Okay, we are out of closed session, and we'll need to take some action.
I move to adopt resolution 2026-0032. Second.
Any discussion? All in favor say aye.
Aye.
Aye, motion carries. Next item on the agenda is other business. Is there any other business to come before the board?
Could I mention something? I got a call from JCS after their move across the street. They're very appreciative of everything. They have settled in. They're doing really well there. They like it. They did have one request, and that was if they could move their car that had been parking across the street over here in the lot behind 902. And I told them to go ahead. I didn't have any issues with that. I don't think that's a problem. It's closer to them. They still can't see it like they could when they were in the courthouse, but it's closer to them, and that was what their request was.
Unless you have a... You mean they have like an official car?
Yeah, it's a state car.
Okay.
I told them to just park it along the auditor's building in that row there. So unless you have any issues with that, you'll start to see that there.
No, I don't have any issues.
Okay, thank you.
You guys have any other? Oh.
On the agenda, is there an action item for the spill?
It says discussion action. Two possible closed sessions.
So if you're going to take action, I would suggest. We did. Oh, I missed it. Okay. That was quick.
We took action on the resolution that he gave us.
Sorry. Thanks.
It's okay. I do have one other thing. Brad had pointed out that our resolution agreement with one of new opportunities is one of our federal partners they do you know early childhood development and I sit on that board and our agreement with that group is what more than 10 years old wasn't it and so I've reached out to new opportunities and we have a new MOU with them We give them money per year, and it's per capita, but the federal dollars flows through that group, and I've sent it to legal for them to review this MOU, and then it will be coming in front of the board after our legal department has time to review it. It won't take, our old is like evergreen, so this new MOU takes effect July 1st, so we have a little time to work on any of the language. So it was good to get that updated. And we aren't the only county.
How much more is it going to cost us?
It's still the same. It's a per capita thing. But it's Head Start and all of that. Just FYI on looking at some of those older contracts that may need to be updated. I don't have anything else.
You know, the only other thing, talking about the contracts, is I've asked Melinda in the past to get a list of all of our contracts, determination dates, so that things don't, you know, fall by the wayside like this one did.
Well, yeah, and this isn't, it just evergreens.
Well, but that's exactly my point. We would see that if we had that list.
Sure.
And know what's, who we're contracting with and in termination dates.
And we had some software that was part of our Tyler portfolio, but I don't know that it's working correctly.
I don't think it is.
No, I'd heard that, we thought.
I don't have any other business.
No, I would offer a motion to adjourn.
Second.
Any discussion? All in favor say aye.
Aye.
Motion carries. We are adjourned.
