Good evening, everyone. Welcome to the city of Doral. This is our local planning agency meeting. We'll call this meeting to order. The time is now 618, and it is Wednesday, October 23rd, 2024. Madam Clerk, please call the roll.

Hi, my name is Claudia Bailey, 9990 Northwest 51st Lane. And I am just wanting to make public comments. My last council meeting, as your right hand vice mayor, councilman, I want to take a moment to, as a longtime resident, I want to take a moment to thank you publicly. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I'd work in something like this. And God knows why he does everything. He paired me with a person who's honest, who's humble, fair, Someone who has great family values, who sticks by his friends in the good and in the bad. Very good example for this community. I always tell my kids, you know, it's not easy to make the right decisions. It's hard. And I'm very grateful. I'm grateful to you. I think we were a great team. And I just didn't want it to go without putting that on the record. So thanks a lot.

Item 5A, a resolution of the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Charlotte, Florida, sitting as a local planning agency, recommending approval, denial for going forward without a recommendation to the local governing body. Text amendments to Chapter 80, signed regulations by curating Article 7, title, Human Trafficking Signs, and providing for an effective date.
