Planning Agency meeting. I'm calling it to order. Today is Wednesday, April 8th, 2026. The time is now 555pm. Sorry that we were a couple minutes late. Madam Clerk, please call the roll. Councilwoman Corrin Oso. Present. Councilwoman Marie Porras. Here. Councilman Rafael Pinheiro.

All right. I think there's only, oh, we have to open up public comments. Public comments is now open for LPA. Anyone who would like to speak? I don't believe there's anybody registered to speak. Okay, being none. Public comments are now closed. Madam Clerk, I'd like the record to reflect. No one's chosen to speak at this time.

And we'll move into the public hearing item. There's only one. Item 5A, a resolution of the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Doral, Florida, sitting as a local planning agency, recommending approval, denial of, or going forward without a recommendation to the local governing body, the adoption of evaluation and appraisal report ER-based amendments to the comprehensive plan by amending the resiliency element, future land use element, transportation element, housing element, infrastructure element, conservation element, parks and recreation element, educational facilities element, intergovernmental coordination element, and capital improvements element by creating new private property rights element and economic development element, and updating the water supply facilities work plan pursuant to sections 163-191, 163-194, and 163-1776C Florida statutes and providing for an effective date.

All right, I'm going to open up public comments for item 26-6546 on the LPA agenda, being none. Public comment is closed.
