Recording in progress.

0:25Speaker 5

You'll do best. Cheese.

0:28 – 0:54Speaker 4

Everyone's here except Javier. And Fred. I'll make a motion now. Okay. We now have the manager's report.

0:54Speaker 3

Do we have a second?

0:55 – 1:06Speaker 4

All right, so I'll start with the supervisor report. So senior, it was a big success.

1:20 – 2:34Speaker 3

a lot more variety than we usually did. Then I sent some great ideas with the setup and how to kind of move things around to change the flow a little bit that I think worked very well. We tried some different things. Norma was a great help coming out here, helping with the cooking lesson. Tom leading the lecture with his wife. I got a lot of great feedback. People came up to me, said that they thought it was the best lecture they had. And everybody else going there, helping at the table with Olga, Jean, Jude, helping, you know, get those surveys, get some information, talk to the people. I think it was very helpful. But yeah, I think overall things went very well. There's always things on our end that we see that you might not, that we see where we can improve. But yeah, we want to try to get some of these lectures more regularly throughout the year. I know we talked specifically with George Tom, and we'll talk more about it later. But a lot of them we heard from people, that's such a great lecture I would have loved to go to, but I couldn't because of the date. So having them come maybe just a couple of times throughout the year, just one senior week throughout the year because it's so much, but we can have them sprinkle throughout some educational ones about scans, about health. That way, if anybody couldn't come, they have other opportunities or maybe didn't apply to them at that time and now something's come up in their life that could be important.

2:34Speaker 2

And we create traction for different people. Basically, we create traction for all community.

2:41Speaker 3

Yes, yes. So we have that. Our holiday closure.

2:47 – 3:47Speaker 5

I'd love to, I mean, I want to say something about the people who sit in the lectures. I have no problems whatsoever about interrupting the speaker. And I think that the speaker needs to be told that they must say, I will answer questions at the end. I will answer if they have to say it 15 times, because my speaker did not get through this agenda. And when he did get towards the end of it, he was answering the questions of these people from the audience, both asked about so i really think it's important even though even even even though the people that would be here and interested and want their questions answered i think they need to give the speaker a chance to do that yes we we've tried different methods with that we actually had on the table here and we told every speaker that they had question cards that if somebody had a question they could give them that so here write down your question

3:48 – 3:59Speaker 3

At the end, we'll get to your question when you're finished. But at the end of the day, it's difficult because it's the speaker coming in and some of them want more of that Q&A style. So then they kind of get hung up in it.

4:00Speaker 6

Yeah. Anybody have a piece of paper with a pen so that they would feel good that they're not going to forget about?

4:08 – 4:30Speaker 3

What we have is in the front, we have on the table that we gave for the speakers and little cards, question cards. So if anybody raised their hand and had a question, they could hand them the card. Here's a card where you can write down your question. Once I finish with my lecture, we'll go through the question. That way you won't forget it. You can write it down here. Maybe we could try just having something there where everybody grabs one when they come in.

4:30Speaker 6

It's better to grab it because it's kind of not a bad idea. You're a bit shy. You're not going to go on. But if you have a piece of paper, I think.

4:41 – 4:56Speaker 3

Like a pro that comes, they always do surveys. They like to set them out in their chairs before they come in. We could do something like that. Right in between the lectures, we just set them out the question papers with a pen. So if anybody comes in, they have it already right there and they just, boom, I have a question. Let me write it down.

4:58Speaker 4

I think they should say that. Also, I thought the event was amazing. They had very good feedback.

5:09 – 5:21Speaker 3

Very good. Good. Yes. Awesome. I'm glad to hear it. Yes, that's a great point. You weren't the only one who made comments like that, where there are times that the speaker got kind of caught up in that.

5:21Speaker 5

And I would be afraid that the speaker, not afraid, but I would be concerned that the speaker facing something that he wasn't used to facing something like that would never come back. Right.

5:31Speaker 2

It might be a good thing. depending on how good the speaker was.

5:37Speaker 5

We don't want you anymore. We'll have all these people in the audience ask strange questions.

5:41 – 5:53Speaker 3

But no, I agree. And we can try that for next year. But we'll try it with the lectures as we start kind of sprinkling them throughout the year. We'll start incorporating that to try to, because once they get used to it, it becomes a method.

5:53Speaker 5

Exactly. I think that would work well.

5:56 – 7:42Speaker 3

Then our holiday closure. So the one we have coming up is next Monday, Labor Day. We're going to be closed. Um, there won't be any classes. That means that registration for pickleball. Don't know the lesson here on pickleball players, but we always push it to Tuesday. Well, Tom doesn't play, but yes, he does play pickleball, but that pushes the registration to Tuesday instead of Monday. Also the non-resident tickets for the Western roundup. It would have been that Monday, but we pushed it to that Tuesday. That way it's equal for anybody who has to come in person and buy them. They don't always sell because it all sells online before they get an opportunity. Um, With new programming, we have a couple of new classes that actually. Yes, we have the first one, Italian grammar 101, another Italian class, another Italian class that is way too popular and full. It's already full all the way through December. People really enjoyed the instructor. Everybody was telling us yesterday, people stopped by today to let us know they really enjoyed the class. They're looking forward to continuing it. So we're hoping that that stays positive. We have playful movement and dance, which just started today. We just had their first class. They wanted more of a freestyle dance class. It was some ladies who actually were doing the ballet here for a little bit. They kind of wanted something a little bit more free because ballet is very strict and rigid in the movements, how you do certain elements. They wanted something where it's just getting together, having fun, putting together something organized, but where you don't have to do something as specifically as how you feel comfortable. And just about self-expression. So we started that. And then we have cooking with Norm. We're going to have the next one where she'll be back on September 25th. A cooking class with Norm. I can't remember. I think that's the standard time to walk with Gord.

7:43Speaker 2

It's really close to happy hour. Yeah. You can get your snack and walk over to happy hour.

7:48Speaker 4

I like that.

7:51 – 8:19Speaker 3

Then with special events, we have a couple upcoming with us. September 18th, we have our Western Roundup, which I mentioned earlier. We've kind of made a couple changes to it now with, unfortunately, Dolly Parton passing recently. We're doing a Dolly Parton dress-up competition. So whoever dresses up the most like Dolly Parton, the best outfit, trying to dress similar to Dolly Parton, they'll win a gift basket. We're trying to make it kind of themed around her to keep the country theme and keep it fun.

8:20 – 8:44Speaker 3

yeah that came from the house yeah maria text us and we were like great idea let's do it so amy already put together a flyer that we have out and we'll send it when we get a little bit closer to everybody who's registered um because we saw a lot of people buying tickets yes you want um um our quick show for that you guys are that big reason i know i know we're always invited however if that's something we should attend

8:45Speaker 2

Is that a big turnout?

8:46Speaker 7

I'd love to, but I'm going to be nobody in this. I'm going to survive.

8:53Speaker 4

It's not a shoot two situation.

8:57 – 9:12Speaker 3

Okay. It's a large event, but it's smaller in the scale. Like the luncheons at the Palace are, we have 150, 160. This one last year was the biggest one we've ever done, and we had 110 tickets. So we're looking about the same, maybe a couple more this year, but not anything bigger.

9:12Speaker 4

If you like, that's the one rule.

9:14 – 9:36Speaker 3

If you go, you have to do it. You have to do it. I will talk to you later. Yes, let us know. You all received complimentary tickets, so if anybody's interested in going, June and Olga, I know already have theirs. I'm not sure if King got hers. I know she likes to go to a lot of the events.

9:36Speaker 5

I like to go to the events, but I think it's going to be so silly.

9:43 – 10:06Speaker 3

It's going to be fun. Live dancing is all about fun. Are we going to have beer? Yes, we won't have beer, but we will have barbecue food. We're going to do pulled pork sandwiches is what we're looking at right now. Similar to what we did the last time. I think it's kind of the best well-rounded thing without it being too messy. We're looking at like some real barbecue food, but it's just ribs, wings, it's too messy. So we're looking at... And no beer. Whiskey.

10:13Speaker 2

I did ask. Do you accept donations?

10:18Speaker 3

I can reach out to the contact. They're usually really good at having somebody available. I think so. I'll reach out. So how much does it cost for a beer? They don't charge.

10:41Speaker 2

Don't just say donation. Yes.

10:44 – 10:57Speaker 3

She's offering to donate beer for the event. We aren't able to buy directly alcohol. We can pay with the city credit card for bartending services, but not for actual alcohol itself.

10:57Speaker 2

How much does alcohol cost for 130 people?

11:00 – 11:14Speaker 7

I don't think it's possible. I just bought a couple of cases. I can have some. Oh, good. Okay. Because I can handle a cheap cost.

11:14Speaker 2

The big ones I can't handle.

11:15Speaker 3

I would handle a little car. I have to gather it and cooperate. Yeah, we have this.

11:22Speaker 7

But yeah, if you accept, I'll do it. I'll get in touch with you next week when I hear back from them.

11:26Speaker 3

Yeah. So I can drop off everything. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you so much. Yeah. Come on.

11:39 – 11:50Speaker 7

Lemonade? You know what? I'm sorry. I was not going to say anything, but here I am.

11:50Speaker 2

Let's just hope nobody watches the video after it's taken about spiking the lemonade.

11:57 – 12:33Speaker 3

But, I mean, what we don't know, we don't know. So we have the Western Ramen. The next one we have after that, we still haven't started putting up flyers, but I mean, going on sale soon is the Halloween Spooktacular, which is always a big one. I know the gals are putting it together. We already started ordering some outfit pieces for them. They're doing the Thriller Dance, which is always really exciting. They always go all out with that one. It's a really fun one. So that's going to be on Friday, October 23rd. Yes, we're doing it the week before Halloween. They give a little bit of a gap day.

12:33Speaker 4

Always Fridays from 1 to 4.

12:38 – 13:32Speaker 3

So that will be another big one. Then we have the cinema. Actually, this movie, American in Paris, looks like that's going to be our biggest movie in a little bit. We had, when I checked, a week and a half ago, we had 95 tickets reserved. So we might even have a full house with that one, hopefully. Hopefully everybody shows up. That one is Saturday, September 5th. They're always at 11 a.m. We try to keep it consistent. Okay. But yeah, so in America and Paris, a lot of people are really excited about that one. If anybody's interested in any of those events, please let us know. I can set aside tickets. We can put them for you guys for the movie. We can do it for Halloween once it becomes available. And anybody with a lesson is going on sale for the non-residents next week. So we will be. probably getting close to selling out then. So if you are interested, let us know. That way we can set aside a spot for you.

13:33Speaker 4

Did Cookie get them?

13:34 – 13:55Speaker 3

Yes. I need to call them to let them know, but we're going to offer them complimentary tickets. So if they are interested in going to Cookie Amano for everything they've been doing, helping us with the art committee, all of that, helping us with the art show last week, they're going to get complimentary tickets for the question round coming up. That's it. On mine, does anyone have any questions about anything? Yes.

13:55Speaker 7

Well, Halloween's the party dinner. October 23rd from 1 to 4. Have you had, like, your menu and stuff like that?

14:03 – 14:21Speaker 3

No, we have not. If you have ideas, let us know. Okay. Yeah, we're going to start looking at that one probably in the next two weeks or so. We'll start really looking at that one closely and reaching out to the contacts, see if maybe, you know, Venezuela. I forgot where she's at now. See if they're willing to donate wine again.

14:22 – 14:33Speaker 7

Okay, if not, let me know. Okay, yeah. So when you call this person for the bar, etc. Book, I'm already. So I can probably give you a better deal. Perfect. Yeah, I'll reach out about both.

14:34Speaker 4

I have a question. Why is the Halloween one to four and the Western if it's two to four?

14:39 – 15:02Speaker 3

The Western has always been a little bit shorter. And that was kind of by design. When we talked with Maria, she always wanted a little bit shorter. Even this year, we asked her, we offered her having it earlier. There was some miscommunication where at first the staff, they started putting stuff at once. And then we messaged Maria and asked her, would you rather have one or two? And she messaged back and said, two to four, because she only has so many line dances to do. So she wanted a little bit shorter.

15:03Speaker 4

She mentioned the other day that she didn't know why it was a two, right?

15:07 – 15:20Speaker 3

Oh, yes. We had, because we were talking about it. I had mentioned we always have it from two. So I think we would have it the same, but that's Maria. Amy sent her a text right then. And she responded and said, let's keep it two to four.

15:21Speaker 4

So that's why we kept it to report.

15:23 – 16:09Speaker 3

Okay, because, yeah, we're more than open. We have nothing else over there, so we can do from once and more. Yeah, I mean, Western had always been a little bit shorter because it wasn't as in-depth, and then last year we really went above and beyond with it with the food that, you know, Norma had all these ideas, and it really became more of an event, and it also was so much more populated. In previous years, we had like maybe 50, 60 tickets sold. It was some light bites and just some line dancing for an hour or two. And then that was it. Now it's kind of grown into more like a lunch. But yeah, we can always, I have no issue with moving it up and down. We have the space available. We can communicate that with everyone. We have plenty of time. So I'll talk to Maria. That's what we want to do.

16:09Speaker 4

We can do it. All right.

16:16 – 17:42Speaker 1

And then, so taking over the administrative updates, we have the Granada Rain Shelters. Construction is anticipated to begin within 30 days. We did a walkthrough with the contractors, set up their staging area, and they'll begin soon. Phillips Park's soft opening is anticipated in September. I'm thinking towards the end of September. We will do a soft opening because the restrooms and the pavilions The soccer season started by using Phillips Park Blue? Not now, but we will be using Phillips Park for ESG, which is now our soccer contract. So in October? When it opens? Yeah, possibly. When we have restrooms out there, because you don't want the kids out there with no restrooms out there anymore. They'll start finding places where they can go. And then we also have our pumpkin patch, which is at Constable Park on October 17th from 2 to 6 p.m. It's a family event, which is pumpkins.

17:42 – 17:53Speaker 4

It's a really nice photo op. And then we have our new center point of house.

17:53Speaker 5

Typically, it was on actual Halloween on October 31st, but we had low attendance last year with so many things going on. We moved it to Friday, October 31st.

18:06Speaker 4

Okay, all right. New business, any new business?

18:12 – 18:48Speaker 2

I have a question. So I was planning to call on Monday this week around 5 o'clock, 5.30. A lightning hit, you know, you can usually count sevens. I can see if it's a mile away. Lightning hit Thunderfield, by the way, at the east side where the new Pickleball Court is on. And so I know that the golf course has a lightning alarm because I've been there to keep people off when the alarm goes off. And separate from where we are. Separate alarm. Does the tennis course have a lightning alarm?

18:48 – 19:11Speaker 1

The tennis courts do not, but the youth center does. And the radius is eight miles. Because they don't know when it goes off. They know it died. Yeah, I can double check with the YFC because they're supposed to call tennis and the golf course, but they don't know when it goes off.

19:11Speaker 3

They don't know when it goes off.

19:14Speaker 1

They have Riviera, and you can hear Riviera.

19:17Speaker 7

The Riviera would be the Bill... I'm pretty sure the Bill Moore has it. I've heard of Gulfwood before.

19:25Speaker 2

I've heard of Gulfwood.

19:27 – 19:38Speaker 7

I've heard of the Nation Pool. I've never heard, to be honest with you. But I've heard of the Nation Pool because Robert came there. And I've heard of the Bill Moore. I'm pretty sure the Bill Moore has it.

19:38Speaker 3

We used to call Bill Moore to confirm all players sometimes.

19:40Speaker 5

The Bill Moore himself has it because two years ago, on the 4th of July, the Lawrence went off.

19:44Speaker 1

Yes, but the building is not ours, so they don't call us to warn. Can you hear it? You can't hear it from tennis.

19:50Speaker 2

I have been there, and I've not heard it, you know.

19:53Speaker 1

From tennis, yeah. So that's why we have our staff, because you're not calling, so they're supposed to call them.

20:00 – 20:15Speaker 2

And it could have just been a freak situation, because no alarm at all. So it might not have been electricity in the air. It just did. Just before we lose somebody, I just want to make sure we have a recording that says, Yeah.

20:15Speaker 1

We have it on the, you said on the, you sent a rating. So the door got called or not. It's all built more involved, you know, so that they get the people are all out in shelters.

20:27Speaker 4

Oh, business. We, as you are community.

20:30 – 22:37Speaker 5

Yeah. I think, and everybody has a little handout. Um, the, you have been moving through, um, some of the things that you wrote, all of the things that we thought needed, um, some, um, To be addressed. And the first one that you have is receiving and judging the entries and that's basically finalized. So if you get a chance to do that, that would be great. What it does is it one of the things it does is talks about that the entries will be made online. And there will be a place if people are not members of the AAC that they can go and become a member. And then we haven't gotten to accepting the entries yet. But the other thing is we will propose that the entries be displayed by category rather than having a photography next to a water painting next to something else. I just get people make it a little easier on the judges. And then we talked about three or five judges. And Jude has been in touch with the judges. So that's moving forward really well. The art show entries, as far as entering, that should go out. I haven't checked with Cookie and Mano yet. Have you heard from Mano? I will check with her today because she's supposed to get with Amy to get the flyer out that will be printed out and put online. The cultural artist. Well, the cultural artist, right. And then the awards processes, it just sets up how it will be done. That would be different from what, well, the years passed and that Cookie proposed that the judges be able to go in. Some of this depends on the palace. The judges be able to go in before the final judge. We all went in for an hour and then spoke. If it's possible, then we set it up the day before that the judges could come at their leisure and spend as much time as they want. And that depends on the palace. So a lot of what we're moving forward through depends on the palace. When can we move the pieces over?

22:38Speaker 4

Yeah, it's difficult because of the setting up.

22:42Speaker 3

Yes, because we usually, they're kind enough to give us a whole day before to set up.

22:48Speaker 4

A whole day before, that's good.

22:51 – 23:03Speaker 3

Yes, it really depends, but they give us that time before to set up and that's why we always do the judging the night before because otherwise we're asking them to shut down their entire second floor pretty much for three days.

23:04Speaker 5

Well, we will ask them for free.

23:06Speaker 3

Well, if we're setting up on Wednesday, so then they can come on Thursday to judge, so then... No, no, no.

23:11Speaker 5

I don't think it would be a thing to be setting up on... Well, we'll figure that out.

23:17 – 23:31Speaker 3

He had said before last year, which I told her that, you know, I don't think she was asking for set up on Wednesday, so we have it all day there on Thursday, so they can come in for hours on Thursday, then meet up that night and vote.

23:32Speaker 5

Well, we Okay. I don't think that's going to work. And again, we defer to the panel speakers.

23:38Speaker 4

Yeah. And anyway, I think it's kind of nice that the judges all come together. I do. Well, they will come together to go twice.

23:48 – 24:46Speaker 5

Yeah, that's true, too. That one, we will move on from there. So that was just suggested. It's not in the finals. And then we talked about the idea that you keep a tally. of the votes, because when you vote for the best of show, the best in show, you don't want to go back to each different category. So if the best in show is pulled from watercolors, then you only need to go back to the watercolor section to award the first prize there, which would have been the second prize in that category. So you don't have to go back to every category and discuss everything. So we did that. Announcements since there was some confusion. We said we'd like to have entryway that says when everything will be announced so that people don't get hurt by the orders and all the things that we can definitely make it.

24:46Speaker 3

I just need to ask them if they're I don't Just asking them if they're okay with us having a large sign there.

24:53 – 25:51Speaker 5

Yeah, just a greeting sign. Welcome to the show. And then the other thing is that ribbons will be put while the awards ceremony is going on. And then the thing that we're still working on is guidelines to submissions. And it has the ideas of the categories and how everything will be submitted. And the only thing, the thing at the bottom says this needs to be re-evaluated about the number of entries eligible for category and the idea is that we will send them an acceptance letter or any rejection letters. And I know that's a hot item. No rejection. Yeah, so my question becomes at the next meeting then, if you send somebody an acceptance letter, don't you, You know, aren't people who didn't get an acceptance letter going to be asking?

25:52Speaker 3

No, everybody's accepted.

25:54Speaker 3

If we're sending acceptance letters, every single person is getting an acceptance letter.

25:57Speaker 5

No acceptance letter would be necessary then.

26:00Speaker 3

No, what Cookie had told me is she was calling an acceptance letter, but she was saying it's really just to let them know we've received everything. Here are the dates that you need to know.

26:08Speaker 5

So it's not an acceptance letter. It's a letter of acknowledgement. Okay.

26:16 – 26:45Speaker 3

which is which is yeah we already have an email but we can work on another one but we already have one that we always send every year okay so that you have been accepted and this is and this is done well we don't say except but we're just thank you for applying to the art show or thank you for you know signing up here's the dates where you can drop off artwork here's the dates when you have to pick it up here's the information about the show perfect so so then we have to address this on the bottom yeah i mean that's good okay and so moving forward um we should be

26:46Speaker 5

Recently, I have to check with cookie. We should be releasing the photo artists.

26:53Speaker 3

So very soon. You were saying submissions online only?

26:58Speaker 5

No. Yes. You can come here. Oh, yeah.

27:01 – 27:12Speaker 3

Because we traditionally do it here. We have where we can send a form. I know. I think we're seeing about to get it posted. Because just so many of the people in this population, they have trouble with online stuff.

27:14Speaker 5

I think if it doesn't say in person or online, I will amend that.

27:20Speaker 3

No, it was just something you said. I didn't even see it on you, but you had said it. Second bullet point.

27:25 – 27:42Speaker 5

Second bullet point. Wait, wait, wait. Submitted online or in person. It says that. So we're good with that, Greg. Yeah. Okay.

27:42Speaker 6

All right. To clarify, if you have all of the entries by category and the judges go, then

28:02 – 28:19Speaker 5

you will not, you would have to move them around to have the ones that are not being judged. And you'd have to move them to be in a separate room. And I don't think we're able, and that's one thing that we have to discuss. Do you know what I'm saying? That's okay.

28:20 – 28:50Speaker 6

All right. What Cookie wants to say is that they, you know, all the photographers are submitted, right? And they are 30 in the photography category, right? So we have 30. So what she's wanting is to say, okay, we're going to accept 20, okay? And the other 10 are going to go into a separate room. That's why I understood that we talked to Fred or not.

28:50 – 29:03Speaker 3

Fred had said no to that one because separating it, we're... We're basically saying your art's not good enough. That's the number one thing that we're trying.

29:03Speaker 5

We cannot have a group that's being judged and a group that's just there to show what they've been up to lately.

29:10 – 29:26Speaker 3

Well, what we were talking about is where they would jury it. So then you guys are picking, these are the main one, like they're coming in. Okay, these are the main ones that will be judged. But they're all going to be displayed in the art show in the same way. But those can be the ones that maybe they're mainly focused on in the judging.

29:26 – 29:47Speaker 6

So we have 30. And then 20 are the ones that are going to be judged. So we prejudge and we're going to say that 20 are going to be judged. So there's a song you say from 1 to 20 are going to be judged and you put in the same place and the last 10 you put it there.

29:47 – 30:43Speaker 3

You got to do something better. Well, that's where we've kind of been. Well, that's why like during, I'm not a huge fan because I don't see the point in an open show. Now that's what has really been pushed is first it was, you know, I know they really legitimize it in a way, but that's not the goal of this show. The goal isn't for it to be a professional level art show per se. We want to improve the level as much as we can, but we want it to be open to everyone in the community. Anyone 50 years or older should feel comfortable, like they can bring in their artwork, they'll be a part of the show, their artwork is represented the same. Then could get the idea, well, what if we kind of jury, and so rather than them looking at all 500, there'll be a selected amount, which we tell the judges and those might have like a little, I was thinking like they'd have like a dot on their label where the judge is, and then the dot will come up.

30:43 – 30:55Speaker 6

They say from B1, from B20, we say to the judges, from B1 to B20, those are the ones you have to look at. Although all of them are gonna be together.

30:56 – 31:13Speaker 3

Everybody knows, it's just like a little sticker. That's what Cookie was saying, but I kind of don't see the logic behind it because it seems kind of convoluted because we're saying that they're all gonna be in the show, but they're all gonna be displayed together, but then they're only judging these. So at that point, they might as well be judging the whole show.

31:14 – 31:42Speaker 5

No, no, no. Well, you can do the P1 through P20 because they will be assigned as sequentially as they come in. So it might have P5, P7, whatever. And the whole thing to me seems like it would be three judges. One before we take everything over, one when it's taken over for the things that have been prejudged, and then the final one. So this is too complicated.

31:42Speaker 4

Well, if everything is going to be enough, surely the ones that I'm not very good. I'm not going to be picked. That's true.

31:51Speaker 3

That's what I've always said. They're going to be picking the ones that are the best anyway. They're not going to be confused on, well, should it be this one?

31:57Speaker 5

They're going to know. We did that as a board. We were able to do that as a board.

32:03Speaker 7

Yeah. You judged what you liked and whatever. Exactly. It's not discriminating. You are discriminating.

32:12Speaker 5

So now it will be transported over there. The judges will go in once, like we did before, and then categorize them.

32:21Speaker 4

Okay, this time in categories, so people don't get confused. And then we'll have a lot of us talking about what they are and how to document it.

32:27Speaker 6

But there's no limit. So if there were 30... No, there's no limit. That's why I'm questioning it.

32:32Speaker 4

There was a guy last year who bought a suitcase for him.

32:35Speaker 3

Well, no, no. I'm sure, but yes. But she's more saying, like, Limited, there will only be 20 that are judged.

32:42Speaker 5

No, I think that's me.

32:47Speaker 3

We have the minimum number. Now that we said, so it's like five pieces. Right. We don't have five. Hopefully there's a couple categories. So then we can combine them all. Okay. So, okay.

32:57Speaker 5

I think I got it better for the next meeting. That's great. Well, she wants to make it like,

33:09Speaker 4

Oh, I'm not sure. So this isn't. Yes.

33:14Speaker 4

I go, but I do understand that they want to improve the quality. They want to use the option and make it known to more people, you know, grow it.

33:22 – 33:56Speaker 3

Yes, which we would love to do. And that's our goal too. But the main The goal of this show was to offer an opportunity for people to display their artwork who maybe have never gotten that opportunity. It's not to have it be just a certain level of artwork. Like we have members here who start taking art classes, have never done art in their lives. Now they're retired and they're excited. And that artwork, they're so excited to have their artwork. It might not be, you know, Picasso level, but it's work that they're proud of and they want to bring their grandkids or great-grandkids to the artwork. They're excited about it.

33:56Speaker 4

It's really recognizable.

34:02 – 34:35Speaker 7

in regards to signage you have to double check with the palace because they have their own policy because of tripping hazard liability right ever okay you know my thing that's what i would say i want to check with them yeah can you do that yeah i'll talk to them i'll send them an email about some of the just says welcome to the probably they don't have easel because i'm looking at something over there right now i look like an easel but it's a digital one So it depends. It's a digital one. Like they have a screen that flashes. Well, that's the question that they would have to ask.

34:35Speaker 3

I don't know if they...

34:38Speaker 7

They have to be very careful.

34:40Speaker 4

Okay, but we're putting up on the ticket, the boards were presented at opening six to nine.

34:45Speaker 3

We can put that on the flyer. So when everybody's in there, we can make announcements. Remember, seven o'clock.

34:55Speaker 5

Yeah, that's a good way to do it. Stop reading science.

34:58Speaker 7

Well, that's my problem.

34:59 – 35:18Speaker 5

No, we read science. Okay. So what we're going to do is we're going to put this on the flyer, the flyer announcing. I will fix this.

35:18 – 35:43Speaker 2

One issue is that we are actually determining, not we, but we're judging and determining where art is placed. And there's a room that can only hold 20 pieces of art. And there are 30 in the category. I don't want to come out and we put these 30 here. I don't want that. That's fine.

35:43Speaker 6

I mean, even if you mix the bad stuff with the good stuff. I think we're going to mix the bad stuff.

35:51Speaker 4

We always had trouble, but you guys have a great cookie model.

36:00Speaker 4

They have a very...

36:02 – 36:45Speaker 3

I'm not very artistic. I always tried to keep things categorized, but it was also we tried to do themes together. Two years ago, I remember we had so many artworks that were Cuba-related. Photographs in Cuba, paintings in Cuba. Those were different categories, but they were in that same theme. We did that one area that was all Cuba. Then we did so many drawings or so many paintings that if you... If we group them all together, half the show is just continuous paintings. And then you have to walk all the way through. Okay, now here's something else. And we have just two photographs. Now we have 10 more, you know, so we, that's why we always kind of intermingled and mix it. But we'll see what happens.

36:45Speaker 6

Because the judges, I mean, I think it gives me a headache. Yeah, the judges have to have it together.

36:51 – 37:08Speaker 5

But keep in mind that we broke it down into watercolors, oils, and acrylics. So that may that will hopefully be the other thing that cookie mentioned in my own model and that pieces are limited to 30 inches by 30 inches.

37:08 – 37:31Speaker 3

yeah. Because we had 24 by 24 before, but we were always allowing above it because. And I would hear from people, they would tell me to get a canvas, you know, this big. By the time they put a frame on it, it's above the 24 by 24. And they're like, I'm doing a smaller canvas. How am I supposed to get artwork in here?

37:31Speaker 5

I think 30 by 30 is the finish. It'd fit on an easel. So these are some of the things that have come up. And the next thing, yeah, we have to come, yeah, I think we're almost there.

37:42 – 38:03Speaker 3

We may, I may need to talk to Cookie Mano too with something because For example, I got to tell mom, Amy, she did art. So she might even know, but I don't know how to tell the difference between acrylic and oil. And some of our people who come in, they might just, why use paint? Yeah. I don't know. Like, how do I tell? So we have a way to help them with differentiating.

38:03Speaker 5

The entries are allowed to be transferred.

38:06Speaker 3

Most of them probably. But there might be a couple, like they come here to the art classes and they've done their first painting where,

38:15Speaker 5

We're happy to see you all. Okay, I think that's the question.

38:20 – 38:34Speaker 7

Are the board volunteering to set up? Yes. I know they're not judging, assuming you have your judges, right? Yes. You have professionals.

38:34Speaker 4

Yes. We have professionals.

38:37Speaker 5

Yeah, June did that.

38:38Speaker 7

And we didn't check their criteria, you know, their resume.

38:41Speaker 4

They got their resume. Okay.

38:43Speaker 7

We vetted them. They're okay. Volunteers though.

38:47 – 39:03Speaker 4

What are we doing? I need to work with Denise so she tells me what's the job requirements for the volunteers. And also, again, we need the time frame. Is it going to be Wednesday morning or is it going to be Wednesday afternoon?

39:04 – 39:32Speaker 3

you're saying for the setup and yeah he's cleaning up what time yes i'm gonna email them for a follow-up because like last year we we were expecting to be there until saturday until like two days before and then they're like by the way i remember last year thank god it was you but patrick they scheduled him in the theater while we had the art show yeah yeah so you haven't talked but thank god it was you and you knew when we knew each other so

39:33Speaker 4

But that's because they had to change the staff then.

39:39Speaker 3

And I think some things weren't put on the calendar that she didn't know about.

39:42Speaker 4

So that should be... Oh, I need a date in the conference. We'll tell you when to be there.

39:51Speaker 2

So she's just going to make a flyer to request volunteers.

39:54 – 40:11Speaker 5

And then she will have before the people who volunteer, including us, to be assigned a specific task, a very specific task.

40:11 – 40:27Speaker 3

I know the one thing that me and the night school talked about is when it came to checking in the artwork, so with the drop-off, we kind of wanted that to be left more to the art board, and I'm open to... Also, our senior.

40:28 – 41:03Speaker 3

Yes, because, you know, as far as other people know, there's any issue with the paper, it's easier, the smaller the group, the more we can kind of yes, we do is that it was the group that will do the intent for the next. Then it's just a setup. But there we have to figure out all talks about the figure out the times when we're doing this, that most likely it's going to be Thursday. All day in the afternoon. Yeah. Early morning or mid morning to early afternoon. That's typically we're over there. Most of the day, Thursday, Wednesday. That's going to be the 12th. Right. The 13th is the actual day of the show. Yeah.

41:03Speaker 4

So we need to move stuff. Thursday afternoon. Yeah. Yeah.

41:16 – 41:50Speaker 3

But we typically do the board meeting and right after the board, we're going to do the judging. Now since the board isn't doing the judging, we'll keep it the week before because it's the second Friday. So we'll keep it the week before the board meeting and then what the judges are doing. I'm going to email Josh a follow-up because the last thing he told me was, I don't know if I told you, but I asked that. Because of an incident?

41:51Speaker 5

Wait, wait, are you talking about the incident with Stuart?

41:54Speaker 7

Because of an incident.

41:58Speaker 7

It's liability. We need to understand it's liability. Very big liability.

42:02Speaker 5

I understand that, but I just want to make it clear that he was ill. Had nothing to do with wine.

42:08Speaker 2

We've made clear that. Thank you. Understood?

42:11Speaker 7

Understood. And nobody said it was stored. Nobody said it wasn't the incidents.

42:16Speaker 5

I just hear it all the time.

42:21 – 43:09Speaker 3

They are worried about liability. And the big thing that Joshua, he just sent it to me. So I need to follow up again. He's the manager of the palace job. He said he wants to send me some sort of waiver that they have for liability. So I said, as soon as you send it, I'm going to send it over to our legal department so they can review it. And he wanted to see our insurance information so that they could review to see if it covers enough of what they want. If both parties are okay with everything, the city will sign the liability waiver. We'll send it to them. They'll accept the insurance and it will be done. If not, they're not going to allow alcohol under any circumstances, even if we bring it in. The problem is the liability on the property that's worried about. It's not them providing the alcohol. He made it clear it has nothing to do with the cost. It's just the liability. So they're not going to let us bring in our own alcohol if They have an issue with that.

43:09Speaker 4

So you have to get that viability report.

43:12Speaker 3

They have to send me that, and then that's the first thing.

43:15Speaker 4

That's why I think you have to hustle it.

43:17Speaker 5

Yeah, I'm not going to keep you. People who've had a glass of wine need to take the elevator, not the marble stairway.

43:24Speaker 3

I think everybody, let's just stick to the stairway, or the elevator.

43:32Speaker 4

Are you done? Oh, yes, I am done. Thank you. That's a go out. Did everybody get a copy of the...

43:41Speaker 7

I haven't read the scene.

43:43Speaker 4

I haven't read the scene.

43:46Speaker 7

I haven't read the scene.

43:48 – 44:31Speaker 4

I haven't read the scene. I haven't read the scene. I haven't read the scene. I haven't read the scene. There was a lot of people talking about the freebie, extending the freebie in very different directions. There was a lot of talk about the trolley, extending the trolley. Then there was the usual field trips, museums, places to be fun, day trips. Then we get back into transportation.

44:31Speaker 3

The hard part is the cost. They do give us a budget for transportation, but With the cost of busing now, I don't even think it's going to cover one trip.

44:41Speaker 4

No, the only way to do it is picking people accountable, but then that's a liability for those people. So anyway, there was a lot of people saying that.

44:49Speaker 3

You do have the vans that we've got 94. I just don't know, like here where they're saying, you know, like a two nature.

44:54Speaker 4

Yeah, it's not going to happen.

44:56 – 45:16Speaker 3

I don't know about overnight, but we have those vans that we can always ask about for the trips. We're always able to reach out that we've used previously, but. I think we had talked about it with the nature issue. They're busy with all the public transport. It's too much.

45:16 – 45:56Speaker 4

Yeah. Anyway, that's the stuff. But what's interesting, people talking about more IT stuff. I know that I spend a lot of time trying to teach people iPhones with great difficulty. Well, we did find out that people didn't know how to download apps. They don't know how to download a freebie and how to get an Uber. So we thought that that would be a good thing to do. It's more basic than you would guess. And also, you know, the city is a smart city. People don't know how to use the smart city. That would be a good thing to show.

45:57 – 46:14Speaker 3

I did actually receive on the subject of call today from the University of Miami, a student organization there where they said they started working with, I think it was Grand Living, and that they have been giving basic computer classes and basic technology classes.

46:14Speaker 6

You mean students, like volunteer students?

46:16 – 46:43Speaker 3

Yep, from the University of Miami. So I'm going to create that contact with them, and they told us, They told me that it was the late afternoon typically works better with their schedules, like three to five time range. I'm going to see where we can put it in, start coordinating with them, but hopefully sooner rather than later. So maybe in October, maybe November, we can have that one day. No cost, the students, they volunteer, they come in, it's their own student organization that they put together.

46:43Speaker 5

That would be a nice one to do periodically, like once every month.

46:47 – 47:28Speaker 3

Yeah, and they said that they started it there. They said that they've seen big success where people have gotten more confident. And I will say, Some of our people have issues with technology. I think that a lot of our population that comes to this center is more advanced than they might give themselves credit for in a lot of ways. Even people who were here doing the lectures would tell us afterwards that this group is very independent compared to other groups that they deal with and that they see. But they said they start with the basics. Then once they kind of go through that in two or three times, they start opening the floor a little bit. Like what interest do you have for the next time to put together lesson plans? for future times.

47:29Speaker 6

I think I would concentrate on Chinese or whatever.

47:35 – 47:49Speaker 3

I think we're just starting with the AI stuff with the grand living. So with that, I know, I think, yeah, the AI can be great. The AI can also be a little misleading at times.

47:49 – 49:27Speaker 6

No, but I think what I'm saying is Okay, so if you, let's say, how to, you know, the apps or whatever. If I go right now to Child DPT and I say, I want to know how to download an app, then Child DPT will come and tell you why. It will tell you, how about if you send me a picture of what you're seeing? And it will go through it. So it's kind of telling them how to fish. Instead of going to four classes so that you can learn how to do X, Y, or Z, you go to a class and you have... First, you have to tell them you have to do the chat, give it your whatever, don't go to a website, any website available. Something that we think is trustworthy. And then from here forward, you are giving the person the ability to, I use it all the time for stupidities. I have a Thermador oven. I don't know how to open, how to do whatever. And then the thing, you go to the store, stupid categories, but you go and you can learn, and it's a wonderful way to learn to be confident to self-help. And once you become self-help, you go and go on your own. Oh, I want to now learn about how to do Uber. I want to learn how to do anything. It opens the door for everyone. So instead of just the class being how to download Uber, how to use chat You have to do things to find out what's in the movies, to find out whatever. Yes.

49:27 – 50:14Speaker 3

I mean, they didn't say that now, but they're starting to go over how to use AI with them because they've now gotten the basics of it. But some people do need the basics to start, but they might have trouble getting to the website. How do you upload a picture to the website? They might not know how to do that part. So they need somebody to help walk them through that part first. And then like with ChatGPT, you need an account in order to upload a photo. Then to do certain features, you need to pay for the account. So there's certain things where they might need to kind of work their way into that, but we can definitely bring that up as an idea because they were telling me that now at Brand Living, that group that they've been helping has gotten, you know, so advanced with the basics that now they're going into the AI and like how to use AI and ChatGPT And Gemini, those different programs.

50:14 – 51:05Speaker 4

Okay, I'm not going to go through all this, but the points I'm pointing out are really good. Creating this for ex-members who are in nursing homes for people to go and visit. I thought that would be a nice volunteer outreach to do. I also noticed a suggestion of people who are seniors who are sick and they need some initiative as well. having volunteers to walk their dog might be a nice thing to do. And somebody suggested a monster velvet place for people to sell their paintings or jewellery or crafts, whatever. I mean, I think it would be an internal thing we started supporting, but I think it's a nice idea. Don't you?

51:06Speaker 3

We can live. I'm not sure how that would work on.

51:10 – 51:21Speaker 4

I really don't know. Yeah, I just think it's sort of a nice idea that we would be very self-supporting.

51:22Speaker 7

One of those craft fairs during the holiday season that people can do.

51:26Speaker 3

I don't, because Norma had that idea that she brought. I don't know if that came from her. No, no, no.

51:30 – 52:29Speaker 7

When Norma was still working here and I wanted to bring a farmer's market, a small, intimate farmer's market. The foot traffic would be a little bit too much for the center. Again, why are we discriminating? No, it's for the members. Yeah, but anybody can walk out. You can walk in and everybody's welcome. You're in a government facility. You cannot turn it public. You cannot turn anybody away as much as you like. Everybody's welcome. Anybody can come and see that this room is set up. Craft, what are they doing? They're interested. And they're not members. They're not probably even on board game with residents. They're probably on tour. You can't turn them away.

52:31Speaker 4

If you had a craft, well, they're not going to be up and down the doors.

52:35 – 52:56Speaker 7

Well, no, you're not going to be successful in all of our events. Even that, all successful, all the events that we've done here, that we've created, the numbers show. So you're going to come and tell me that they're going to come with the foot traffic that we have out here, that they're going to see, oh, we have more than one. We're going to turn them away.

52:57 – 53:11Speaker 6

No, no, no, perhaps the way I'm thinking is like this, like this. It's a bit like the other one. And say, just print the art. Exactly. This I created, you know, like a cover for my phone, whatever.

53:12Speaker 3

I'm not sure, would there be an issue with the, I don't know if you know, Carlos, but with them selling things in here? We'd have to see what they do.

53:20Speaker 7

They need some kind of license for it.

53:22Speaker 4

You wouldn't have people collect the money.

53:25Speaker 7

Yeah, there's regulations for like farmers markets. You're selling goods on public property, city property. You have to get a permit. You have to pay your fees for the market.

53:34Speaker 6

Yeah, it's hard.

53:55 – 54:08Speaker 1

We have a farmer's market for four months. We must be a reserve expert on that. And everybody has to pay a vendor fee and get the insurance and all that. That's a shame.

54:08Speaker 7

We can't do that. Unfortunately, it's a shame because it's good, right? It's not turning over any eggs.

54:16Speaker 3

That's right. I think about that before, too. When I told him, he's like, no, no.

54:21 – 54:33Speaker 4

Well, go first. They want more street lighting, they want a forced ban on electric scooters. They want a policy to use the palace for more gains.

54:33 – 55:31Speaker 3

A rule in the palace for gains. I mean, if they talk to them there, I'm sure there's people in the office who play. They have the rooms there that are always open to their members. If you wanted to, you could go over there and play chess with somebody you know there. I'm sure they let them. I don't know how much we can coordinate it for them, but if... There's some people who come here and play Mahjong who live at the palace. People play their own Mahjong set and they want to go and play with them at the palace and their rooms there. I think you just need one of the residents there who they want to play Mahjong too. And if you and two of your other friends want to go, you can go there and use that room there.

55:31 – 55:43Speaker 4

As long as it's open like a garden game room. It's overflowing in here, isn't it? People who are having to leave their homes but are not ready for the palace and want a smaller place

56:07 – 57:00Speaker 5

cannot sell their homes for the price that it would allow them to go into a smaller place. And the other thing is that when I drive around the gables, and this is a real thing, there is no place for starting professionals, there's no place for teachers, there's no place for nurses, waitresses, and the people who take care of you on a daily basis. Because all of the things that they're building in this part of the gables up here, Advertise luxury, luxury, luxury. And from the bottom of my heart, I tell you, it's wrong. It's co-progress. It's not progress. I know, but it's co-progress. So I have to tell you, that's a big issue with me. It's a national problem. It bothers me immensely. That's my book. That's one of my soapboxes.

57:00 – 57:48Speaker 3

I do want to say, and then go with freebie. I've had a lot of people come and talk to me and put in our suggestion box there with freebie. And I've talked to specifically with Sandra Pollock and Mary Averbach where they bring it up a lot. I've reached out on their behalf. I think even Norma had back when she was here. We get the same answer every time. Freebie, the only way that they're going to make any changes is for them to go and speak directly to the commission. The commission determines the service area. So whenever I reach out here, I have members say they want this, they go tell them to go to a commission meeting and speak there or meet with the commissioner one-on-one because they determine that service area. So at the end of the day, they have to recommend and ask for freebie to extend it. So they have to go there and lobby, basically lobby the commissioners to get that extended.

57:48Speaker 2

Now you have power. In January you had no power, but now you have power. Yes.

57:54Speaker 4

If they got a petition together to pitch to the mayor or the community.

57:58Speaker 3

I mean, I suppose they could be with a mayor on Friday, every Friday.

58:02Speaker 7

Every Friday. Yeah. Yeah.

58:03Speaker 4

If you guys talk here amongst yourself to get people to sign things, I can't tell you you're not allowed to.

58:23Speaker 2

Just make sure they put down there from Coral Gables, even if they're not. As long as it's at your residence.

58:30Speaker 5

No, you're sitting there dressed as one of those. It's a good name, though. You know, but he still acts like you're on swimming tables. You're not.

58:37Speaker 4

Yes, he does.

58:43 – 58:56Speaker 7

Sir, it's really hard, even to, you know, to like... To let go. To let go, because... All right, 30 years. How would you like it?

58:56Speaker 2

You're good at it. You're really good at it. No response.

59:00Speaker 7

You have no idea. You have no idea. Yes, I do. I read fire. The suggestion box, I think we just need

59:21 – 1:00:01Speaker 3

more of an obvious but i didn't know i had seen it there all the time and i didn't know anybody oh yes we've always done it sometimes we get suggestions i think too i'm going to look and see if there's one that we can get out that stands out a little bit more right english that's something that is but i'll put it in the um where you're circulating all your flyers or whatever Maybe if you're given two or three. On that side, when they're... You can drop it in and then... The surveys.

1:00:01Speaker 7

The surveys for each event or for each program, whatever. You can bring those out again as well.

1:00:06Speaker 4

Once that time is running, I think you want to speak.

1:00:10 – 1:00:37Speaker 2

Oh, no. So on the senior systems, senior sports program, we suggest having it every two months, three months. I just need to know what you want to hear about. Well, I need to know two things. Number one is, was it well received enough for people to show up at another meeting and if you hear the same questions, what do you want to hear about? And if you want to just leave it up to the speaker, sure, I can create something.

1:00:38 – 1:00:49Speaker 3

What I would say is the feedback, like I said, I got very positive feedback. The people who did come and talk to me about it, one person said, without exaggeration, that it was the best lecture that they had.

1:00:49Speaker 2

When it comes to scams to fraud, that's always going to be a hot topic with this group.

1:00:53 – 1:01:55Speaker 3

We had a member of ours who, she's been coming for a long time, just the week before senior week fell for some sort of scam where they called her She said she had given them all her banking account information, her social security number, everything, before she realized something seems wrong. Why am I giving you this? And she had to close all her account, change everything, cancel all her cards, had to get a new social security number, go through everything. Okay. It's something that a lot of our members, I think some of them, they're like, oh, well, that doesn't apply to me right now. All it takes is one thing near them to scare them. And now, okay, I want to learn more because I don't want to fall victim to it. And it's something that causes a lot of stress and worry for a lot of them.

1:01:55Speaker 7

They're very good topics. Seriously. With a crime watch. Okay. The attorney.

1:02:00Speaker 2

Anna showed up. She's fantastic. She is. She's very good. And yep.

1:02:06 – 1:02:19Speaker 3

We had one of our lecturers follow through and, like, right before it was, Danny, do you think you want to give a little time? I got it. Came in here, people came out here. Wow, she's a main giver. She knows a lot.

1:02:19Speaker 7

She knows a lot.

1:02:22 – 1:02:59Speaker 4

So use her. Last week, my daughter lives in Paris. She texts me, she said, Mom, and it says from Peggy. Peggy, my phone is broken. We checked me on this phone. But in the house, she was my parents. How did you get the right number? That was spooky, I thought. And I think one of the problems with Anna, she said, what's up, mate? Because I was sort of, I said, what's up? And she said, I haven't said anything.

1:03:01Speaker 5

Yeah, it was something about.

1:03:03Speaker 3

And I think for the older the older people not included. They are afraid of.

1:03:23Speaker 5

being impolite to somebody. And they let the phone call go on the line.

1:03:28Speaker 2

And they also accept all phone calls instead of letting their phone screen them.

1:03:32 – 1:03:49Speaker 5

I think those are probably true. So some of those people tend to be too nice. I got a message from a friend saying, June, I need to send an American Express credit card to my niece.

1:03:49 – 1:04:20Speaker 4

It's her birthday. And I can't get through for the moment. Can you do it? And I said, yeah, sure. I said, $200. And I said, yeah. Yes, a friend asked her, do you think, you know, she's got a problem. 10 minutes later, she calls me back, 200 isn't enough, can you send me more? I said, ah, what time?

1:04:20Speaker 7

Did you ever send them to her?

1:04:21Speaker 4

Yeah, it's gone. It was gone. Instantly. Well, I don't know. I don't know what you thought.

1:04:29 – 1:04:42Speaker 3

yeah as soon as you know that's gone that is gone that's why it's not that's why every time they start changing things and i remember when they started with the pop-ups now and it's every time you go to send somebody it's are you sure so yeah and they say no time

1:04:48Speaker 2

Review the truck. You don't do anything now.

1:04:53Speaker 4

And I said to my husband, what's this?

1:04:54 – 1:05:32Speaker 3

Don't touch it. They're smart about it too. I had my grandma got a phone call one time and it's my cousin had borrowed her car and it's grandma. It's me. I got an accident. How do you sound different? Oh, I hit my nose on the steering wheel. They're going to arrest it. I need $10,000 per bill for this. You just left my house 10 minutes ago and she, She was annoyed, called down here, freaking out, me and my dad. Oh my God, my dad. Called my dad, what are you doing to me? What did you do? It wasn't me, it wasn't. But they're smart with how they play it. Why does it sound a little different? Because I broke my nose. Oh, there's that.

1:05:32Speaker 2

They spend their money learning something. They wouldn't have to do that to be better off.

1:05:36Speaker 5

Thank you. They're really smart. Why don't they have a real job? Yeah. Are we finishing the meeting?

1:05:41Speaker 7

The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 3rd. Are we in El Salvador in an Iron Maiden concert?

1:06:09Speaker 2

I'll be adjourned.

1:06:10Speaker 7

It's October 3rd.
