The township received as-built drawings and a request to release the Public Improvements Financial Security Bond in the amount of $138,332.70. Both were reviewed by the Township Engineer and recommended for approval. – Need a motion to approve the release of the Public Improvements Financial Security Bond for the Miller Chemical & Fertilizer, LLC – 120 Radio Road Land Development Project.
