Location: 9434A Firestone Blvd Request: A request for approval of a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Tutoring Center (Mathnasium) within an existing 1,570 square foot tenant space located at 9434A Firestone Blvd. (APN: 6284-003-028) in the C-2 (General Commercial) zone. CEQA: Categorical Exemption – Section 15301 (Class 1, Existing Facilities) Staff: Associate Planner, Marissa Montero Recommendation: That the Planning Commission: A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY APPROVING PLN-26-00068 (CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT), THEREBY ALLOWING THE OPERATION OF A 1,570 SQUARE FOOT TUTORING CENTER LOCATED WITHIN AN EXISTING COMMERCIAL CENTER AT 9434A FIRESTONE BOULEVARD, ZONED C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL)
