Recommended Action: Approve the quarterly report for the period of April 1, 2026 - June 30, 2026 and authorize submission to the City Council.

Discussion of issues relating to the status of Deer Park Community Development Corporation (DPCDC) projects for the period of April 1, 2026 - June 30, 2026. RPT 26-034

Recommended Action: Receive and discuss the reports.

Consideration of and action on authorization to use the remaining Series 2021 and Series 2022 Certificates of Obligation proceeds and interest earnings for the design, construction, improvement, and equipment associated with renovations to the Theatre building. AUT 26-018

Recommended Action: Authorize the use of the remaining Series 2021 and 2022 Certificates of Obligation proceeds and interest earnings to be used for renovations to the Theatre Building.
