um that was a a a video I did a couple days ago. um with the um video and audio. But now I'm going to continue to move on. Um again, this guy Charles Robinson is going to be a problem for this council. He was not at the table. He was not on the council when this took place. and he coming in using war three uh uh um uh ignite talking points that isn't going to do nothing but hurt the city. Um the LGC um um done told them um let me get to let me get to the lady from LGC. Uh when she did come up and speak. Okay, let me do this. this while I'm talking. Give it to where the lady from the LGC uh did come behind him and speak at his request again. That's what I'm laughing about because he say one thing and then when he get a response he gets stupid. I asked him if you want to make salary salary implement changes that are temporary are going to work easier than changes. children is going to reduce people's salaries later and I think that cutting salaries has the potential to have much

Uh if you go back and look at the retreat uh my video or the city council uh um YouTube page and my my YouTube page uh um is no doubt and when Tim Barnes u posting ignorant mess about uh um um Charles Robinson being treated like [ __ ] because he's being cut off and he's saying that nobody's supporting him. That's right. Because they know they got to make the hard cuts and increases and Charles Robinson is playing on war three uh uh ignorant talking points about they the most uh uh poverish area. Hell, everybody is poverish throughout the uh not everybody but there's poverish throughout uh all the wars. So don't go there. But um um

y'all better tune out the noise cuz the noise ain't going to do anything but uh uh hurt the city. Now um Charles talking about can't you cut this or sell some property? folk, they going to have to sell some property, but they got to do what they need to do to save money right now. Selling property is a long-term thing. Uh uh you got to do bids, you got to do all kinds of stuff. But um uh the city manager, Elton Daniels, have put together four scenarios. One and two will not save them money, but three and four will. and by x amount of time. And that's what they're working with. If they do not save money, put something in place. And he showed us uh uh in the scenarios how they can immediately start saving money. If they don't do that, then folk, the city is going to run out of cash. Did you hear me? They are going to run out of cash. Um um uh LGC said it, the state auditor have said it, but you still got this noise going on with Charles Robinson and the Tim Barnes and some others out there uh uh uh in the community. Now, one of the things they talked about was um

uh sorry about that.

One of the uh things they talked about was um um looking at facilities they might had to close temporarily or primitively or cuts they might have to make temporary or or privilege. Um, you heard the the lady from the LGC say uh you don't want to mess with salaries because you'll say they uh um maybe temporarily but more likely will end up primitent and and so you don't want to go mess with salaries. But then again, when you have folk that have not worked a real job, don't understand that situation. When Elton Daniel said uh um furlow is the way to go, the lady from LGC came back and stated the same thing. But again, I stress when you have not worked a real job, you don't know nothing about how things work and don't know how the city council work. Some of you still learning. Some of them act like you don't want to learn. Some of them don't even stay in the room long enough to learn. And and and and talking to all the wrong folk. Um it's it's very very sad and it's embarrassing. Um folk in October uh they told you that they had $80 million. No, no, no, no. They had $20 million in cash and after they place salaries in October, they were going to be down to eight because one of the months they have to pay uh out salaries three times and October was that month and they had $20 million and after the salaries it was going to be down to 8 million. So, it's still going down. And so, they got

to take the uh uh they got to make some some hard decisions, which it ain't going to be hard. They got no choice. Keith Rogers is giving them no choice. Um I am sick and tired of folk talking about uh um why didn't somebody say something? Why somebody didn't do something? Who are the the the the folk y'all talking about? Some say somebody need to go to jail. Who need to go to jail? Somebody said somebody need to be held accountable. Who needs to be held accountable? Don't just throw out miss uh Tim B talking about all the councils are uh crooks and all that kind of stuff. But see, it's documented. Um, let me give you a little history cuz I'm sick and tired. Uh, I don't think it was spelled out in the audit like it ought to been. Those that know uh um um they hired a consulting firm to look for a city manager. Um, you had uh Richard Joiner, Andre Knight, and uh um um Ruben Blackwell. You had um um yeah, it got a black super majority, but it won't it it was it was it was not a super majority. Uh, you had TJ, you had Jay Kelly, you had Liz Duchess, you had Tom Harris, you had Mayor Santa Claus Roberts. And for a little bit of history before I get into uh the audit part, it is no doubt

that folk have been trying to discredit Andre Knight and Ruben Blackwell all these years. They are the two longest standing members on the council. They have been trying to plot, been trying to make them look like criminals. You had folk come on the council working against them. And what happened? It backfired. These folk uh uh uh um almost bankrupt the city by allowing Keith Rogers to come to me and not respond to Councilman Andre Knight and Ruben Blackwell in Richmond and myself cuz I spoke up during the um uh public comments. folks sit around and say a damn thing. The mayor works closely to the um city manager and the mayor pro team. Um um lies come on talking about transparency. What the hell happened transparency when Andre was questioning uh uh the city manager? The city manager disrespecting. He'll come back. He going to come back with the full report. I'm all at the pumm talking about uh the report. He had it so uh Robert Hassel, the police chief, could not even respond to Andre about police stuff. Now the uh the um um the way it works, the city council hires the city manager. The city manager hires staff. So he hired Robert Hassel. Uh well he didn't hire Robert Hassel. Uh

Robert Hassel reports to him. Let me put it like that. This the uh city manager reports to the council and the staff reports to the city manager. So, anytime you have a a a staff member that you tell them not to respond to your boss, and if you stupid enough to uh uh uh allow your boss to not let you talk to his boss, then you got a problem. Serious problem. Um, again, I am sick and tired of folks talking about uh no oversight. That's a lie. Once um um Keith Rogers got here, uh Andre and others and myself, we did some research. We found what was going on, talked about it, but those boys had brought them here and I told them, "Y'all been not going there with this uh unanimous voting and stuff and but they listening to WHIG TV and folk uh talking about they need to be united and look at where it got them. Look at where it got them. Um um those guys had the numbers, the other four, TJ, J. Kelly, L, and Tom. So it didn't make a difference who they brought to the table cuz they already had who they wanted. And that's what they did. They got who they wanted and they brought them here and the boy had issues. Um, and then late in the game, Tom Harris uh uh come on board and then the other one start coming on

board. It was about Well, it it it ain't too late too too late, but it is too late because um um look at where they are. Had a fun balance. The boy even spent up the fund balance when we was questioning the money given to the police department. A startling salary 60,000. We question how you going to continue to fund that given Chief House and some others raises when Arie Jones were fighting for the um uh uh uh well just where to say the rest of the employees cuz some more didn't get no no no raise also but he was fighting for the sanitation workers. What happened? Keith Rogers end up firing. he had signed off on Ernie Jones lost his job standing up for the people and it tickles the hell out of me. We we had uh uh meetings and um um speaking up at the city council meeting about the sanitation workers not getting a raise, but they gave it all to the police department and others. And now y'all come down here and on social media uh uh uh uh concerned about how the city is. But where were you when we was talking about what was going on knowing it was leading up to this. So I don't want to hear a damn thing y'all got to say. And you can talk about me all you want to. I don't live in Rocky Mountain and I done told that story many times. I'm not even going to repeat that today. I don't care where I live. I'm all over the place across the state. So So you can talk about where I live all you want

to, but I'm going to talk about uh uh I'm I'm going to stand up for for folk no matter where I am because I can do that as a activist. So um that is that. So y'all can forget that. But um uh it's been talked about um the um the um again the Imperial Center one only may temporarily close or or or whatever and folks complaining. Do you want to have an imperial center or you want to get the you want the damn city to give out of cash? Yeah, people are poverish. But see, my thing is all these folk you talking about older people, if they got family, that's where their family need to step in. Where the damn church? I don't hear nothing about the ministerial alliance. I don't hear nothing from the church in no way. Very few, very few uh uh um two or three uh is talking with some sense. Um, this is where it's time to uh be your brother's keeper. If you can make it and help somebody else along the way, then now's the time. Everybody need to come together and get through this thing. But all this ignorant noise, y'all better cut it out cuz you ain't doing nothing. Uh uh um but hearing yourselves they going to have to increase. You've been getting away. Every time somebody talk to me about uh the high utilities and all that food, I say it's not just electricity and now they showing you where uh because they had a fun balance and I

know how Andre Knight fought against electric cities and all that cuz I went to the damn me and Wilson and kept up with it and uh um the Kemper and um the Kemper and then Electric Cities. It was us Andre uh Carol uh uh um Carol name um I can't think of last name Ruben I'm not um but uh Lewis Turner Carol back Lewis Turner and some others we were the ones that found out about the electric cities how the former mayor Fred Turner and some more folks was uh uh had funs through the way the electric cities were uh the electric was set up for Rocky Mount and and So Andre got on the on the board and and fought like he said he was the only other black person up there. I knew James Mills. He was mayor of Scotland cuz I'm all over the place. So I know everybody and they were the only two. And then I think a black guy came over from Kingston. So I can talk that talk cuz I've been at the damn table. I mean around the table cuz you know I couldn't see that table but I around the table and videoing documenting. So, uh, for all you negroes and, uh, 4734 lovers that got a problem with me, you can continue. I don't talk about me all you want to. I ain't got time. I'm out here trying to help make a difference. Uh, uh, uh, so come for me. Um, but I have family, friends, enemies in Rocky Mount. Been working on it for 39 years. And I've, uh, been a lifetime I'm a lifetime member of the Rocky Mount NAACP branch. joined in 1992 simply because I want to do just what I'm doing today. Be a voice for the voiceless. Uh uh uh a dieh hard Democrat, but I hold all folks accountable. I don't care if you're black Democrat, white

Democrat. I hold all folk accountable. I know who I am or whose I am. And right now I ain't got time for a whole lot of foolishness when it come to uh the situation with Rocky Mountain. I don't want to hear it. And you going you going to hear from me. Every time somebody bring up foolishness, I'm I'm I'mma respond. Don't bring it up to me and around me. Um so y'all can just forget that. But Rocky Mount is like they said in a dire need financial uh uh uh uh um crisis and you can stop that mess about nobody was saying nothing cuz Andre Knight Ren Blackwell Richard Jordan join M was saying something. It ought to be documented in the audit report. It ought to be documented. Well, it's documented at the city council in the minutes and the uh videos and my videos. So, hey, y'all can talk that noise, but because they so mad with Andre and Ruben. And then when they got a black majority, then they got a super majority. Like I said, a super majority. Over the years, folk coming down into the council with all kinds of crazy mess because you had a problem with Andre Knight and Luben Blackwell. But it has backfired. You got what you and then and then um before I see can I make a phone call? Um and then now you got the same person that came on board trying to discredit them. Now you want to talk to the treasurer and uh the city uh the auditor and all these folks LGC want them to come in and take over. How damn stupid. I've been at many LGC me. I was in Prince Via recording when they took over uh Prince V. I went to um uh Raleigh uh um um um when the last time when they was uh in trouble and Priscilla Eric Oats was the mayor that time and they almost took the charter that day. Um um but they didn't but they lucked out. Um, I'm not gonna get into it, but uh I was there. Nemiah Smith was there and forgot who else was there from this area. I go places. I ain't got time to listen to y'all noise. It don't go no damn well, but you got all the damn answers. And look at where we are now. All eyes are on Rocky Mountain. I have said it time and time again. That's why I come by go to the city council meetings over there. Uh they get pissed off when I say oh I see is Rocky Mount. Oh I see have

touched a whole lot of folk have done a whole lot of great things. And then you have Negroes and 4734 lovers that's trying to discredit. And see, I don't um uh um fault 4734 uh uh for all that he's doing. And I don't fault Keith Rogers for all that he done because you had seven damn board members and four of them and including the mayor allowed him they allowed him to get Rocky Mount to this point and then all folk can sit back and talk about is uh oh miss uh uh Andre Lightby or all that the state a came here. Look at what happened to her. She end up losing her job. Why y'all think uh uh 4734 and Vance and the Republicans come to Rocky Mount? Cuz all eyes is on Rocky Mount. And why y'all around here keeping noise and they laughing at y'all? That's why they come to Rocky Mountain cuz all eyes are on Rocky Mountain and y'all don't get it. Maybe I get it because I've been active since the the um 80s and and out here and moved about and see what's going on with politics and stuff. then you're mad with me cuz I know what I'm talking about. I challenge any of you. I know who I am, who I am, and I know what I know. Been doing all this stuff

for years out of pocket going to the me when y'all weren't coming to the meet. And then I was recording them so it could be documenting. So yeah, I'm going to talk until the last day until I can't talk no more so y'all can forget it cuz I'm I'm going to talk about the facts. Um, just hold on. Get out of your way shortly. Uh talk about uh um um um everybody talking about electric up the event center ain't making no money. Somebody post the other day about uh I went up there. I told them I said uh give me your facts. I didn't even know they were going to have an event presentation that next day and it was awesome. Um I came back again. I told him I said uh uh talk about the uh event center.

I said talk about the event center. Oh, they won't talk about that. They want to make it about me. See, that's what they do. Those keeping the noise. See, that's what they do when you call them out. All y'all around here, you you say miss, but then when somebody challenge you, you get mad and you uh make it about that person. I don't dig TV and other shows and and um um it's just crazy crazy. But y'all need to uh uh support your your councilman that uh uh uh um that's trying to get y'all out of this. Um and and they they got to listen to the uh city manager and the staff. They does the dayto-day operations so they know what needs to be done. They got to make the presentation to them and then they look at it and move forward. But to think that you ain't and they ain't going to have to raise increase some stuff. I don't know what what world you living in, but you better get on board and start supporting uh tell your councilman to do what got to be done because it's going to take some years to get back to where it is. The boy spin up the fun ball right now.

Y'all better be uniting. Put your differences aside and look at what some of these council members are doing. Uh uh um it ain't making sense. But the mess they doing ain't making sense. um they got x amount of time that they got to save some money in order not to give out a cash. So whatever it take, whatever the city manager bring back next Wednesday when he meet with the mayor and the mayor pro Tim and and then on Thursday the council going to come together and you see where Charles Robinson staying. You know told you where he's staying. So, hey, if y'all like it, I love it. Well, I think I've been talking long enough. I'm going to um shut it down and be back tomorrow and be back on tomorrow and talk about some more. I want to talk about the event center because that was a powerful presentation. Powerful presentation. But what y'all need to do is is why you taking time to talk all that foolish about yourself. You need to look at uh the retreat and how interesting it was that the state auditor decided to release the findings on the day of the retreat when the internal audit was being done uh presentation being done and LGC. I thought that was that was that was a good thing. And I had been waiting on

the full report cuz that's what we had been asking for the full report. Sad. That's how we had to get it. And I'm say this before even going back to uh uh when I was growing up and we was um working on the farm and and uh it doesn't matter. Um, Edcomon County, Tberry, or Pinetops. He had very few places to shop. So, every summer the the the children goes terribly in Rocky Mount. I'm 63 years old. Um, been going to Rocky Mountain all my life. Uh, been working over there for the last 39 years. got family, friends, and enemies over there. And and and and I'm going to speak up, continue to speak up. Uh uh uh so whether you like it or not, that's a you problem. But y'all got to shut Tim Barnes, the false Rocky Mount. Ain't nothing true about him down with that foolishness. Now, you can keep coming for me, but I'm talking about when he's using the city council uh putting out false information uh dividing folk uh uh well, a but few say he uh but just putting out misleading information cuz this what some folks want to hear. But brother Ran campaigned for three whole years and got 11 votes after I told him people going to vote for him. That's what he got mad at me about. I ain't mad with him. He was never anything to me. He ain't nothing to me

today. I ain't mad with nobody. Anybody. I talk to everybody. Anybody. Uh uh. When Charles brought up Bronson, he don't realize me and Bronson talk. See, I we have differences. That's fine. I don't hold grudges. Roosevelt. He everybody. You don't talk to him. Hey, Roosevelt been down here cut all of them trees down in my yard. He he he he he did it. I paid him when he talk about politics. Then we have that that that that he asked me one day we were down here. Uh but why did you do me like that? I said because I can stand up to you cuz I know my stuff. I ain't mad with nobody. And everybody know uh I played the uh the audio. He called and cussed me out, called me a vaginal and all that kind of stuff. I just laugh. Funny to me. See, because when you know who you are and who you are, hey, I ain't like these young folk out here getting mad, want to shoot somebody and all that kind of stuff. It lets me know where I stand with the Tim BS and those 4734 lovers and them ignorant negroes. It let me know you got a problem with me. I ain't got no problem with you cuz I know I am a strong black man and don't need your validation. And as long as I am breathing, I'm gonna continue to try to help get the facts out when it comes to Rocky Mountain, Pinetops, Tberry, Canita. Left a retreat the other other night other evening and I go way on the other end of the counter to Canita to their me and since my dad has a transition on, I got time. That's right. still work a real job 39 a year on just that job.

But I got time cuz I'mma get back in the streets and go to the meetings and educate folk on what's going on around cuz now is the time. Somebody got to do it. But uh y'all stay tuned.
