Zoning Board of Appeals - Regular Meeting

So, let's open the meeting of the Cold Spring Zoning Board of Appeals. I'm Eric Ward, the chair. I have two other members with me, Maryann Remy and Billy Fields. That's a quorum. Three people out of five. Two items on the agenda and that is to review draft resolutions. Two draft resolutions. So let's start with number one and this is for one depot square. We had public hearings on both of these at the last meeting and the board reached a decision after each hearing. So take a look at the draft and see what you think. And Billy make the best you can.
