But we do have a more. Alright. Well, then let's launch and start with the minutes. Anyone here remove the minutes? Move the minutes. Chavo moves the minutes. Are there any additions or corrections? Hearing none, those in favor of the minutes presented, say aye. Aye. Aye. Any opposed? Hearing none, those carry. We have no front transfers or referrals. We do have an average cost item needing action. And how about if we start with the presentation date? Sure.

1:32 – 2:111

Excuse me. Every year, we bring the average cost list to the committee for review and approval. This is the document that we use to help establish our cost share rates for practices. We look at past practices, past bills, past invoices that we've received for various practices and keep a running tally, kind of a running average of the various costs. So this document the first part just talks about what we the background behind it.

2:12 – 2:391

This page with the red cross outs and then the yellow highlighted areas is what's changing. So anything in red is what we've adjusted and what we adjusted it to. And we saw roughly a 7% increase in a lot of the prices that we're getting for construction practices. Anything in yellow, we're not proposing to change.

2:400

How do they manage to escape the 7%?

2:44 – 3:021

It it varies. Some a lot of the practices like fence, it's like metal and equipment that we have to get from somewhere, piping, stuff like that. Where a grass waterway, it's just seed and excavator costs. Okay. So

3:02 – 3:360

Alright. Well, you gave us a very thorough written presentation. Anyone with questions or comments? Well then, a motion would be adjourned. So moved. Any discussion on the proposed priceless cost list? If there's none, those in favor, please say aye. Aye. Aye. Are there any opposed?

3:38 – 4:000

Hearing none, that carries. Paging down. Do we have anything else? Yes. Amy has well, we have no presentations yet, but reports. Amy would like to would you like to summarize the approved contracts and payments reports? Sure.

4:01 – 4:441

This would have been from our last meeting till now, the contracts that have been approved, so they would have caught we didn't have a approved contracts list in December. In January, we had a presentation, so this would be from December until February, any of the contracts that were approved. So we caught the '25 and the '26. So these are the contracts that have been approved since during that time frame, mostly continuous cover program contracts with a few few other practices in there.

4:460

Well, we got a full slate of approved payments. Do we have money in the bank for all those?

4:521

Yes. We do.

4:55 – 5:210

Anyone else with questions or comments on any of these items? If not, we could move on. What else do we have on the agenda? Patient or what's your That may complete it. Yeah.

5:21 – 5:530

Next item on our agenda is our next meeting of March 26. Does that sound alright with everyone? Not hearing any objections. Do we have any public comments or other business? If not, let's adjourn. Aye. Chavo moves? Yes. So moved. Those in favor, say aye. Aye. We're adjourned. Thank you all.
