Our water distribution team responded on Sunday and repaired the water pipeline. But it was on an 18-inch line, which was actually a main valve of the water that broke. And our water distribution team immediately started repairing the work that could not be completed by Monday, till the morning of August 17th. Due to the breakage of that main pipeline, our entire water distribution system was shut down, which was our entire city and due to continuous use by the community, the system was not being able to recharge. Most of it was at night when our usage was low. But as soon as the repair was complete, it was Monday morning, and then the usage increased a lot. The usage increased so much that we were unable to recharge the system quickly because at that time the usage was much more than the capacity to recharge the system. On Monday, Mayor Yansi started our water conservation plan and we implemented a four-step water ban, which is one of the most restrictive conditions within our dry, untreated plan. He was not taken lightly. It was taken with the understanding that we were losing the entire water supply within the city. And so, yes, we understand that it was the first day of the school for the Copper Cove Independent School District. And it was not good to tell the superintendent that it was his first day and he would have to leave early. And immediately after that, he had to tell him and he made this decision that today's classes need to be cancelled. And then later today, he had to talk that he finally decided that tomorrow's classes need to be cancelled. It also had an impact on the Lampasis Independent School District, which is a primary school in the western part of our city. That school was completely affected and is still affected. Many of our businesses had to be shut down, especially those businesses that use water on a large scale. Why? Because they need drinking water to keep themselves clean and to serve their customers. Today in the morning, the Mayor made the announcement and insisted on it because I had full hope while working with my team that by Tuesday morning, we would have a complete recharge of our water supply. But that did not happen. And that is why we implemented and issued a permanent declaration, which then provides our capacity to ask for assistance in requests from state agencies. They were sent by the local authorities and after the declaration was completed and registered, we started working with various stakeholders and agencies so that they could get help. Chamber of Commerce has also provided help with bottled water. To support our teams in this difficult situation, we would like to thank HV, Chick-fil-A, Walmart, Chamber of Commerce, VFW, and many self-employed companies. We have spoken to the media, we have made many statements with them. So let's talk about those other things about which I know that there are some complaints.
