Reminder for committee members to undergo Open Meetings Act training as well as any other administrative obligations in order to conduct public business.

Review of showing of The Lorax at the Fischer Theater, subsidized by Community Roots funding.

Gravel Bed

i. 2,000 seedlings ordered and due to be planted in early April. ii. Once we are safe from damaging freezes, water needs to be turned on iii. Call for volunteers to help transplant seedlings

Hyperion Tree Protection/Preservation Program

i. Protection: ensuring trees on developed property are not damaged or removed ii. Preservation: Concerning trees threatened by land development or construction

Spring Inspection of previous plantings.

Goal is to keep up-to-date information on attrition rates and replace trees that did not survive the winter

Tree Planting outside of Public Property & ROW

Budgetary, legal, safety, and tracking concerns.
