Police Chief, Gary Baumgarner - acknowledgement of appreciation. SAVES October Report Received a thank you letter from the Adams County Historical Society. Received a memorandum letter from the Adams County Office for Aging. Received a thank you letter from the McSherrystown Senior Center. Municipality Cybersecurity Risk Assessment Survey from COG. -Need the board to appoint someone to be the contact person for completing the online survey. Received a volunteer form from Ernest Hossler, Jr. requesting to fill the vacancy on the Municipal Authority Board for a term ending December 31, 2028. -Need a motion to approve or deny Ernest Hossler, Jr. to fill the vacancy on the Municipal Authority Board for the term ending December 31, 2028.

-Need a motion to conditionally approve the Minor Subdivision Plan, the Non-Building Waiver and Resolution 2024-T, with the comments being listed in the Township Engineers review letter dated October 21, 2024, recommended by the Planning Commission.
