Okay. So welcome to the February 4 Cooperative Labor Committee meeting. I now call the meeting to order at 7PM. Roll call. Okay.

0:221

Yep. Kishner yeah. Yes. Yeah. In Chirzah?

0:280

Here. Yeah.

0:291

And vice chair Chirzah, she is at it.

0:33 – 0:560

Okay. Thank you. So let's move to our business. So first thing will be meeting minutes approved. So that anybody review the meeting minutes? Yes. Yes. Okay. So I review the meeting minutes. Yes. Uh-huh. And the motion?

0:592

I can make a motions to approve the minutes.

1:043

No. I second it.

1:061

Sorry, I

1:073

second it.

1:121

They vote. Commissioner Satsbaw?

1:181

I or sorry. Commissioner Shu?

1:221

Share a hand. Yep. I jump up.

1:25 – 1:490

Yes. Okay. I think they today, we are going to have the chair an advice chair selection.

1:50 – 2:271

Yeah. So I will I'll walk you through the process. So we'll start with a nomination, and so the nomination can be for another commissioner or you can do a self nomination. After we get a nomination and the commissioner accepts the nomination, there's room for a motion. Once a motion's made, then they can discuss it if there's any discussion. There'll also be a substitute motion made, and then there'll be a vote. And then we'll move in. Once we've selected our chair, then we'll select our vice chair. And I believe that there was oral not. Sorry.

2:27 – 2:421

Brittney communication that was added to your packet from commissioner Chokshi, who was interested, wanted to throw a carning vote for the chair. So I'll leave it up to you guys for nomination.

2:474

I like to meet her as a commissioner.

2:58 – 3:150

I think it's a grip with missus Shu had been the chair in the park and recreation before. Right? He should familiar with all the procedure, the process. Should we have you know? I I

3:15 – 4:002

I appreciate it at all. Two two reasons I really appreciated, commissioner Schuh's contributions 2025 last year. For one project, you know, I have passionate about, and I try to participate from the CRS side is Cupertino Library story for celebration seventy years anniversary. And I remember we have, you know, form when we try to form working group from the commissioner point, actually, the working group is so heated. Oh, I think everyone wants to be part of it.

4:01 – 4:482

And, you know, and after she wasn't I guess, during the meeting, her voice wasn't too loud to be part of the working group. But then outside is a working bro group because I participate as a CRF board member, so I know many of the events. So she, like, design, print the banner, design, print the distributor of flies, and recruit high school volunteers, you know, and collect stories at the senior centers and host many tables and to support the events. So I'm very, very appreciated her contributions.

4:48 – 5:096

And, also, she was the Port Royal Working Group, and, you know, we successfully going through every single steps. So for those two reasons, I very appreciate, you know, her contributions, her leadership. And so I, yeah, think she will be

5:092

a great candidate as a chair.

5:121

So is that a second that I hear?

5:132

I'm second. Yeah. So is that

5:161

Is there any more discussion?

5:18 – 5:362

I just want to point out that, you know, junkie, yes, I saw her, but I think she violated the Brown Act by sending out email to all the commissioner. When I saw that email, it's a surprise.

5:37 – 5:481

Yeah. Well, it went to the library commission Commission. Wes, it went to your email address. So she didn't she was she was we told her that that's what she needed to do if she was gonna be absent and wanted to throw her name in.

5:48 – 6:092

I saw that that at least in the past, our training is any communications to the commissioner needs to go to Jessica, and Jessica sent out as a BCC. So that is at least what my understanding is. So it's it's a b c c to everyone instead of

6:101

And if and if that is the case, I'm happy to look into that.

6:143

Yeah. Oh, no.

6:15 – 6:311

That is her to do, and that was coming from Jessica. So who's very well versed around that. I don't believe that that was and maybe again, I said that's how I'm have people look. But Yeah. Yeah. Please look into it. That a directive from stat when

6:312

she I see her. Okay. So that's fine.

6:331

So I hope you don't think she

6:34 – 7:172

missed No. No. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. So so that's fine. That that is not the reason. Okay. She was part of the Cupertino Story working group, but, you know, I can as a CIF participant in Cupertino Story, I saw miss Xu's contributions that I, you know, just read out some examples, and I yet see her, like, contributions being part of the yes. I appreciate that she, you know, being the Port Royal Working Group and the Select Port Royal successfully, but at the other end, yeah, I I just don't see any updates all from, like, to the library commissioner.

7:17 – 7:422

Her only updates I hear part of it actually for the work message from, you know, the commissioner asked Chandra instead of her own, like, contributions being part of the working group. So that is a little bit disappointed. So for that that reasons, I think it's yeah.

7:441

Anybody else?

7:454

So, personally, I nominated the

7:47 – 8:006

the reason is I think we just we both started the same time, and I see that this is vocal for community support. So that's the main reason because

8:01 – 8:144

this this whole we can do whatever the community is actually looking for or something that overall the community's need is somewhere it it comes to the commission,

8:14 – 8:316

either through the groups, other things. So somebody who has basically take it forward and talk about the need, community need here and also on the basis. So I feel she would do good job on that side. That's that's my.

8:331

Commissioner Hsu, do you accept the nomination?

8:36 – 9:113

Oh, yeah. I am surprised to see so much support from other commissioner. Really appreciate it, feel grateful. Yeah. Because I actually, I work with several nonprofit organization in the past, and I I didn't know. So everyone really see they really saw what I did. But I I didn't mean to gain something for myself, but I really appreciate their words. I'm so touched. Yeah. I accept the information. Thank you.

9:11 – 9:251

Okay. So our motion is to nominate commissioner Hsu as chair, and that was put forth by commissioner Satya Vaughan, seconded by commissioner Han. Can we take a vote? Sure.

9:260

Chair's out. Uh-huh. Here.

9:283

Yeah. Yes. Commissioner Sakhtyvah?

9:331

Yes. Miss Yerkin? Yes. And commissioner Shu yes. Right. Do you have a new chair?

9:441

And now a select suffice chair. So same process. So we'll begin with the and then Any discussion? And then I'll

10:02 – 10:463

I would like to nominate Chandra Sekzu. Well, how to pronounce your last name? Sorry. Maybe not accurate. Because, yeah, in the meeting, I saw him, yeah, ask a lot of thoughtful and meaningful questions, like yeah. And he tried to WhatsApp for some community member when they send email asking us for something. He just, yeah, try to get all the detail and discuss with people in the meeting to collect information. I really appreciate what he did. I think he can do a good job as a vice chair.

10:490

I second.

10:511

Do you accept the nomination?

10:534

Yeah. Thanks for nominating. And yeah.

10:571

Is there any word of session?

11:00 – 11:392

You know, again, for the Bettina story, I appreciate, you know, Chandler to be at the table booth to distract distribute the the puzzle story. Even that day, the there was a little bit of hectic because there was power off. Power done. The opening power done, and there was a missed message some messages, no more events, events, and and yeah. So when I saw you show up, and they appreciate it. Yeah. And, you know, we're looking for the meeting minutes. Yeah. He asked them about our shit. So

11:40 – 12:100

Yeah. I I saw he, you know, thinking aloud and try to reach out the community and participate in some in a lot of activity. Yeah. I the support will be vice chair. But I just hope in the future, you know, if there are event in city, we, as a library commissioner, need to participate, you know, actively.

12:10 – 12:400

Yeah. For example, in the this sat sat Sunday, Saturday. There is a district for it. Right? So I think that, you know, as a computer library commiss commissioner, we need to participate as, you know, representative our computer library. Yes. So I think that, you know, in the future, so all the commissioner need to be put more effort and, you know, time on this. Yeah. Thank you.

12:402

For the the Saturday's meeting.

12:42 – 12:563

Yeah. The Saturday meeting from 08:30 to twelve Yeah. With the county event. Yeah. Yeah. So I I will be there, but I'm not sure. That would be great. Yeah. Okay.

12:57 – 13:101

So so yeah. Sorry, we vote? Are there Yeah. You were in a okay. So we had a motion that was named by chair Xu and seconded by sorry.

13:15 – 13:471

Hi. Yes. Okay. We're first, right, and. Yes. Hey. This is happening. And now In front of you, you have some notes that might help you run the meter hit. This is followed. The part that it'd be yellow is where you would you may need to take action, and I'll help you. Don't worry. Okay.

14:000

program. Can you ask?

14:053

Shall shall I ask if there's any communication from the community? No. Because there's no. Okay. So there's no old business.

14:141

I'll do. We're gonna go now to item number three.

14:193

Done. Oh, yeah. Still business item number. Oh, it's already here. Yeah. Valerie program update. Yeah.

14:27 – 15:057

For that. Yeah. First, well, thank you for the service, and congratulations to the the newer chair in this chair. I'm Thomas. Pleasure to see the one I know and meet the one I know. So I'm the Lou. I'm coming up with for it following And so I was asked, like, to share with a a plan for this upcoming year. Right? So I prepared just one one view, one slide with some of the the events, right, that I'm I'm thinking about, and I would love your your feedback. Right?

15:05 – 15:387

So, hey, the the first one is actually already active. Right? So I was approached by the the president of the when we leave the ceremony last last month already. In that day, in five years, they want to push a test path when the so targeting the five high schools of the district. It will happen between mid February and late May.

15:39 – 16:057

In fact, they will organize most of of it. Right? Because it's the first time they are doing it. The the the help they need from us is first, you know, to represent myself as a poet for OAET to help being a jury member to help attract other poets to be jury member in the post to party to the the ceremony. Right?

16:05 – 16:297

The two ceremonies have a budget where they were the the first, third, and third price with the monetary gift for the for the laureates. And I believe because it's also our events, for example, as a library. Right? He will have also his communication instruction. We got maximum participation.

16:29 – 17:257

I think in the prior year, they had pushed to 75 plus points submitted. So we we try to to at least have the same or or or better. There was a lot feedback from Keiko on, you know, the notion of doing a contest and I think 75 people are see better on these three winners in the Rotary Club, in Monterey status. I think one thing we could do, check-in working, is that even for the the the or the people, the students who submitted some coins who didn't make it to the first sum on surface. Maybe we can have them publish right in I don't know if we can publish a little leaflet that we would have here on the library at the stream with the the city channel.

17:25 – 17:417

Right? But that's that's to rediscuss. So that one is is is is active. I'm actually meeting Friday with the the the Rotary president to to get going. And then so you can see the the foreign banks.

17:41 – 18:187

Right? I I kind of looked at what was done in the past, also meeting with with Keiko. So what we agree is to, in fact, quickly do an event to kind of get there, you know, old people, old poets used can got to come to the the past event. So I propose, you know, an an open meet Koetry event where peep you know, will share of course, we share the news about the Koetry contest and and the plan, and we'll just, you know, invite people to to share some points with the one another. Right?

18:18 – 18:547

And I want to make this targeting all generation tracks so they would be open to children, families, adults, seniors, and also multilingual, one to effect all the the diversity from from our city. So so we have time, you know, to kind of build the participation. I was envisioning to have this between March, and and we'll we'll call it into the. So that's line number two. Line number three, the idea was to do and got back in the park.

18:54 – 19:127

Right? So take outside of the the library, and then maybe I can work with with your your team. I'm I'm a bit biased, but I'm leading next to a memorial park. There's this nice kiddo. Can we tell you which can welcome quite a bit number of you also.

19:12 – 20:107

Maybe we do it between there. Then back in September, another openly poetry event either at the library or many Italian and all doing it at the senior center, right, to engage, like, the the senior community and then closing the lobby here with one last event. So I do in the past one one event that were quite is poetry in the dark, right, that Leko was doing, which basically was, you know, I think in a room like this one, we close the light and people are already in in the dark. So to make it to I think what we'll still do it anyway with Echo, but to make it maybe a bit more accessible, I said, you know, maybe we could pick our litter, we can door to high electric condors. They they can light their condor to heat their coal, shut it down, and then you move to the next next candle.

20:10 – 20:327

Right? So and this one, you know, I was targeting towards December. Right? So all in all, that gives us, you know, a good rhythm with the event at least per per per quarter. And then I think for the first time, we can actually do multiple events again under in the whole dark cover tower with our with.

20:35 – 20:497

Alright. And then I'm sure there are there are seats that will come up right as as we do, but at least that's that's what I had in in mind. So often to, you know, questions, prevents, attack from from everyone.

20:50 – 21:040

Thank you. Thank you for all the work. I just have one question. For the multilanguage part, do you mean if Purdue can reset their palm, you'll develop own language?

21:04 – 21:167

Yes. That that will be the the the idea. So, of course, I will be in some English, but I'll be soon in some Chinese, Japanese, and Spanish. I can find. Okay. Yeah. Yeah.

21:17 – 21:330

Think that's our great event. So please let us know if you need us, you know, to do the promotion, to reach out to all the community. So once you have the date decide, so we can help you to promote to the community.

21:33 – 22:147

Yeah. Yeah. I work with me and Goianni, and they type. And and then I'm kind of so Echo is gonna send an email because she had the distribution list introducing me, and then I had the website where I collect emails. And then I was seeing we work together. I mean, lead to all the I show you that. Right? Like that. Maybe the city can also be in the middle of a at least a kick over a head of sun in the. It has been multiple platform. That's really. Right? Someone sorry that I didn't really did see Skype for the next Yeah.

22:15 – 22:363

And thank you for making such great plan, a lot of interesting event. And I have several questions. So for for the contest with FUHSD, so does that mean all the students can get newsletter from the school district about the car?

22:36 – 22:497

They will work. So we can do our own communications with the library because adequate touch in one, I guess. But I think the watery cup, they are intact at the high school's hierarchy that they were really into the past fight, so they will have a.

22:50 – 23:153

Yeah. That that would be great. I know, yeah, some students, they're really interested in this. And I also have a question. I remember in the past, Keiko hosted some table in city event, like the Earth Day. She had Earth Day boost, and I'm not sure for the cherry blossom day if there's a boost. Yeah. Yeah. Just

23:15 – 23:277

Once I'm a bunch of this, she didn't mention like, gave me, like, a little. Dinner for the the roof rack already. So, yeah, just keep me abreast maybe of these opportunities. I see where.

23:273

Yes. I I think there will be some festival list city website.

23:32 – 23:461

Yes. Yeah. And it's and and then just a reminder that every girl will come in and do something slightly different. And that was, you know, one of Keigo's most favorite thing because she liked being out and doing a poetry on Japan. Was kind of her niche that she was really doing.

23:463

Yeah. And I can see

23:480

it may be different.

23:501

I mean, yeah, he's

23:505

a thing on your ass. Just did.

23:53 – 24:263

Yeah. And for the last event, the one light, one pool event, it sounds a lot of fun. So I remember last November when I visited library at night, I noticed in the community hall, a yoga group, they are just doing this thing, make some not not the real fire, cannot real candle, but those light. Yeah. And and some soft music. Wow. Looks very nice. I like to see the event host by you. Must be very good.

24:267

This one, I enjoyed the visa as well. That's EQ. So

24:32 – 25:024

a couple of first of all, thanks for putting this one and coming up here on expunge. So I'm I'm not in the poetry side personally. Like, I used to feel like until last year. But after the chatbot comes, I go and say, give me some fun poems. It makes me laugh. So my question is, when you say contest, right, how do we say that it's a human generated poem or something my computer gave and put it in mind?

25:03 – 25:327

Yeah. That that will be, you know, the job of the the jury. I know there are there are tools, right, which, in fact, recently got a challenge as well. So so, yeah, that will be all in the job of the jury. Right? But, yes, I guess K. So, Adel, on my my take on this, you know, in that, Cindy, like, kids. Right? At least they they got interest in in four h three. Right? So then Yeah.

25:33 – 25:584

Okay. So the other idea is, like, is this poet lirat is going to have anything in the city council meeting or something? Like, do you guys try to, like, get an opportunity to show that poem on a city level so you encourage the people to get involved broader way? Is there any anything that you are looking for or some suggestions?

25:581

It wouldn't be me specifically, but I know when the cast of mayors past mayors had a Biden boat warrior to kind of be Yeah. Up. You were very

26:077

that I have. Yeah. If you saw it, it was all what they're going right yet. Yeah. Yeah. So we're right some so Oh, okay.

26:141

So there there is sometimes a citywide stage for that to happen. It depends on if the mayor chooses to invite or not.

26:204

Okay. Yeah. Because it it helps to make people to know where

26:236

to go. Right? At least some people might not know, so they can help you to connect with this.

26:294

Yeah. Thank you.

26:353

K. So no more discussion. Is there any staff update on this topic? So if so, we just move on.

26:440

Yeah. Yeah. Let them talk. Okay.

26:57 – 27:113

Thank you. Thank So next subject, Santa Clara County Library District Internet policy draft. Need to review the

27:112

That's me.

27:13 – 27:526

If I haven't met you yet, Steve Fitzgerald, deputy county library. We have several public facing policies that we run through our KBA or team Maui for so they're our governing body for all libraries in the Lathure District. But when we do that, we also like to take policies to the commissioners at each of the board in the libraries as well, just so you have an opportunity to read over them, offer comments, suggestions, concerns, whatever feedback you had. We're more than happy to take that back and consider revising based on those comments. So that being said, the policy that we were looking at this evening, and, hopefully, you have a chance to read it in your packet.

27:52 – 28:186

If not, that's okay too. If you wanna read it later, send comments to to Molly, please feel free to do that. The Internet policy that we have recently revised need to be updated and hadn't been updated, like, seven years. It really used some outdated language, some outdated terms, some concepts. And then we also combined several policies into one.

28:18 – 28:496

So we had an Internet policy, a Wi Fi policy, and an online forum policy. We kinda wrapped it all together so it was just one simple document rather than three separate ones. So, again, there's no major change with the the policy in terms of the content that was presented in them. Again, it was just kind of a consolidation and just kind of updating the language. So I don't know if anybody has any comments now. Again, if not, that's okay too, but I will pass it over to anybody that might wanna submit on the subject.

28:49 – 29:324

So how is the one one when I try to access on when my kids was coming here and trying to search books, it's like either I think it was, I I don't know, about three, four months back. It's still a title based or author based search or other things. Right? Do you have a plan to enable something like an natural language processing based search, like, if I give description about that book or some story, I forgot the title or I forgot the author, but I should be able to pull it out. Is it some way You said you're talking about our catalog? Yeah. Catline data. Okay. So this partial the policy doesn't talk about that. I'm sorry? This won't talk about those things? Correct. That's a

29:326

little bit outside the range of what we're dealing with here. That's good feedback, though, and we do have some capabilities with some of our third party vendors

29:40 – 30:076

To do what you're not being met. So, for example, if you're a big eResource user, we have Libby and OverDrive. And Libby does have the capability to do some to use an AI search Okay. Ticket builds. We don't have that in our catalog yet, and I don't suspect we're gonna get that anytime soon. Well, we are looking at a new ILS system over the next few years, honestly, but that might have some additional technology. That might help. I I don't know.

30:084

And the other question is, do we allow the people to log in their personal email through the system? Or

30:146

While they're using our public computers or while they're using the Wi Fi?

30:174

While using personal library computers.

30:20 – 30:336

Yes. So if people choose to check their email or or what have you, they can do that at any one of our machines. And when they're done, it automatically logs everything out. So it erases all the activity that was done.

30:334

Downloaded downloads documents too? Everything. So we

30:36 – 30:586

have set we have an image where we have set programs that are available on that computer, and those things are available constantly. But for example, if you use Microsoft Word, you opened up a document, did your your word processing or what have you, you saved it to the desktop. As soon as you log out, that's that information is renewed for the system.

30:58 – 31:124

Okay. So all cookies, everything is gone. For example, if I do any okay. I I get a mail, and I need to enter my credit card. So it's safe to say that it's all cleaned up and no cookies, no information. It was what I did.

31:12 – 31:266

Yeah. And, you know, just just to be clear, like, there are a lot of smart people out there doing a lot of things. Right? So nothing is a 100% secure safe for actual you know that. But we do we do wipe the system as best we can based on Torrentechno.

31:264

Okay. Okay. Yeah. So I I went through I think I have maybe I'll reread again, and then if I have comments, pass it to their friend. Yeah.

31:403

you. So any more question? No? No more? Sure.

31:54 – 32:103

Then we move towards the next topic. Yeah. So next one is library commission twenty twenty six meeting topics reviewer and approve the list of potential meeting topics for this year.

32:12 – 32:401

Yes. So we're hoping so this that'd be great. Thank you. So this is the director in the queue from the city manager's office. They ask steps are all on top of second summer, and this is a pronunciation that we saw from you, but also just a it's an overview of every case that we're going to ask you to be working on throughout your calendar year.

32:41 – 33:251

And this is also, I think, a really helpful tool to remind you of other things that are things that they'll like. For example, the meeting that coming up this Saturday or the event that's coming up this Saturday, that is on this list. So for example, every February, we'll do the chair and vice chair selection. We'll also do the calendar development. This this activity right here, we'll also do that every frickery. Hohokwaivers, Steven, is every every year. Your Hohokwaivers program updates for the new guideline that we established. Those are every pre year or read per year. I'm sorry. And then we'll review library programs and services as needed.

33:27 – 34:041

And then we would like you to attend Hilt Warrior events and throughout the year. I've sent the Santa Clara County Hybrid District annual event to those are listed over on the side. You know, the first Saturday in February, in April, there's the volunteer appreciation party, and then in May, there's the staff appreciation party. All stakes that you're invited to it, it would be great to represent the library commission at those. Our community partner presentations, so that's when we talked about having Cupertino Library Foundation and Friends at the Library come.

34:04 – 34:391

We've also bought the other city commission. We figured that that would give me every other here, and that way we need to work with IT commission or the senior advisory board and to find out what the needs of teas and tiers are looking like. I'm sending city council meetings as needed. So if there was an item that had come up here, it's like a DVD they'd ask you to work on, they then you would go back to city council and to report back to something that you just had strategic in. And then the American at the other for the his chair.

34:39 – 34:511

Currently, feedback is requested, or we do need a motion to move forward like this one. So you a a motion just approving this particular encounter.

34:52 – 35:082

Where is the weekend? Like, you know, last year BA is the only one attended. So because I'm traveling, so if, you know, those meeting, if can be scheduled earlier, then we can make our travel arrangement accordingly.

35:093

Sorry. What what meeting are you talking?

35:11 – 35:260

Academic last year, it's city house meeting. The new commissioner come here and then they outcome, you know, they what's the name of the meeting? Operation. I'm pressing yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Something like that.

35:263

Yeah. Yeah. So when is the

35:282

is that event is not here enough?

35:311

They not add on there. So the if I meant say add that in. That is it. Typically, I believe it popped.

35:420

Yeah. I think I think so. Yeah.

35:441

It's changed. Before, was in February. So it is Hanna Potts are out of last year when not over. Yeah.

35:520

I think that that meeting, the comms commissioner need to attend because they when I come out the new commissioner. So that's why, you know

36:021

It's also the same as the Quest Awards. Yeah. Binds the events. Mister Bichish. Yeah.

36:07 – 36:203

Oh, so it combined with Crest Awards. No. Oh. Oh, that that's how I combine I missed. Because in the past, I remember I attended the Oh. Dinner.

36:200

Yes. The last year, I missed. Okay. Okay. Yeah. But yeah. Yeah. And

36:32 – 36:454

whatever the calendar development, what does that mean? Like, the item number second, are we going to like, you basically want the commission to give something to put on the the program or events calendar? Or

36:460

To attend all the event.

36:494

All events?

36:50 – 37:030

Oh, so to attend the meeting because this is all the, you know, meeting Okay. Yeah. We need to we need to pay attention. No. No. We we need to pay attention to all the date and the event, then we need to attend it.

37:043

And I have a question.

37:054

Mhmm. So we need a motion to

37:08 – 37:362

I don't yeah. It don't have that media. You see, it's the the calendar development Tuesday. Let's say court lawyer, court lawyer program, and so definitely not the first four. Five. Five that is ongoing. And attend the court lawyer event, I'm kind of have some reservations for that because me personally not interested in culture. And, you know, it's almost like you need to attend the

37:36 – 37:471

I got geeked in it's meant that everybody needs to attend everything. This is so that when city council looks at what what you are working on at the commission, that they know everything that is in your purview.

37:504

And this is prepared by who? Which

37:52 – 38:071

The city manager's office. Well, we the arm and Jess and I put this together Okay. For you based on our feedback from the meeting that we had in December. But then also just to be in line with our other our QA. Okay.

38:070

This is not mandatory. Right? It this is not mandatory. It's not required, but it's recommended in the

38:141

So that I'll be today, you're you're looking at a calendar. You're aware of all things that add the commissioner, you could be participating in. And some of them are should be participating in.

38:24 – 39:012

Like a number seven, you know, that should be we shouldn't do all what's going on in the library. Can we go there? Like, okay. So number eight, update from Kangloo Library from the region of okay. So that one is okay. Yeah. Calabrio City Commission Board. Okay. Attend a city council meeting, that's only required. Not needs. Housing. Yeah. Mayor and the commission chair meeting. Okay. That's chair and chair. Yeah. Yeah. So don't have that one, that, you know, the up chair. Please. And it would be great to, like, know in advance. Yes. That's

39:021

I will cap that feedback on. I feel the same as the.

39:05 – 39:212

Yeah. So, like, I think last year anyway, my trip was booked before the meeting was scheduled, and I I I sorry. Kept a tad. And this year, I don't want to miss, but but, you know,

39:26 – 39:434

So how is that ninth row the column ninth one, a row collaboration with the city commissions? Like, is that expectation is library commission, like, team commission in this case? As how that collaboration will be, like, what

39:43 – 40:101

The last we did it for one of the meetings. We invited two members of the team commission and then two members of the c to hear Pfizer's record. And they came and they just shared feedback from their perspective as t as teens and seniors on what they'd like to see at the library. And it was a really, I think, an interesting conversation, everybody who was here, I think, really, it was a value valuable experience. And I I encouraged some of our meeting in the summer that we like to do that cash.

40:10 – 40:331

Oh. And I don't think it needs to be done every year because it could get repetitious, but if they do it every other year, I think that ex maybe we do seniors one year and teens the other, we kind of look up. And some of this is a set instead. If there was an issue that came up that you were like, wow. I would really like to know the teens' opinions on this, we could easily invite them to our next meeting to find out what their pursuit is.

40:372

So number five is actually the item in a way. Hi, Brett. How about your live program and the service?

40:544

Synthetic. What is the quality of life, the goal? What is that?

40:582

Those are the sea those are the sea household goals.

41:034

What is the metric that they have, like, okay, is it this?

41:085

It's the odds of you not 100% sure.

41:13 – 41:261

There's any ample of them in it. We were supposed to select where we felt that they felt the best, and some of them don't really make sense for us. So that Who's our? So

41:280

once we depend on light, then you will put the date. Right? So that's when we plan our trip, then we can we know.

41:36 – 42:011

We will update dates, Atomy, know that. But this is as an overuse link. Brooke Emily, about the Saturday. Essentially, first Saturday February, that time was being the nearest pick the update. That's just gonna remain on there. I you'll be notified of all of these. And, again, just as a reminder with the calendar, it's really important that you're checking your city email address on very regular basis. That's why you're getting a lot of notifications about these the leases are seen out today.

42:03 – 42:154

Oh, I'm getting a lot of fishing a lot and other mails, so I basically, it's got open it. I see that almost, like, last month, it's eight to eight to nine mails.

42:161

Oh, yeah.

42:164

It's like, I I don't know what's going on. But

42:200

But your need open. As long as it's not spent. Yeah. Otherwise, you will miss the email.

42:311

So can we get a motion to approve the calendar with the amended event adding in, like, Crest Awards and commissioner appreciations in there?

42:430

Yeah. I can make motion on that. Yeah.

42:451

Okay. Jesus, folks.

42:535

Right?

43:011

Great. Thank you.

43:063

Okay. So we finished topic five. The next is six, the monthly update reports.

43:155

So so I think that's nice.

43:28 – 43:465

Sean, great. As we see each other in January, I'm delighted. Happy New Year to everybody. This is our February report. Those of you with sharp eyes and sharp numbering may notice that our checkouts and bar remember, she was unusually high compared to the numbers that I had recorded best.

43:46 – 44:295

With the l 12 Steve, it's Sherriolta. I have come to understand that I may have been global on my numbers a little bit and only recording unique checkouts and not recording checkouts of the days you're equally getting renewals. So that is why we're seeing the bump in numbers, and it is probably a similar process borrowers where I was only reporting unique borrowers, and there are plenty of folks, but within one month may come here more than once in check cash, which is why we're seeing that slight increase 26 downloads. That is usually when I have the annual report out for you to see kinda how we did a little behind because I'm trying to do the comparison numbers so that you had an idea of what I may have misunderstood that, so I will get that to you soon. But did very good in January as you saw.

44:29 – 44:575

Over 209,000 checkouts in, I guess, I I should say circulation at this point too. With, 26,000 bars, the charitable 70 guys with people coming through our gates, a total of 719 room bookings. So those are our mini routes. Our staff offered, 70 programs, and we had over 3,000 attendees for those programs. And the different community routes came in and picked up the slack and, rented this room out 11 times to do their own tickets.

44:58 – 45:375

Snapshot of a few photos from, Jane the Hurry. On the left there, you see chain your music by Bay that was, sponsored by Pinot Library Foundation, one of those community partners where top and the group. It is a fantastic musical event where not only did the children get to see and hear performance, but afterwards, they get to engage with the musicians and the musical instruments so that they can often get their first takes of being hands on with an idea of a YouTube or a sheet. Got some of my purse bands, and you've got one of our Silicon Valley Beats opposite speaker there down center. Draft pants are well with very good socks.

45:38 – 46:105

A quick snapshot of the February calendar. Again, I believe Jess already sent these out to you. If you have any questions about any particular events, please feel free cash out. These things I did wanna point out to him that when the New Year is around farm, they've got the Lunar New Year calligraphy for the children on Friday, February 6 at 4AM, and we got the lion man, which comes in through on Saturday, where he sent out the apple of the closet and temporary a test. Pass it over to the adult side.

46:10 – 46:315

Again, just to put snapshot of what he can expect, so not that much. Got many, many fantastic events. If you're interested in learning more about acupuncture, we got doctor Julia Lee coming in on February 8 in this very room. We'll be covering that, plenty of Silicon Valley beats events. And, of course, my personal favorite, Adik Rashi, it's the Tuesday travel nights.

46:31 – 46:585

Anybody who wants to learn more about, what travel in the Iceland's gonna be like, that expert. Plenty of photos and travel tips will be here, speaking. That's February is of all else Black History Month. You'll notice we'll have displays celebrating the feet, and, of course, we've got different programs. We'll blow that our characters that we should be willing to in and introduce for the children in various other book club books that covers that.

46:59 – 47:325

Again, you have read his book, bad new year, but I did wanna take a snapshot to show read that will be to get performing this Saturday outside, in Laura Fauci. So I said, again, very nice event. I also want to update everyone on the story walk initiative. I know that, a couple of you have noticed the ones that we've got, at other library locations, and we are hopefully gonna be the next one to get Cast Along and Closer to the City, and many speak a little bit on Verbia apps. Jess. I believe we just need to figure out of the water district's jurisdiction on how to get things to do so, and we should keep you up.

47:33 – 47:441

Yeah. So the Water District technically onto the trail is behind the library, and that would give you ideal Zeehills. That would be the ideal location to do it. So we need to get the okay from the water district. We're full week

47:445

forward with that. Gotcha. I hope that is more.

47:492

I'll let you finish. I have some passions. Yes.

47:54 – 48:285

You may have noticed our art display house in our public lobby area that is first story free by doctor Chang Chen. This will be available for viewing all the way through the February. She's having kickoff events in Room 101 this Sunday at 2PM. We sell everyone to attend if they're interested in conduct a display that you shall learn more about furniture meet and, of course, how she came to treat this wonderful beast that she shared, not only with us, but also the beauty splegy rig. So, again, September 8.

48:28 – 49:095

That's February 8 in 101 at 02:00, if you guys want that setups. But I always try to wrap up by, you know, introducing a new feature or a new, you know, way for folks to find out resources. One thing I did wanna highlight with folks that are not power users in our catalog is that we do actually have the advanced search features where you're able to really drill down in the results that you want to see, including the ability to search with these specific guidelines picked, no keywords. So one of the favorite things we get asked by Terrence is that their children make out of reading levels that, you know, the shoe has tested them on. They always cast the reading ranges between six fifty and seven seventy.

49:09 – 49:515

How will I find books that are within that range? You can come into the advanced search as far as we're practicing because I didn't blow it up too much. But you'd actually indicate in the reading level the rage that you're looking for, and then, again, you don't need to put anything in the search bar. You would just hit search, and it'll bring up all results of books that fall within the Sprague ad. We do catalog that information with all the children's. So it is a very a big tool for parents to use. And, again, summon door if you want such features that most people aren't even interested in, but if you ever wanna dig the the system LACA. If you guys have any questions or wanna explore with me, I'm always available to log you through that that day. Well, last thing, of course, February 16 will be closed for visits. That's it for me. Gina, think you had a question, but that's Yeah.

49:51 – 50:352

Yeah. So I think I remember, you know, last December that I said I want to do one c, and I found this project. And I bring to Brian and also talk to mayor and the vice mayor all got very positive feedback. I was, you know, hoping that we can, as a library commissioner, we can form a working group to support this project to make sure, you know, like, if any challenges, like, facing, we can be part of it. And I just, you know, just under this moment, like, for example, it's going to be installed here, like, in this park, right, the park kindness.

50:35 – 51:092

And I and and Brian and I, we no. We we chat, like, five minute five minutes regarding the responsibility. Like, the commissioner can help to even after installations, can help check the status, like, you know, the usage or the feedback from the community. Could it be a bridging? So I love to you know, maybe next agenda is this item or form a working group, and I will vote to myself in because I just had a yeah.

51:09 – 51:542

When I first saw it in Saratoga, I videotaped that, and I'm so passionate about it. And then when I talked to Brian, it's like, yes. That's, you know, he actually had the same similar idea in, you know, way back, but didn't well, whatever challenge it was facing. And, yeah, so, you know, yeah, right now, if this parking is permitted, how about any other parks? Like, can you like, I even talked to mayor briefly in the CLF and, you you know, party, and she's all into it, she say.

51:54 – 52:302

And this is meet her. Like, her goal is, yeah, you will you will listen to her. The speech of the city, and it's, you know, healthy or whatever. Like, you know, other parks like Taobab, it could be Wilson Park, you know, it's about the and so I want to form a working group to support to make sure, like, they even you know, we talk briefly out if any budget, you know, challenges, shall we be looking at, like, CLA can sponsor or friend of the library support? It I don't know what kind of challenge we face.

52:30 – 52:562

But at least the last time when Brian tried to have this project wasn't a success, but I even don't know you have a last time already. And I only saw this in Saratoga, and I saw it with how they loved and as a great. So I want to you know, maybe in the future, I do not say I want to say you can form a working group to support this battle for 2026.

52:57 – 53:090

So the city already decide we will have this in, you know, in the park, you know, near the library, or do we have enough room to put this in another city park?

53:11 – 53:251

As of right now Okay. We that it has been discussed that that would be the best location. There's a lot of stipulations for it. It needs to be a certain length. It needs to be, you know, hot foot traffic, things like that, and that this was this was determined would be the best fit.

53:25 – 54:011

But like I said, because the water district owns the land It's on there. They need to give us the approval to be able to use it. And so if they come back and say no, that there would be you would need to go back out and figure out a location that would be more would work better. Is how many parks are owned by the water district within that There's just parcels of land that are that are owned by the water district. So, you know, when they put this trail in the city, they change the trail, but they technically own the land. So this will be put in the

54:04 – 54:242

in the park like in this direction, but it's right there. Right? That here. Yeah. Trails, right, in one side. It like, you have a trails like a regular trail is one side on the park, and but there's a parking lot of park. It's no trail.

54:292

It's connected to the parking lot. Right? The park. Okay. So you can get

54:335

more parking lot. The lighter parking

54:361

Yeah. Yeah. And then it runs to

54:38 – 54:505

Yeah. There's straightaways that allows you to enter to fillet if you want to come here from the trail, but the trail runs all the way down. Yeah. The I blame on the street too. It's over.

54:512

Oh, so this will be by the regular trail? Yeah. We do the regular trail. Oh, this is by the regular

54:560

Not in the

54:56 – 55:312

park. Not in this park. Not in the park. It's the regular trail. Oh, okay. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Alrighty. Okay. So I'm I'm you know, as a library commissioner, yeah, red metro also another choice. I was talking to the mayor about because, you know, it's very well trafficked and you have this. Alrighty. Okay. Yeah. So I'm hoping, you know, we, yeah, we can in the future agenda settings so we can have this in a formal working role, and I would, you know, support along the way. Thank you. Thank you so much. This is very exciting.

55:325

Oh, you're lucky here.

55:366

Any other questions from my presentation before I am the city? John So

55:414

Roy, go ahead.

55:42 – 55:543

Maybe I I missed the information. So who proposed this originally? Is this initiative just like last year's mayor's initiative, or it's by

55:54 – 56:275

It's through Santa Clara County Library Districts Okay. Where the the e is for each library location that has the old story wall. First, interlocal city cat Okay. To to bring more awareness about the library port know, free library. And, of course, we purchased from these to walk where you do all things that they but, again, the timeline for each library has been a little different depending on the needs of the city. And, Malise, correct me I'm wrong. It's Los Altos and Los CCs. I was like, my god. Shit.

56:27 – 56:413

Yeah. It looks like, yeah, there's still some preparation work we need to do for this. So I hope maybe we can put it in the agenda as soon as possible. Yeah. So is it possible to put in?

56:410

You are next. You are next. You can't.

56:482

Yeah. Yeah. K. Great.

56:51 – 57:044

And the. Oh, yeah. So is there any follow-up that happened with the CUSD superintendent for any events for CUSD aligned programs or something about it?

57:04 – 57:235

You know, we passed along that information, and she's aware of kind of place based being open, and there was top of mass doing class visits there to us. I could follow-up to see if they're still interested in English. The last night, she she said she get back to me once oh, they were ready to go, and we had a at communication sets. So yeah. But I could follow-up on that, Angie.

57:23 – 57:544

Yeah. The second one is, like, if you can go back to the program events thing. Like She Children is fine or adult. Anything is okay. So, basically, Mike, one of the concern is, like, as we as we we are slowly realizing that how AI is going to create and trying to take, like, small automation jobs kind of going away from a human hand to computer side.

57:55 – 58:114

So are we having any programs that make people aware that this shift is happening upscale or creative being a differentiation, that kind of things. I'd I'm just trying to figure out any such a

58:13 – 58:545

Yeah. No. Those are, you know, interesting points and questions I think we all have to consider as a society as things move on. And we do have a new program surface manager, and I think, you know, she's got different plans. You will definitely bring it to her attention to see if, you know, some days that she, not just us, but, like, system wide. Yeah. Do you think you buy a little bit more? But, you know, as a desirability, I don't have anything on my radar yet because I think it is also so new that you don't really have any experts we could pull on, can't really speak well to the topic. If as as you know of how quickly fused chain, I asked the other day, I think I saw a for dummies about for chat GPT. Well, it's it's already fly that there's so many other models now.

58:54 – 59:125

It's just even all that to people. So there is elements of, you know, trying to catch up Ashley, the experts because, you know, when we try to do these sorts of programs, we wanna make sure we're bringing people to be with not only authenticity, but authority on the top ish and not keep out or, you know,

59:13 – 59:514

because the the one thing is, okay. I have some storybooks here taking and reading for three days or one week or two weeks. This is going to a chatbot and asking him summary of the book and then getting the taste of it right. So it's kind of like knowledge is kind of available and very much in the fingertip now. So trying to see, like, how library visitors and get equipped and get ready this kind of paradigm shift is slowly. I'm sure next January, I'll the the top would be different. I think it's going such fast way. So

59:52 – 1:00:205

Well, yes. Yes. I'll bring attention of our seeing brothers because, again, I'm sure it's top line for all of us, but it's always a question of we wanna ensure that the information that we do bring, you know, libraries are a trusted source of information on a very care how we vastly rank and and cut, you know, put on red x. But, yes, it is something I'm true for all. Any other questions? Did not, then I show Andrew or Steve, if you take picture, though.

1:00:22 – 1:01:066

Yeah. So, actually, Bryant covered a lot of what I would have covered also. So he's still taking Good, man. Yeah. Yeah. SBR. One thing he he didn't mention was jumpstarts of read for the record. So this is a one read event that is done naturally. And what single book is selected to have a history hunt for on a specific date? It's usually in September, but this year, they held it off until February in this month. And the reason is it's the twentieth anniversary doing a whole bunch of events kind of meeting up to this this date. So if you know someone who is interested in it, see Marcus Rowe. He's by Marcus Bridgewater. Please check out all of our leperies. All bets at Alstom.

1:01:06 – 1:01:466

We also have our virtual author talks. So we have Vanessa Riley, doctor Lyndon Stewart, Smithsonian Curator, Tom Frouch, all performing events that are available for YouTube queue from comfort of your own home, maybe standing into the library. So please check those out. And then as was mentioned earlier, we do have our forum this weekend. So this is our annual friends. It is I believe it starts at 09:00 on Saturday. We have another great lineup ready to go for you all. You all should have received an invite. If you haven't, please let me know. Otherwise, hopefully, I'll see you there. But lose my report unless anybody has any questions.

1:01:484

So I think sometime back, the county was, like Santa Clara County Library was sending you free books for the underage of five or something like that.

1:01:586

So the Dutch Department Imagination Library, yeah, and we're still predating in that book. We have over I think we're close to 16,000.

1:02:064

Okay. Okay. So still, it's it's okay to refresh that flyer to the community

1:02:136

as soon as can. Okay.

1:02:19 – 1:02:570

Yes. I I have a kind of question. Right now, I'm working in the Stanford East East Level. So, actually, we have a lot of booth, you know, because it's duplicate. You know, it's gave the problem a lot of the country. But Stanford library can only keep one copy. So a lot of book, I think it's all good book. I this morning, I in there, I saw some literature book, you know, story from from the Taiwan. They they actually donate to the stamp. Then since we only need to keep one copy, so we need to give away about their book.

1:02:57 – 1:03:220

So they are also looking for some, you know, what's the best way. You know? We don't want to just throw our computer. So it's anyway, I know, so they for the, like, university book, probably sometimes in more thoughts on research, Shanti. They still have a lot of good books. So how can we, you know, collaborate with this?

1:03:23 – 1:03:556

So academic libraries, to your point, they kind of focus on different things in public libraries. Right? So we're looking more popular matter, more general printed materials, and academic libraries are ones who are more specific in focus. So, generally, there's not a way for us to get that into the library just because, you know, you know, collections. It's so different. That being said, some friends groups do Really? Do resell academic books. I don't know about Kupakino Library in particular. Right? Usually, good resource to ask on that. You'll be on the top of your every

1:03:55 – 1:04:375

So, yeah, I mean, the so, again, that's usually as I mentioned before, a lot of the patients end up with our friends and that they resell it either in our lobby sales for daily sales or to, yeah, the major cities. They've also worked with organizations that have pre owned books or, you know, less community communities, but I don't think we ever done one that's the. But yeah. Yeah. That's that's part of the extension of what we would do with most donations because, again, SDE went out. The academic focus is all kind of very different. And although it just doesn't, ruin the same way and eventually still will end up discarded. Yeah. It is not the same way. Okay.

1:04:38 – 1:05:020

Yeah. That's I will that they should already know because they've already tried talking for some public library or some library. So if they need, let's say, we can show me. Yeah. But, you know, some of them are research book, but some of them are just the public who probably, we can reach out to the library and the friend of library. Right?

1:05:025

Yeah. The friends would be able to Okay. Let me know if you need the.

1:05:103

Sorry. No more questions. K. So next will be the staff and the, yeah, staff report. Next.

1:05:20 – 1:05:511

We just have a couple updates for you. The first one is that the Rutino's stay with the city address is scheduled for Thursday, February 26 at 6PM at the Thillane Community Center. You can find more information at rutino.gov backslash state of the city. We also have our upcoming events that'll be here in the city center, although starting during the state dinner deposits are Big Bunny five k, and that's Saturday, March 7. That starts at 08:30AM, and then the kids fun run is at 09:30AM.

1:05:51 – 1:06:071

For more information on that, that's regina.com backslash big bunny five k. And then finally, just a reminder from IT that if you're planning to travel internationally, please let them know prior to eating where you're planning to attend or where you're planning to travel to him

1:06:070

and how long can be gone. So

1:06:133

so the any commissioner have an update or reports to share?

1:06:22 – 1:06:380

I I think I already mentioned. So just, you know, in the future, we need to pay up more attention on the event so we can be, you know, representative of the library courtesy. Yeah. That's only thing I want to ask.

1:06:38 – 1:06:493

So there's so the only event the county event is the one on the work plan. Yeah. On this Saturday. This Saturday. Yeah. So so each year, only this and the

1:06:500

No. You know only county event. You know, in a city event, we also need to be uh-huh. Yes.

1:06:572

Hopefully, we will down the date. So Yeah.

1:07:09 – 1:07:202

Two of those. IT, if you travel outside of the country, your email will be disconnected. Oh, they just needs to know.

1:07:201

Yeah. Just need to know the naked monitor and make sure there's a sister, she's actually bigger. Oh,

1:07:312

suspicious activities in the email or

1:07:360

I think so. I think that there is then they

1:07:40 – 1:07:531

get king if you if you open it and you're out of the country. That that way they don't need to so you're out of the country, for whatever reason you open your email and and IT as a doubt, and they'll say, oh, do know if they're if they're shop here?

1:07:56 – 1:08:242

And I'm just because the only reason I'm curious is, like, we don't have a city equipment. It's like if I'm working for the company, I bring the com computer from US to, you know, any other countries, then that's actually a challenge for many countries. Several countries, they abandoned it. It'll bring the but we don't own any city.

1:08:251

No. They that's just what they asked.

1:08:27 – 1:08:414

But I think once from your email ID, somebody is logged in, they can able to see the complete Coupernos employees list and all the things. Right? Which is like what

1:08:414

the city manager and what is the department, other things. People can take that as information. That's a email address.

1:08:500

So one of the I make more clear, so the commissioner can be removed attending the meeting for twice for each year. Right?

1:09:02 – 1:09:241

I I don't believe. If it if if your your location is agenda, so you know at least two weeks in advance that you are going to miss a meeting, you are able to agendaize your location, location, and you can miss as many as you need to. Oh. Oh. If it's a last minute emergency situation comes up, then we can only make

1:09:248

the exemption twice for it to not meet. The engineering was in here.

1:09:272

Okay, basically. That's clear. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. So last time, birthday's, like, only twice.

1:09:35 – 1:09:513

Okay. That that's the word. Yeah. The the emergency exception. Okay. Thank you. And I remember there's another rule. So when you join the meeting online, we only have two chances Yeah. Each year. That's also like

1:09:521

you're a year commission trading?

1:09:543

I think you should

1:09:550

I think in the past year, so if you miss two times, then you will be kicked out. That's what

1:10:01 – 1:10:311

Oh oh, I mean, also, well, that was before we had Okay. The option for remote participation. So when we were just meeting in person, but we weren't allowing any remote which there with that middle interim type. So there was the COVID type where everything was remote, and then they came back in person, and then everything had to be in person. They took away the remote option, and then they should introduce back in Yes. Within the last year. Silly. Can't miss more than two meetings regardless. Just miss them completely.

1:10:313

Oh, so so maybe you can be remote. When remote, not limited by two times Yeah. Each year. There's no

1:10:398

As long as the as long as your location is agendized Right.

1:10:44 – 1:11:171

That you posted it. Yes. Sorry. You're in a permanent location. And it's been and you have given us all of the information. If you don't show up, though, for whatever reason, you you can't suddenly come, or if you're on the meeting and you, you know, are having issues with Zoom or you drop connection or you need to leave, then you would have to adjourn a b n e. Or if you don't show up for some reason, you wouldn't be able to have a meeting because your location had been agendized. So the the expectation is that because that location is agenda, like, you have to be persuaded.

1:11:17 – 1:11:300

What do you mean public location? If I'm, you know, for example, I go back to China, then I have room, then because that's not big. Hotel lobby. Hotel was something like this. Okay?

1:11:301

You you would need to post it on the door, and if anybody came to your meeting, you would. Yeah.

1:11:380

As as public. Okay.

1:11:412

So I I think the other strict part is if for any reason you are at that location, power off, then our meeting actually

1:11:513

Need to be terminated.

1:11:532

So this meeting has to even like four of

1:11:56 – 1:12:321

us in this room, we cannot have the meeting because forever remote becomes better. So you really need to feel confident. Your internet capability wherever you are, that very strong connection and you would be able to log on and stay on. And if we did drop you, like if the zoo drops, there's a reason they would of course try to get you back on before we adjourn the meeting, but we would only try for a reasonable amount of time. We wouldn't sit here for an hour trying to get you back. Okay. Got you. So those are the things to keep in mind if you are traveling and you want to request remote Okay.

1:12:320

Thank you. Uh-huh. That's good. It's good to know. So

1:12:363

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Otherwise, so many confusing details now.

1:12:42 – 1:13:001

It's good. Or you or you think you might be out, feel free to reach out to me. You do need to start with the request. So you email us at dot gov and let them know that you were planning to be remote. They would give you the approval, and then you would work with Jess and I in logistics.

1:13:010

Okay. Okay. Sounds good. Yeah.

1:13:05 – 1:13:293

Okay. If there's no more updates, so next topic is talking about future agenda set in for and for next meeting, do I need to propose to put the story walk initiative to our next meeting agenda? Is there any other idea?

1:13:29 – 1:13:454

So I think maybe not next meeting, but in the subsequent, we can invite the team commission team commission to, like, talk about library and exchange. I I think last year, they didn't come. Right? Maybe two years back. Yeah. Maybe it could be a yeah.

1:13:451

The scare based on what the calendar

1:13:474

Okay. Yeah. So we can Having them come

1:13:491

back would be some time,

1:13:504

isn't it? Yeah. So we can think about that too.

1:13:53 – 1:14:183

Oh, okay. Yeah. So do we need to work with staff to work work on this, or we put it on meeting agenda. So what's the sequence to do that to invite team's commissioner? Is we send the email to staff to ask if they're interested? Or

1:14:18 – 1:14:521

I'll work with the team, the team commission liaison. And what she did last time was she just sent out an email from the team commissioners and said, is anybody available to come? And we gave a meeting date. She helped us pick a meeting that she thought would be the best date for the team, like, that didn't, you know, overlap with finals or, like, our the June our June meeting probably is a horrible time for the Oh, so I think like that, she helped us kinda take through the best possible time and then be reached out. And I leave our chair and vice chair, had the team give a shing hay in the last time they discussed. Okay. So we would do the same process.

1:14:52 – 1:15:063

Okay. Maybe that means the earliest meeting will be after summer maybe. Okay. Yeah. So any other proposal or idea?

1:15:100

If we have a topic. Okay.

1:15:14 – 1:15:303

So maybe it's end of the meeting. I can call to what time? So it's 08:15 on 02/04/2026. I just called to close the meeting.

1:15:300
