being none public comments is now closed madam clerk let the record reflect which has chosen to speak at this time we'll go ahead and move into the public hearing items item 5a resolution of the main the city council of the city of dorado florida sitting as a local planning agency recommending approval denial of or going forward without a recommendation to the local governing body attacks amendment to chapter 53 administration article 3 development and procedures division 2 of development order and development permit of the city's land development code amending section 53-183 requirements exceptions to provide for limited development approval for certain development activities that do not require a building permit. Amending section 53-184, approval of development plans to establish limited development and streamline administrative development approval, and to provide for applicability, application requirements, review, and approval, providing for enforcement, conflicts, availability, codification, and an effective date.

Item 5B, a resolution of the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Doral Forest, sitting as a local planning agency, recommending approval, denial of, or going forward without a recommendation to the local governing body, amending section 53-128, use compatibility table of the City of Doral Land Development Code to revise the definition of medical use to include the treatment and care of domesticated animals, providing for incorporation of recitals, codifications of ability conflicts, and an effective date.
