I'd like to open the City of Deer Park Planning and Zoning Commission meeting on July the 6th, 2026 at 635. This meeting is now called to order. Did we have anybody signed to actually speak tonight? I'd like to have a motion and a second on our minutes from the June 1st of 2026 meeting for the planning and zoning.
