PROJECT LOCATION: 44 HICKORY STREET, DEFIANCE, OH 43512. APPLICANT: GREEN EDGE PROPERTIES, LLC, C/O TIM FONT, 17274 ROAD 111, PAULDING, OH 45879. Parcel J03-0030-C-019-00 is located in Enterprise Addition Block 2 Lot 16 and 18 (pt) in the City of Defiance, Richland Township, Defiance County, OH. Applicant requests the following two variances to construct a duplex on this parcel: - Variance request to decrease the required minimum lot width for a two-family in an R-2, Residential District from 80' to 68' per City of Defiance Planning & Zoning Code, Chapter 1173.02-1. - Variance request to reduce the required location for a driveway to be located less than the required three feet from the side lot line per the City of Defiance Planning and Zoning Code, Chapter 1167.05.B.
