Item 4 A, minutes of the December 15th, 2025 city council meeting. Item 4 B, minutes of the December 16th, 2025 civil service commission meeting certifying police officer candidates Moses Snyder, Lewis Roa, and Liberty Baker. Item 4 C, resolution number R26-01, approving the memorandum of understanding with Central Community College Columbus for placement of signs on Lost Creek Parkway of 48th Avenue and east of 33rd Avenue. Item 4 D, payroll and bills on file. Mr. Mayor and council members, is there anything you would like removed from the consent agenda?

I do. If you think back about four years ago, they started a project called Jordan's Way. Uh it's a fundraising factor for Pause and Claus here in town, the Humane Society, and we've had great support from city staff, the mayor, Tara Brent, almost all the council members have contributed. They're going to do it again on the 22nd starting at 10:00 and running till 1. So, if you can come down and help, please do. The fire department's been great. The police department have been great. It's a It's just a really neat fundraiser. I Jim and one of the officers have really enjoyed this tortilla slap across the face. [laughter] And Tar looks good with whipped cream all around her head. So,

Item 15A, ordinance number 26-01, approving the purchase agreement with Steve Lloyd's Rentals LLC in the amount of 67,500 for city-owned property described as lots 6 and 7, block 117, original City of Columbus, Plaque County, Nebraska, on the north side of 10th Street between 24th and 25th Avenues. Mr. Mr. Mayor, I move the rules be suspended and ordinance number 26-01 be read by number only. Second.
