Consists of the provision of services to establish and operate the DeKalb Farm Fresh Mobile Market to make locally sourced food more accessible and affordable for residents of DeKalb County, Georgia. A contract will be developed and executed in a form acceptable to the County Attorney or his designee. Awarded to: Retaaza, LLC. Amount Not to Exceed: $378,000.00.

Consists of the provision of healthcare expansion and community-based health services to expand access to quality healthcare for uninsured and underinsured residents, including in-home primary care, dental and behavioral health services, community outreach, wellness services, immunization expansion, remote patient monitoring, and other initiatives to strengthen the DeKalb County healthcare ecosystem. A contract will be developed and executed in a form acceptable to the County Attorney or his designee. Awarded to: Mosaic Health Center, Inc. Amount Not to Exceed: $1,500,000.00.

Consists of the provision of healthcare services and initiatives to expand preventive healthcare access throughout DeKalb County, including the deployment and operation of a countywide mobile healthcare unit, expansion of maternal and prenatal healthcare services, and development of an additional community healthcare access site. A contract will be developed and executed in a form acceptable to the County Attorney or his designee. Awarded to: MedCura Health, Inc. Amount Not to Exceed: $1,400,000.00.

Consists of the provision of weekly food-scrap collection services and community education to 500 unincorporated DeKalb households over a 40-week beta term in 2027. The program will provide branded 7-gallon containers to participating households at no cost to residents and is intended to educate residents on proper organics diversion while collecting participation, data, and measured behavior. A contract will be developed and executed in a form acceptable to the County Attorney or his designee. Awarded to: Compost Cowboys, LLC. Amount Not to Exceed: $325,000.00.
