All right. Good evening, everybody. It's Wednesday, January 7th, 2026. Happy New Year to you all. Uh time is 5:31 p.m. I'd like to call this town board special meeting to order by asking everybody to please stand for the pledge to the flag. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

Be it resolved that the town board of the town of Dover does hereby approve the following items for consideration and adoption on January 7th, 2026. Town Board special meeting consent agenda. Authorize the payment of abstract number 1A of 2026 in the amount of $339,77656. Accept the minutes of the town board special meeting of December 17, 2025 and the town board organizational meeting of December 17, 2025. accept unanticipated revenue authorized budget transfers and budget amendments and payment of off abstract purchase orders as prepared and submitted by the town's bookkeeper and the surplus obsolete town IT equipment which a list has been provided in your packages tonight everybody

I'll accept a motion second motion been made by Murphy and seconded by Muda any discussion Can I just um mention that on a subsequent agenda I had added an an revision to an a resolution from a previous meeting and I added in your packets here. It was just a um a change in the amount of a particular contract from back in September. Originally the contract was the yearly cost is8625 but it ended up that we were on boarding last fall and that incurred a cost so it was revised to 10380.

Tom, someone can make a motion to amend this resolution to add that revision agenda. Okay. All right. We didn't have it in the consent agenda, so I'll do it after this one. Right.
