Fire Control District - Regular Meeting

I'd like to call this meeting of the Deer Park, Fire Control Emergency Services District to order. We have two items on the agenda tonight. Actually, three. First, we would like to recognize the service member Flint Blackwell for his service to this board from 2021 to 2025. We have a plaque here and mister Blackwell is not in attendance tonight.

I don't see him. So we will send that to him. But we wanna appreciate his service for the last four years that he has given to this board. Thank you. And moving on to agenda item number two, I'd like to introduce Mr. Mike Mitchum as our newest board member. Welcome.

And item number three here will be the open public hearing. Miss secretary, do we have anyone or would you like to read the public notice?

Yes sir. The notice of public hearing is hereby given that the board of directors of the Deer Park Fire Control Prevention and Emergency Medical Services District will hold a public hearing at City Hall 710 East Saint Augustine Street, Deer Park, Harris County, Texas on Monday, 06/09/2025 at 05:45PM, at which time and place they will hear all persons desiring to be heard on or in connection with any matter or questions regarding the proposed fiscal year twenty twenty five, twenty twenty six budget.
