Good evening, everyone. We are officially calling this meeting to order. This is our local planning agency. The time is now 6 p.m. and it is August 13th. Madam Clerk, please call the roll.

So we will go ahead and move into public comments. I'm going to go ahead and open up the public comments portion of the LPA meeting if you would like to speak to anything on this.
