So, let's open the meeting of the Cold Spring Zoning Board of Appeals. I'm Eric Ward, the chair. I have two other members with me, Maryann Remy and Billy Fields. That's a quorum. Three people out of five. Two items on the agenda and that is to review draft resolutions. Two draft resolutions. So let's start with number one and this is for one depot square. We had public hearings on both of these at the last meeting and the board reached a decision after each hearing. So take a look at the draft and see what you think. And Billy make the best you can. You're entitled to vote and on a mo any motion but um I know you weren't there so yep. kind of explaining the building on an angle.
Oh no, that was that was Yeah, without getting into too many words, right? Yeah. Having seen the the original presentation. Yeah. Oh, yeah. So, you know that it's all Yeah. Yeah. It makes sense. The fact that they're backed up right against the Metro North is
right. Pretty decisive. pretty hard to argue that there's a Is that even visible even from across the tracks at that point? Cuz isn't that basically behind almost where the other buildings are on the other side of the tracks? There might you might be able to see it. Maybe. Yeah, there's um there's a change in elevation probably and I think there may be adjacent to that big building that's got the used to have brass monkey. Exactly. Yeah. So, that's the only thing that's there on that I think. So,
and then there's houses on the other side of that. Yeah. Yeah. So, even even beyond the tracks is not any great. And and not that three feet from that distance is going to even be noticeable. It looks good to me. Great. Anyone want to make a motion? I'll let you make a motion. Oh. Um I move to expect the resolution um for One Depot Square for a new accessory building to be approved. Yeah. Approved. I second it. All in favor? Hi. Hi.
All right, next one. 51 Parrot Street. Let's take a look at this. to me. You can find something.
No, I still looks okay. Yep. Okay. With you. Yes. Okay. Well, I'll make a motion this time then to accept the draft of resolution 25 2025-02 as written. Anyone second the motion? Oh, second. All in favor? I I Okay, that's unanimous. Those were both very interesting. Well, I always learned a lot every because everyone is so different. It's Yeah, it's interesting to think it through, but thinking the fact there's
Yes. What are they going to do? You'll begin the pedonium. He didn't say. I think it's part of a larger renovation. The whole restaurant whole restaurant. The whole restaurant is going to have an overhaul. Oh, so that's needed, I guess. Yeah. Any other business? No. Not that I'm aware of. Then I make a motion that we end the meeting. Second. All in favor? I. Great.
