Mr. choice. The first item for your consideration is the approval of the minutes of last month's meeting. Uh, has everyone had an opportunity to look over what they were sent? Are there any additions, corrections, extensions that need to be made or can we just go right ahead and vote? Chair would entertain a motion for the approval of the minutes of the last meeting.

And item number one on the agenda is a resoning request for Mr. Johnny Crowe of Tax Map 145, parcel 16.09 consisting of 2.23 23 acres on Highway 46 South Dixon, Tennessee from A1 agriculture to C2 general commercial in the seventh district. Mr. Hayes,

Highway 46 South has a wide variety of commercial businesses located alone. At this time, the current owner does not have an exact plan for the property, but it will be commercial with nature if the reser is approved. A site plan would still be required before anything be built. Thank you there, Mr. Hayes. Uh, Mr. Chase, has anybody approached you with any favorable comments, unfavorable comments, or uh, No. Okay.

There haven't been. Well, I will just make as a as a general statement of someone that's very familiar with this area and passes through it all the time that in no way would changing that parcel from agriculture to commercial be something was out of character for Highway 46 as Mr. Haye stated. Having said that, does anyone have a motion to put on the floor? I'll make a motion. Mr. Chase, what motion is that? to approve the uh initial request application. It has been moved of Commissioner Jeff Chase to approve the reszoning of the parcel previously stated from A1 to C2. Is there a second?

Second by Mr. Barry to approve this resoning request. Is there any further discussion on this motion? Hearing none, the chair will call for the question. The question is the reasonzoning of item number one tax map 145 parcel 16.03 16.09 consisting of 2.23 23 acres, Highway 46 South, Dixon, Tennessee, A1 agriculture to C2 commercial. And that's the question. This is a recommendation only. As those of you new to the commission, but probably already aware that we don't reszone anything, but we do request that the county commission approved this reszoning.
