I put that in Dropbox for you to review. Um and I discussed it with Danny um Chief Trible and Billy Troder. and we were recommending that the city opt out of HB197. Uh basically what that is is um it gives uh citizens or individuals, not just citizens, individuals the opportunity to request a permit. Uh the cost would be up to $25 um to solicit anywhere uh the the distances within 100 ft of the median the the rightway of any road highway median um for goods services whatever um standing sitting anywhere in the in the highway or median
