Um, coming down further when I get to it, we're going to take off 1619 Rosemary Road as as Denita has verified that that cleanup has been done. Uh, continue. And that's all the requests. We have one more request.

Motion by Gary, second. Second by Bryant. All those in favor? Okay. Thank you. Uh to me. Yeah, it is. All right. The next thing and we've got Billy and we have Denita here with us in purpose person, but we have two public hearings that we need to call and I can call them at the same time. Uh first a public hearing for Mr. Curtis Digpin's application at 505 Murphy Street. Is there anyone here to address that? Yes.
Okay. and you've already been before us and uh Mr. Troder has recommended it and if if y'all had any questions at Mr. Dickpin you could ask him and then the second one is a public hearing again Mr. Dickpin at 929 Pearl Avenue and with both of these is anyone here to address that second one except for you. Okay, with both of these uh Billy has looked at the size of the lots and the widths of the lots. Planning Commission has recommended your approval. This will be constructing houses on this lots and uh the variance requested or the exception requested is basically that the lots a little narrow. So unless there's questions it would be in order for y'all to move.
So move accept second by Danny. All those in favor we do. Yes sir. All right.
Thank you. We need some house and I don't have much tonight. I'll just give a brief update on a couple of active projects. Uh city hall, we're wrapping up the punch list. We issued a punch list last week to the contractor. We're hoping to get that wrapped up this week. We're also meeting with the cabinet maker about our table board table on Thursday get started. So hopefully hopefully all that will be in works and uh we'll get that wrapped up sooner than later. Uh Bishop Road, we're going to do a final inspection this week. We do have one location for concrete repair, two panels. Uh they're going to get knocked out this week. It's the last concrete and we're going to issue a punch list and try to get that job wrapped up by the end of the year. Uh street project. They've completed the concrete on first in Maple and they've moved over South Street. I think they're planning to pour on Wednesday on South Street and we'll probably work on South Street for three or four weeks. And then uh the last thing I have, we started looking to the utility patches. We put together a um a consolidated list working with wastewater and public works and since we put together about 20 of them have already been addressed. So we're going to tighten up this list and make sure um kind of get it cleaned up. Five of them our contractor sewer contractor completed all his. Public works completed about 15 asphalt patches. We've identified the concrete patches that are going to get contracted out to Roy Collins. And so now we're going to consolidate it and go back through and and make sure all of them are issued to someone to get addressed. That's all I have.
Any questions for Josh? No, he say all and move in accordance and we're good. Looks pretty appreciate y'all getting on that. Thanks Josh. Thank you. Lawyer. Hey. Uh the next thing I'm back. Um uh if unless there are any questions, it would be in order to have a motion and second to the consent agenda. Second motion by Gary, second by Danny. All those in favor? Opposed. All right. And then I have your little memo in there unless there are any questions. The only other thing I have will be to a matter reserved for executive session. That's a litigation update.
Okay. So, do we need to vote on changing that ordinance since the planning commission recommended? Oh, I'm coming down to that. Yeah. Yeah. that that it's under said that was all Denita and I have it and we also have a a public safety uh issue for executive session in addition to the litigation update. Okay. Yeah. If you'd like if you'd like Denita and I to proceed with Bill Billy's on Billy's on
either he is on Zoom so however you want to proceed. The first item is Brian Evans and they are putting in a drive-thru coffee place and that application has been submitted requesting a special exception to the LDO. That's one of those areas that y'all have to approve. Um the planning commission has recommended it and Billy's recommended it. It would be in order for a motion unless there's questions. So move motion by Brian. Second by Robert. All those in favor? All right. No, my third. No, no, I'm voting for it.
Okay. I'm saying I wanted to ask a question. That's the lot adjacent to Mallister. Yes. Oh, you say it's good. It's good. Robert, hi, Robert. How you doing, sir? Good.
Hey, I I'll keep going on Billy's list if it's okay. recommendation by the planning commission to review the LDO and to allow us to do more than two curb cuts by special exception. Y'all asked, y'all took some discussion on that and you had it sent back to the planning commission. They discussed it and it's before you to approve. What that will be is is you and of course we'll publish but uh from henceforth when you run into this situation like the gentleman whose daughter is about to become of age and they don't have a place enough place for their cars that could come to you and you could approve it
plans Right. That's right. Right. That's right. That's right. It's still going to be a couple weeks. Yeah. Well, she she didn't have a driver's license yet, so apparently and and I think the question party appreciates.
