Joint City County Planning Committee - Regular Meeting

The Joint City County Planning Committee considered three rezoning requests. The first two, Z250004 Sharon Road Assemblage and Z250008 Preserve at Infinity, were both denied due to concerns about traffic, environmental impact, and affordable housing. The third request, Z250012 Enclave at Little Creek, was also denied for similar reasons. The committee also discussed proposed amendments to the comprehensive plan and received an update on the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) review process.
