CUP-2026-18 - Conditional Use Permit for a Waiver of the Front and Rear Yard Setback Requirements - Roger Fuhrman and Nancy Fuhrman:

Roger and Nancy Fuhrman are requesting conditional use permit approval for a waiver of the front (garage) and rear yard setback requirements for the existing residence to eliminate the nonconforming use status of the property and allow the construction of an accessory structure on the property. Additionally, the requested setbacks would allow future additions to the garage and the rear yard covered patio.
