Okay, I don't believe there's any changes to agenda order of business.

Okay. I'm going to go ahead and move right into public comments. The public comments portion of this meeting is now open. Anyone who would like to speak on any item on this agenda or anything on your main to this council now would be a reasonable opportunity. You have three minutes to speak in a respectful manner to this council. Please state your name and address for the record. Make sure to register with the city clerk. If you are pre-registered, we will call your name. If not, you will still have an opportunity and I will announce the opener opportunity after those who have pre registered have spoken. We'll go ahead and start with Mr. Odell Torres, which is outside. Oh, no. Okay. All right. So he has withdrawn his request to speak. We'll now open up to anyone in the public who would like to speak at this time. Be none. We'll go ahead and close the public comments of the LPA, and we'll go ahead and move into the public hearings.

Item 5A, a resolution of the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Doral, Florida, sitting as a local planning agency, recommending approval, denial of, or going forward without a recommendation to the local governing body, a text amendment to the city's land development code by amending Chapter 74, miscellaneous and supplementary regulations of the city's court of ordinances, created a covalent certified recovery residence to establish procedures for the review and approval of certified recovery residents and providing for an effective date. All right.

Item 5B, a resolution of the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Doral, Florida, sitting as a local planning agency, recommending approval, denial of, or going forward without a recommendation to the City's local governing body, a text amendment to the City's Land Development Code by amending Chapter 74, Miscellaneous Supplementary Regulations of the City of Doral Land Development Code, to create Section 74-171, Cabin Craton Establishments, establishing definitions, distance requirements, and other regulations governing establishments engaged in the sale and or on-site consumption of Cabin Craton products, and providing for an effective date.
